Army of Club Penguin

Hey ACP!

Recently, we have been getting a bit lazy or sloppy. I know that this is probably because of School coming up again, and we are getting a bit bored and bit annoyed. I think we just need to be reminded what our roles are in the army, so;

ACP’s roles – What are they?

Supreme Commanders:

The main leaders should make sure the Head General’s and Commander General’s should be doing their Job, and should help train the Head Generals to take over as leader once they retire. The leaders should be keeping the pages updated and generally keeping the site active, posting every other day.

When present, the leaders should lead the events, and should make the battle plans for the army and strengthen relationships with their allies. They must continue the mission to be the best and first army.

Head Generals:

The Head Generals should lead when the leaders are not present, or sometimes when the leader is present but they have to go and talk to armies to see if the battle is over, and can get distracted. They should also be training the Commander Generals for their roles when they are promoted or retire.

The Head Generals should host unscheduled recruiting and make events every now and then, they should be able to easily lead and help out the leaders. They should help keep control of chat and help out in battles.

Commander Generals:

The reason there are 3 Commander Generals, is so each 3ic can be assigned to a division (This will be fixed soon). It will be their job to keep the division active, and they should advise the Division Generals in helping out.

If the division is not doing very well, the 3ic’s should be able to spot the weak link and should recommend replacements, and feed information to the leaders about what needs to be done. When promoted/retired they are able to recommend their replacement, and then the leader will consider that option.

Commander Generals too can make events for the army, and should be responsible for leading them. They should posting every 3-4 days and keeping the site active with interesting information amongst other things.

Division Generals:

You must lead your division and keep it active, with the Commander Generals advising you. If in a battle ACP is asked to be split into divisions, you should take charge of your division and lead them around Club Penguin.

They should be training the soldiers in the time where there are no battles but in battle should be commanding them. To do this successfully the division generals have to get to know their soldiers personally and has to get them to trust their commands.

This is harder to do as a 3ic, 2ic,or 1ic because those ranks would have to get to know more people and that is difficult to do since they have more responsibilities.

Moderators:

Moderator is a privilege, not a right. You guys should be keeping the chat in moderation and kicking/banning rule breakers – You shouldn’t be breaking the rules yourself. You should prove you are ready for a higher rank by being mature on chat and helping the leaders out.

You should listen to the leader’s command and not backchat to them, they are your leaders. You should not be abusing soldiers because you feel like it, and should follow the rules and be an example to the members of the army.

Members:

You are the backbones of the army, without you ACP would be nothing. You just need to be active, follow commands and do your best on CP. You should help out by repeating the commands on Club Penguin, or on chat!

Comment on every post to prove you are alive and active! Patrol ACP servers and report any enemy that we may have to fight. You are the heart and soul of the army, make friends on chat and just generally have fun!

Divisions:

Divisions are there incase they are needed in battle to split the army up, you should listen to your Division General and follow their commands! You should try and attend the events scheduled by the leaders of your division, and you should respect them.

The 3ics are in charge of divisions. There will be 3 divisions and the 3ics are in charge of ranking soldiers into their divisions from the division registration page. There will also be two Division Generals for each division and one or two Division Generals for ACPTR.

Once a Division General or 3ic becomes inactive with their division, they will be replaced. The 3ics are also in charge of making sure that the Division Generals are active. This means that there will be only 3 3ics.

These are your jobs – Stick to them, so ACP can be the army that we are supposed to be – The best.
