Hey there, guys! Been a LONG time since I posted here.
I’m posting here for one simple reason. A reason which most of you may be able to guess.
Today is September 11, 2011.
It’s hard to put this post into words. It’s hard to describe the feelings felt on that day, but I will try.
September 11th. A day that will live forever in infamy. Most of you were too young to understand anything that happened that day. Most of you weren’t even in kindergarten or first grade yet. For that reason, I will recap on what happened that day.
On 9/11, a plane crashed into one of the World Trade Center buildings in Manhattan, New York City. Havoc was caused. At first, people were unsure of what happened. Was there a bomb? Was it a rocket? Did a plane hit the building? If it was a plane, was it a helicopter, jet, or a passenger plane? Was it on purpose or an accident? Nobody knew… until the second plane hit. While filming, news broadcasters caught the second plane hitting the other World Trade Center building. From that point on, everyone knew it wasn’t an accident. Both buildings were on fire. People were dying. Firefighters and policemen were trying the hardest that they could to save lives and stop the already devastating disaster. It couldn’t possibly get any worse… or could it? Another plane hit the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. More lives were being lost. Word was heard that one of the planes that hit one of the WTC Buildings was definitely a passenger plane. Eventually, all of the planes were confirmed as passenger planes. Then, word got around of a plane crash in a Pennsylvania field. This is the greatest mystery of 9/11. It is unsure of where this plane was headed; was it headed for the White House? Capital Hill? We will never know because of the heroic people on that flight. After the flight was hijacked, they risked and lost their lives to save others by making sure the plane did not crash into its intended target. So the Pentagon was on fire along with the WTC. Couldn’t get any worse, right? Right? Sadly… it could. First, one of the WTC Buildings collapsed. Then, the other.
About 3,000 people died on this day. These people will never be forgotten.
Now that you have a background of the story, I will tell you my personal experience.
On September 11th, I was in kindergarten. By the time the second plane hit, everything went wrong. We, the students, could see the smoke of the WTC buildings from our window. The principal came into the class, gasping, and whispered something in my teacher’s ear. My teacher – who was a tough teacher for Kindergarten, mind you – broke down into tears. We had no idea what was going on, but it was obviously something absolutely terrible. Later on, we were evacuated. My sister, who was in middle school, has a similar story. No matter what, every story on this day is terrible.
I have transferred over the names from Stew’s post to this one. Here are the names of relatives of people in ACP or other CP Armies who lost their lives on this day:

Thank you for letting me post this here. Because of my connection to 9/11, I wrote a rap about it. There are no curses. Be advised, video footage may be graphic.
Thank you once again.
