The problem with the site being held has been resolved thanks to Mchappy and myself contacting and conversing with WordPress to fix the problem.
The new rule is that there can no longer be comment contests on this site. It is a violation of WordPress’s TOS and if it happens again more severe actions may be taken by WP.

I am having trouble getting solders to join my small army, and Sense I am visually impaired, and can only use the main part of chat and not private chat parts,
Can I advirtise my small army on here once every month or so?
I know that I Sound like a noob, but I need to find ways to get solders.
My new Leader, Number10pen, is still getting use to being the President of the AACP, and We have been Inactive for a while.

ACP is like Family to me, and I Created the American Army of Club Penguin, because of my insperation that the ACP left on me.
