Hey ACP.
A LOT of things has been happening around in ACP lately, and most being worse than others! Firstly, let us start off with the most important thing of all. The Senate.
1. Senate
The senate has been given lots of changes recently, and a lot of them have been bad, in the soldiers opinion. Now I’m here to listen to you guys, I’m going to listen to what you have to say, but first: You must try to let me say my part, please?
Buckleybeans, a now retired Division General, was recently removed form the rank of ‘Senate President’ in the Army of Club Penguin. This had been agreed on, before his idea of a better ACP, which we do respect. I had agreed with this, and so had former Leaders Shaboomboom, Boomer20, the current owners online, and current leader, Kenneth1000.
A lot of you have been asking what were the reasons? Why was he even removed in the first place? You don’t really understand. Well here are the reasons:
- Buckleybeans, had recently been involved with a 3rd in Command spot open, and sadly he did not get it. Prior to this event, Buck went on to PC Kenneth and called him wrong names. A few examples are Douche and spineless. We didn’t think someone like this should be controlling one of the most powerful things in the senate.
- Also, many people have complained about Buck being manipulative, forcing them to do things. A few people who have experienced this is actually, me, and the current leader Kenneth1000. But that’s not all the people who have been saying that, there are others who wish to remain unknown, and we respect that. Again, we don’t want people like that as a senate president.
Buck, you can comment your side of the story, we will reply, etc.
2. Owners
When listening to the soldiers on chat, I have heard of many complaints of owners, and one specifically. ACP 3rd in Command, Khimo, has been receiving many complaints about his language on chat. I propose that he will be demoted to 4th in Command, and until he can control himself he will be promoted to 3ic again – A bit like Noka, when he was temp-demoted.
This is a decision based on soldiers opinion, I haven’t talked to Ken yet as I believe this can’t wait.

i think that you should be a democracy, but the people who are in the senate should be the people who the soldiers want and trust. Perhaps you should consult the leaders of Old, as they may have gone through the same thing as this before.
Um Khimo does this stufff im on chat all the time.
OK i need to tell you guys whats going on with my small army
I declared war on the NW, yet they keep refusing it, and they keep saying that our argument is invalid. They are saying that our invasion is in the middle of the night, but thats only true for Americans. Most of our army is Asian, and im sure that the NW have some Asians in their army to, but they will keep saying our argument is invalid.
Second of all, they are using rule number 1, (an army must have 2 servers to invade another army) to get out of war also. However, they know we have more than two servers. What they did was take our 24 our notice comment, and edited it to say: My army sucks, but please, we do not own all those servers.

Well let’s see here. acp needs a government to have: bills rights and constution. now if we don’t have those things ACP becomes a dicator ship. would you rather have dictatorship or constution rights and bills? …. if one of you guys ever become president i hope you don’t try to remove the U.S government..

DRACP is just some crap made by leaders to make us think ACP isn’t a dictatorship.
I was talking to Ken yesterday, and I think things got a bit mixed up. When I said I wanted to create a more powerful senate, I meant in the sense of how it worked, not to overpower the leaders, that wouldnt even work.
Me manipulating? I didn’t really try to manipulate anyone, I can be a bit debateable about things, but I always told Ken to tell me If I was pressuring him, and to just give his oppinion and input into what I was suggesting.
I did get mad at Ken, for him NOT telling me and going off in PC’s chit chatting about me, I did apologise to him for it before any of this was revealed or any of it was going to be.
At the end of the day, I’ll move on, we’ll all move on. I’ve retired and I’m going to continue helping out any way I can as a retiree. I’m not giving this comment to fight against those accusations, I just want to explain what I’ve done.
