Hello ACP!
Today’s the Debate Of The Week again! This weeks topic, Do we really 3ics? I know a lot of you already thought about this and been able to think it over if you’ve read Shab’s post. So whats the point of 3ics. Do you think 3ics create too large of an amount of owners? Do 3rd in commands help us by having more active owners to keep the mods in line, more owners to lead if we need them to? We want to hear what ACP thinks!

In my opinion 3ic’s are useful because they can help out the leaders and lead if a leader/2ic is absent.
What is point of having 3ics is what we need to find out. The job of the Division General is to ensure that divisions are active not the 3ics. If the 2ic was inactive and so was the supreme commander,the 3ic would take charge (another purpose of 3ic),but if this is the case,why can’t we have 4ics and 5ics etc? If we cancel 3ics and stop them,we can’t demote the 3ics though.
A find 3ics as the main communication through members and leaders. I’ve noticed that with so many members that leaders don’t have time to answer them all, and sometimes they are just noobish rants. I think that the use of 3ic’s as that a member can properly tell and idea to one of them and they pass it on to a leader or if it’s small put it into action themselves.
I trhink that 3ic’s can be nessacary because 3ic’s can make more posts and lead more events. 3ic’s can keep the army active like Flipper was trying to say.

3ic are nessasery because if a 2ic or 1ic isnt a event (unlikely)they would lead
3ic are good but 2ic and leaders shouldn’t get lazy because there are people to do their work.

Yeah 3ic’s are necessary in case the main owners cant lead a battle or go on vacation or leave or retire or whatever.
The 3ic rank is serving as a vice leader to the 2ic. If the owner Is out for any reason the 2ic would take his place. The 3ic would then be the vic leader. Also they are usfall because I know adding people to ranks can be tedious so having an extra person to help makes it go quicker. Plus if people have questions a third person to answer is always a good idea.
I believe 3ics ( or Commander Generals) are important in any army. This is because they lead battles when higher authorities are offline, they help keep the army active and they cause lower ranks to be competitive to get the lowest owner spot, hence being more active.
They are essential, if you ask me. One of their most important tasks is too make patrols often, and be able to lead unscheduled stuff. Besides, it’s not like 2ic’s have more power than 3ic’s, except for the fact they most likely lead when leader isn’t on, I have seen many cases of 3ic’s getting faster to leader than 2ic’s.
And well, since a leader can’t be online most of the time, you can’t just make sure the 2ic’s will be online all day, as that would take more than 8 hours on the computer, therefore having 3ic’s give you the chance to control chat more often.
Oh, and for last, 3ic’s are usually more active than 2ic’s, any Division General’s dream is to be owner, 3ic and editor, so once they get that, why not being active a LOT? It’s all about motivation too!
3ic is a useful rank because it allows Funks to become an owner. Oh wait, you haven’t given him the chance because of uptight rules.
3ic is important because 2ic and leader are gone the 3ic can take charge and can take care of the smaller jobs or help the 2ic or leader finish off the harder jobs and can get pages like the join page and rank pages.
They are required but just barely. That’s just my opinion 0_o
More slaves to do the join page the better.
Well ACP needs 3ic’s cause the 2ic’s are too lazy.
