ACPTR: Now Hiring

ACP Chat Rally

The ACPTR site is located HERE

Hello ACP,

Do you think you got what it takes to train cadets in ACPTR? Do you like to help others, in their first steps of being in ACP? Then being in the ACPTR staff is for you! ACPTR was formally know as a “brigade” (brigades were like divisions) created by Omega. Now, why would anyone want to train a bunch of noobs!? Well, noobs in every army are our future mods, owners, and leaders. Believe it or not, noobs keep a army alive. If you get annoyed and lose your patience by noobish comments and questions, this job just isn’t for you. On the other hand, if you like to socialize, and have a positive attidude toward new soldiers, you may be the person who fits the requirements for this job!

The ACPTR is an ACP Brigade devoted to the teaching Club Penguin Warfare to new recruits of the ACP. ACPTR stands for ACP Training Regiment, and is currently lead by 12Declan12. It was created in June 2008 by Omega39 and was originally called ABC (ACP Boot Camp). In the ACPTR, you must attend events and classes to achieve medals. At the end of each month, your medals were added up and you get a grade (A+ being the highest) and a promotion in the ACP.

Now, ACPTR has some staff requirements, and various jobs in which require a certain amount of dedication and experience. To become part of the ACPTR staff, you must be between the ranks of Brigadier General-General. You must of course, have a wordpress account.

1st off, the job spots that are up for grabs are

  • ACPTR Co-Leader[x2]
This spot requires extensive knowledge of ACP, and how it works, in any case, you must be good at leading, and posting. As well as meet the requirements of the drill team leader.
  • ACPTR Drill Team Leader[x3]
This job requires, good leading skills, and the ability to post, you must have knowledge of, ACP history, how our government and constitution works, and of course know all the basics of armies, as well as some other abilities that, I forgot to mention (because theres alot 😆 )
  • ACPTR Volunteer[x2]
This is a staff position similar to Drill Team leader, but you don’t lead a drill team, this is a position that has the exact requirements of being a Drill Team leader, this position is so ACPTR can have a few more staff members to keep an active site, and fill in for any absent staff member.

In addition to leading, and scheduling events, you must also add cadets from the join page, once a week (you will be given a join page day once you become a staff member)

To apply to become a ACPTR staff member, fill out this form in a comment.

  2. Purpledoo123
    1rank:Lt.General
    2.yes
    4.EST time zone

5.Most likely the first one but maybe the second one.

6.I treat noobs like any other ACP troop and act like everyone is equal.

7.I joined ACP as a rouge for 2 years 06-08 Then joined ACP in 09 and ranked myself up but for one year I was inactive but in my other armies I was in Parkas First Generation for 1 year then they died and I am currently Sky Troops 2ic and I created the army Junk Warriors that made it into the medium top 10 and I am in many other armies.

    8.i will try my best.

  3. lol @ spelling necessary wrong.

  4. lol @ spelled attitude as “attidude” and saying “a army” and not “an army” *wary*

    P.S: Copying Mch’s comment.

  5. General
    Yes
    EST
I’ll try, but I don’t understand how Saturday can be both Oct 1st and 2nd…
I don’t necessarily like them, but I do believe it is important to work with them and train them PROPERLY in order for an army to have good troops.
I’ve been in ACP for about a year and a half, and overall have had nearly 5 years of experience in CP armies, both leading and as a trooper.
    Yes, I will.

  6. Oh man, three ranks behind! I would like to become a staff member though and I was wondering if you can make an exception to the rule. If you can that would be great but if you can’t, I understand completely but may you please spend the time to look at my application form.

1.ACP Rank: Major (I know I’m not between Brigadier General and General but I want to help to train the new generation of soldiers)

2.Do you meet the requirements listed above: yes

3.If you answered no to the 2nd question, what requirements do you not meet: N/A

4.What is your time zone? CST

5.Will you come to the 2 staff training classes (listed below): most likely

6.Whats your attitude toward noobs? I’m friendly to them and I hear what they have to say. I help them if they have any problems and I give them tips from time to time. I don’t even call them ‘noobs’ because I think the new soldiers find that term offensive.

