I, Shaboomboom, Retired ACP-Leader, Memo Man, with the power and support invested in me by the soldiers of the Army of Club Penguin hereby remove Flipper from power as 1ic of the ACP.
He will not be replaced with anyone.
Flipper7706, Ex-ACP Leader, is found guilty of the following.
Flipper tormenting Slider.
1. Flipper greedy for powers.
One day on chat, an unamed person was giving away all his xats/days/powers due to his leaving xat. This person, said, that they would give all their xats, days and powers to Flipper. Flipper, obviously due to his greedy nature, without delay agreed and tried to “seal the deal”. Now, Slider being the nice, generous person he is, gladly donated a day to this unnamed person so that he could transfer the xats, days and powers to Flipper. This person, respectful and appreciating Slider’s kind deed, said he’d give Slider the xats, days and powers instead. Slider, didn’t have much powers, Flipper, was LOADED. So, you would think that Flipper would accept this? That someone less fortunate than him could have an added bonus and have their day brightened up? With Flipper, that’s never the case. He wanted them ALL for himself, he couldn’t dare see someone else get “his powers”, as he so wrongly states them as. Before and after Slider getting the powers, Flipper CONSTANTLY bugged, pressured and tormented Slider about getting these powers. He continuously went into rages over these powers, claiming ” THEY’RE MINE!”…”YOU STOLE MY POWERS!”. Bullied him constantly in PC, saying nasty things to him, not very nice? I thought so. Slider eventually gave into Flipper’s torment, bullying and in-tolerant behaviour of the “theft of his powers”. Flipper made Slider give him Valentine, the second dearest power that Slider had gotten, and Slider, wholeheartedly upset and demoralized, walked away, having been deprived of one of his most treasured power he’d ever had.
Flipper demoralized Slider, and swats away expression of views, opinions, ideas, and ignores self-representation.
2. Slider, being a good contributor to the ACP, giving his ideas, opinions in an orderly, right fashion, presented some of his views to Flipper. Flipper, stuck his nose up at Slider, made him feel stupid, insignificant, embarrassed for presenting these ideas. This is not what we want from a Leader, we want someone to feel comfortable talking to, someone who wont be ignorant to our ideas, someone who will open heartily accept our ideas as an opinion, and wont make them insignificant ego-boosters in their own little kingdom. Flipper didnt perform any of the qualities we need in a Leader, ESPECIALLY to one of his 3ics.
2. Flipper’s “vacation”, extreme insultry towards the hard-working, active people of ACP.
Recently, as you all know, Flipper7706, ACP “Leader”, took a “vacation” from the ACP. This, is unacceptable under any circumstances. Despite his “reasons”, which are only momentary excuses, he left for no reason, abandoning ACP at their time of need. He has the nerve to use Bobs “vacation” as an excuse. That is NO WHERE NEAR, what he did. Bob had personal reasons, and everyone accepted it, whereas people don’t accept what Flipper has done.
Flipper’s attempt to scam Buck, a Division General of the ACP and his tremendously insulting reaction when caught.
The initial deal that was made, between Buck and Flipper, was that Buck, would give Flipper the xat power [guestself] To guest himself and become normal owner. Flipper wasn’t forced into making this deal, he wasnt pressured either, he willing and, braggingly made it, knowing full well of the procedure. Buck, transferred Flip [guestself] and then concluded, that Flip could keep the power on the terms that he fulfilled his bargain of the deal. Flipper, decided he’d “auction” off Buck’s power, without fulfilling the deal. He said, ” FIRST PERSON TO PC ME GETS BUCKS POWER “. It was apparent to everyone part of the deal, as it had been discussed on main for everyone to see. Flipper was scamming buck, due to the fact he wasnt keeping up his end of the bargain, which is scamming. Shaboomboom immediately stepped in alongside Buck to justify what was happening. Shab told Flipper to either fulfill the deal, or return the power. Flipper then replied, wrongly accusing Buck and insulting his name, “SORRY GUYS, NO COMPETITION, BUCKS A SPOILED SPORT! :'( ” . He turned a simple agreement into Buck being blamed for something he didn’t do? Not fair at all. Leaders don’t, A. Attempt to Scam, or B. Do this to their troops.

