Sweet and Simple: DO NOT UNBAN PEOPLE
When a mod or owner bans someone, do not unban them. Ever.
Simple, I know. For now on, if you unban someone who is banned without first consulting the person who banned them or Flipper, Ken, Boomer, Bob, or myself, you will be unmodded for 1 week.
If you see a bad ban, and at least 2 other mods saw it and agree that it was bad, a person can be unbanned. If an owner sees it, they can also give permission to have the person unbanned. But this is ONLY for right when it happens. If you don’t know why someone was banned or weren’t around when they were banned, keep them banned and ask to find out.
Owners, if you mod anyone without first checking the “mod” list I will make eventually and put under the chat along with as a widget for the sidebar, you will be unownered for at least 2 days, if not a week. This goes for myself and the other main owners also.
The reason for this? Well lately people who should be banned forever are being unbanned, scammers, hackers, etc…. In order to help prevent you guys from being scammed, doxed, etc… it is essential to keep people who are banned forever banned, no matter if you don’t know why they are banned.
Today Saw, who was apparently a mod even though he was unmodded for unmod week, banned or gagged everyone on chat today, unbanned one of his buddies, and then left.
Therefore there will be stricter rules in place for all mods and owners. Being a mod or an owner is a privilege, not a right. You can easily do everything you have to do without it, and can just be ownered for battles. Remember that.

Do these rules still apply when someone is banned for a good 24 hours or forever by an owner even though they have only commited a minor banning offense? (roll)
Admit it, you all do it. Someone swears, supposed to be a one hour ban, but they get banned for God knows how long simply because that owner or mod can ban them for that long.

Finally someone has made this post. I laways ban people who curse but some other mod like Noka un-bans them.
Why do mods gag people when they did nothing wrong? I think it’s unfair.

I see people break rules all the time and I kick and ban them, and then people give me a hard time and keep calling me a n00b. I think this post was a good wake up call.

Unfortunately, this address isn’t going to help the issue. There’s always going to be that stupid smarta**** mod who finds a reason to make every ban “unfair”. One time I saw some kid come on, unban two people, and leave right after that xD

Hmmm, it really depends on what situation it is. Besides, if the mods are abusing their power, why not just de-mod them?

I can understand you guys hate shab, but that doesn’t mean you should uprise against him with a rebellion. And if you get banned for a good reason, you deserve it for breaking the rules. And mods if you ban someone for no particular reason, thats not right either. All I’m saying is, just follow the rules.