7.Whats your experience in ACP and other armies (please list): I’m only in ACP and I enjoy my time here. I have been here for 3 months but I have gained much more experience than what some people have gained in a year. I am an ACPTR A+ graduate (Which would help to train new soldiers) an excellent spy and I also manage a website for a Patrol Group of ACP which has 3,539 views but I’m not here to advertise. I also know how to:

    1) Make posts

    2) Set a scroller (which Fox calls the bottom for some reason)

    3) Make GFX

I also have a lot more skills but there are so many to list.

8.Will you be active, and do as the leaders instruct you to do: Yes! 🙂

  7. 1. Major General
    2. Yes
    3. I have good knowledge of ACP and how it works, but I’m still learning on the knowledge part, other than that, I’m a good leader, and I know how ACP works. My posting quality is great. I use proper grammar on posts, and they way I form the posts will be different every time.
    4. Penguin Standard Time. (PST)
    5.Yes.
    6. My attitude towards noobs. Well they are the core of an army, people say armies are ‘noob’ armies because they have noobs in it. But all armies have noobs in it. Without noobs, CP armies would be nothing, and I train “noobs” or the ” Un-experienced” to get them to be good quality leaders.
    6. I’ve been in ACP for about a year. My recent experience in armies are : AR leader, UMA Leader (retired) LT 2ic(retired) DCP 3ic (retired, golden ages) GT 2ic(Golden Age: Retired)
    7. Yes.

  8. Colonel

    Yes

    Australian time

I can’t go because its too early for AUS people

My attitude towards noobs is that I don’t mind their nooby questions, I’m always happy to help them be a great leader one day.

I have lead many armies and have been very helpful and supportive. I have also been a moderator or member in brilliant armies, like ACP.

    Yes

  9. 1. 1st Lieutenant
    2. Yes
    3. N/A
    4. PST
    5.Yes
6.Well if they will act well i will treat them with respect and always help them but if they are asking for mod or owner and stuff i will give them 3 warnings and final.

7.Well i’ve Lead alot of armys and won some battles and lost only a few (do to weak tactics)

8.Yes i will respect the Leaders and mods and owners.

Im a Staff Sergeant and very friendly to everyone, noob or someone who has experience. I want to practice leading incase i become a leader one day. I have been in ACP for 2 months now and know my way around ACP.

    • hi im kirby3400 and i think i will be perfect for the job i always lisin and do my best i will never forget thet video i think that ill be a perfect job as general

  12. AWWWW I CANT DO IT IM ONLY A STAFF SERGEANT 🙁

  13. •Ek

    •General

    •Yes

    •GMT

•I can make both(There’s only one Saturday)

•I’m not going to make out that I’m perfect but I believe without noobs we would be far smaller than we currently are. By the time a noob or lower rank has finished this training coarse they should be an experienced soldier that has the ability to lead, know about the history of the army and be able to train noobs themselves.

•I joined ACP during Spring-Summer of 2009 and after a few months I joined the Training Regiment. It taught me how to be a respected soldier so I decided to join the Ice Warriors. After a month or so I achieved the lowest moderator rank. I worked extremely hard to gain highest mod. At this time the IW started having events and posts every two weeks so I got extremely bored. I waited a few months for my chance of ownership but It never came so I left to move to Team Gold. I got a mod rank due to my experience in IW, one of Team Golds closest allies at the time. I soon reached 3ic and decided to leave a month later after finding the rules extremely unfair and I was generally bored of the inactivity. I decided if I wanted to go anywhere in armies I would go back to the beginning and join ACP. I joined and soon enough I got mod. I commented for the position of a Drill Team Leader and achieved it along with Bunker, Lad and a few more troops. I stayed extremely in the ACPTR until my Laptop broke for a month so I gave the spot away. When I got back I rise up to General which I have been holding for 2 or 3 months. I was hoping for a wayto prove myself worthy of Division General so I saw this post and commented 😀