After talking to Flipper, trying to get him to improve himself, he caved in and gave up so after he asked me for a chance, I gave him 3 days to show that he deserved another chance.
Of course, he did absolutely nothing in those 3 days, after begging me to give him 3 others, telling me that I was his idol, telling me that he deserved another chance. He did nothing, decided that he was on “vacation.”
A leader cannot go on a self-vacation, you can’t just decide that you don’t want to do anything for a while and retain a rank as high as leader. It doesn’t work that way, especially if you’ve done nothing to earn that vacation. Do you know why Flip wanted a vacation? Cause he doesn’t have a backbone and decided to fold under criticism that he should do more, cause he couldn’t handle the pressure.
“I had exams.” Funny how this excuse only came up AFTER he came back from vacation. Did his vacation after getting stressed and folding just coincidentally happen at the right time? I doubt it.
Guess whats on the top on the list of what NOT to do as a leader, and one quality that a leader should have, a backbone. A leader should be able to stand up for themselves, accept criticism, and work to improve their bad qualities. Flip has done none of these. Instead he has hidden beneath his “vacation,” sitting on chat doing nothing, not even benefiting ACP in the slightest. There are many, many other people who are more worthy and more deserving of Flip’s rank.
Therefore I have stripped Flipper of his rank and of his owner privileges that he gained by being leader due to his lack of enthusiasm, extreme lack of backbone, and the lack of participation he truly had in the army. I ask that he retains the position of mod in reward for his time as 3ic, in which he acted more like a leader than he ever did when he truly was leader.

Noka- I am just saying but i do agree what flipper did is very bad and according to the rules cyber bullying is a forever ban just saying. But it is just funny to see people fight over an online game and to see how far they will go.

Boomer: When it comes down to it, Flip quit on ACP as soon as he was faced with a pressure situation, and was then “on vacation” during a string of very important battles against BA and it’s various affiliated armies. I don’t see how a leader could abandon their army like that, and expect to be welcomed back. More than just Shab’s opinions went into this decision, and it was determined that we needed a leader who could stand up to pressure and be there for ACP during the rough times rather than one who will back down from the first of many challenges any ACP Leader must face.
Oagal: Shab, this is a horribly one-sided representation of Flipper. What disgusts me isn’t his alleged crimes—most of which are entirely subjective character flaw accusations, which hold next to zero credibility—but rather your hateful and destructive method of publicly humiliating an ACP soldier.
Furthermore, the ACP Nation page clearly states:
“They [the Supreme Commander, aka leader] can only be taken out of power if both Boomer and Oagal deem them unfit to lead or if the army AS A WHOLE deems them unfit.”
Boomer and I never agreed to this, and neither did the ACP as a whole. You are acting out of line, and I suggest you take this post down or seriously revise it as soon as the opportunity presents itself.

I am personally shocked at this and am at a loss of words. This reminds me to much of an incident I had… but mine was worse, with classified information involved. Oagal,with all due respect, I do agree with Shab what Flipper did was BANG out of order, Therefor I think he should be kicked out of the ACP. I have been in ACP longer than flip, and he is 1ic? Im nowhere near ready to be leader. So why should he be? I for one along with many others never liked Flipper. Just my opinion, To be honest I dont care who dosen’t agree with me…
I may not be in Acp anymore, but c’mon. If you’re a leader, you should start acting like one or give the job to someone else! And stop with all the cyber bullying, its not even funny to bully other people so give it a rest already. And since Flipper has been removed from power, I think this only leads to disaster. I am almost certain he will try and make a rebellion to attack you guys. Since its looking pretty bad for you guys I will re-join Acp, but I won’t stay here forever. I will stay for only a while, until you guys get back on your feet. Its kinda funny because I just went from 1ic back to staff seargent. But I will leave my 2ic to lead until I return. Shab isn’t perfect either. He quit on VLA and gave us no reasons for it. He then shut down the website because Clintos, who Shab appointed as new leader, was not active. If Shab was active enough to close the site, the he must have had time to lead. My only question is, where is the evidence that Flip did all this? Flip has picture proving that he didnt scam anyone. Where are Shab’s pictures? I see none. Even the ACP Nation page, which Ken RE-UPDATED, says that Oagal AND Boomer have to agree on taking a leader’s rank from him. I didn’t see Shab anywhere in that. And both Oagal AND Boomer need to agree, not just one of them. I believe that Flip should get his rank as leader back.
It’s beautiful, this chaos and fighting, such pointless arguments and fights, such stupidity, this chaos, it’s simply remarkable.
Greed, chaos, honesty, yet who holds these traits? Everyone.
How about you stay out of the way Shab? Let the leaders lead. And Mchappy can take a vacation and everyone loves him, but Flipper can’t?

Guys, I do think Flipper should be punished, but like this? I don’t think humiliating him publicly is too kind either. Shab could have just gotten the approval of Boomer and Oagal, then strip him of his rank or demoted him privately.
