Shab: Rules have been updated. Please list any hand-picked mods on the chat page and make a list of them under the chat where I have specified.

I have realized for a while that there are definitely problems with chat so I’ve decided to fix them. As many people witnessed, I was given permission to carry out plans and reformations to improve chat and make it better. Since the leaders would have to bear the responsibility of carrying out some of the more disliked plans otherwise, all blame falls on myself and they are not to be yelled at or insulted for any of these.

First of all, a problem that chat has been plagued with for a while, Main Owner. The question “Who should be main owner?” has been asked repeatedly. Therefore, effective immediately, the only main owners will be the ACP Leader(s) [Kenneth and Flipper]. The only people with the password will be the ACP Leader(s) [Kenneth and Flipper] along with the 1.5ic [Bob]. I will no longer be Main Owner and will no longer know the password as soon as I finish updating under the chat.

Also I’d like to loosen the rules a little bit. I’ve looked at the other chats and to make chat more enjoyable, the following rules will be removed. If someone would like to edit the rules page and fix these, that would be great.

Rules Removed:

-Caps Rules
-Asking to be mod rule
-Trading Xats/Powers/Days [I will add some rules and guidelines about stay safe from scamming on the chat page and underneath chat]
– Rules 16 [too redundant]
-2, 3, 4, & 8 will be combined into rule 1
-Rule 5 is obvious, it will be removed

New Rules:

-Use your head. Any obvious actions that are innapropriate or harmful will be punished whether it is stated in the rules or not.

[Obviously the new rule leaves more to the mod’s digression but if the mods are well taken care of, it should be fine]

-Any rule that the mods break will be punished for 1 1/2 times longer or worse than the punishment that a member would receive. Any rule that an owner breaks will be punished for twice as long as a member would be punished for.

[For a member, f word is 1 hour ban. This means that for a mod it would be 1.5 hours and for an owner, 2 hours]

-Any owner that mods an unmodded person without checking the list that will be created on the chat page will be unownered for as long as the mod is suppose to be unmodded

Now, the 2nd part of this post is the part that will piss multiple people off.

The mod line will be changed. This is because, simply, we have way too many mods. We don’t need that many mods and half of the mods don’t deserve their position anyways. Therefore there will be a new structure for mods. The mod line will be set at general. There will be a set number of people that can be handpicked under the rank of general. The ACP Leader will have to approve all handpicked under general and cannot exceed the maximum amount. To raise the maximum amount of mods all leaders and division generals will have to vote on a new number and have a 75% vote of approval.

As soon as Ken & Flipper are ready, they should reset chat and get this done ASAP, as soon as I update the rules under the chat [Tonight].

I would like a list of mods who are unmodded or owners who are unownered somewhere the site. Perhaps on the chat page.

Currently the list I can think of off the top of my head is:

Ladtom: Remodded Sunday, August 21st
Speeder: Remodded Sunday, August 21st
Term: Remodded Monday, August 15th

[The following have to be unmodded due to abuse and insulting others when no owners are on. Pictures for proof were presented. I ask that both do not make a fuss because it will not change anything]
Kier: Remodded Monday, August 22nd
Klim: Remodded Monday, August 22nd

These changes take place immediately. If Ken or Flipper have any problems with these they can speak to me. Otherwise, no one is to touch this post.