    •Yes

P.S- I feel this comments quite long D:

  18. I do not meet requiremnts for Ranks But Even though, like the last guy, I wanna do what ever possible.
Sense I am blind, and sense all I am is scheduleing, and making post, and updation, I wanna give it a shot. I don’t get to do much in ACP, and I wanna change that by starting this.
I understand if I am rejected, and I am aware that I am only a Captin, but remember, even in the Real U.S. Army, at times breaking Rank regulations is bets.
My Cousin, who is a Major once had to break rank regulations to save the man who told him no.
He saved his commanding officer from a Morter in IRAQ, and he broke rank by disobaying orders from his Commanding officer.

    7. Whats your experience in ACP and other armies (please list): I Joined the Army of Club Penguin on June 14th, 2008 when I was still able to see with my eyes.
I rised up in Ranks, but at times asking for a demotion from the rank I got each premotion day. I evenchually ended up leaving when I went blind and left as a LT. Colonal (LTC) I evenchually while in the ACP with my eye sight joined a meaddeom army called, the MARINES OF CLUB PENGUIN. I left as the Leader, and came back to asA. Once returning, I worked up in ranks, and evenchually created the Army Fighters of Club Penguin, then starting the MCCP Marine Corp of Club Penguin, then creating the AACP American Army of Club Penguin.
With a total of 16 to 18 solders max on the site, we where up their in the Small Armies. After a hacking that ended us.
I was recently in the SF Snow Fighters as a Advisor, and then after they died recently, I stayed here after comming back this year.

  20. Hi, im ferrari86243, im just a 2nd lieutenant, but im also a commander of my own army, and i have been helping noobs promote and understand cp armies ever since early 2010. My first soldier ever, actually thought that he could go on an enemy server, withought telling me or the enemy army, with just himself, and only saying “i claim this room”, and take that server. Than he posted his victory posts. However, helped understand the rules of Cp armies, and right now, he is currently my 2ic of an army that has like 50-100 people in it (we got a rough start). he even got mad at me, which I could totally understand, he mustve had his hopes high, and was just trying to impress me, however i know how it would feel if someone rejected you like that, and saying that you were wrong. So i apologized and he forgave me. A week later, we conquered the same enemy army (we had 5+)

  21. 1.2nd lieutenant
    2.Yes
    3.n/a
    4.EST
    5.I will try my hardest
I believe that “noobs” are just completely new soldiers that are trying their hardest to impress their leaders, however do not understand a lot of the basics of Cp armies, and thats what I would be glad to teach them, (and the many others unique things of ACP). I also believe that noobs are the ones who started all of Cp armies. It was just a noob that came up with the idea of armies for Cp. The rules then might of been different then, but what they dont know does not make them a lower class person than you. Treat them with respect.
    6. I am a commander of a small army with about 50-100 people in it. (not a lot of them are active)
    7. Of course I will.

  22. 1.Field General
    2.No
    3.Posting
    4.PST
5.I’ll be there for both, if I can’t make it I’ll tell someone.
6.N00bs are people who are probably new to the army and think it’s not so serious, but people treat the battles seriously. Being a n00b isn’t a bad thing, but it’s best to unN00b these n00bs in the ACPTR!
7.I have been an ACP Field General, and I am a mod. I have been in the ACP for 2 years. I have lead 2 small armies(Alaska Ninjas, Tiki Warriors, both range from 40-75) for 11 months, then they merged and I retired.
    8.Yes I will 😀

  23. 1. ACP Rank:
    Field General
    2. Do you meet the requirements listed above?
    Indeed
    3. If you answered no to the 2nd question, what requirements do you not meet
    N/a
    4. What is your time zone?
    Eastern Standard Time
    5. Will you come to the 2 staff training classes (listed In Post)
I will most likely make both!
    6. Whats your attitude toward noobs?
They are the lifeblood of armies even though some are trolls. They just need to find their way and they can be great! Ive already helped many
    7. Whats your experience in ACP and other armies (please list)
