Hello ACP,
Now I understand that most of you are mad, angry, and even enraged that Jcapp got 3ic. But didn’t you all or at least most of you vote for him in the first place? You cannot judge him right now by the things he has said and done in the past before. I know a lot of you probably have grudges on him for things like making the Senate only for Brigadier General’s and higher. By the looks of it now he has become a lot more “un-strict”. Just give him a chance as 3ic. Since he has been 3ic has he been still doing all these injustices to you? Has he still been swearing and cursing at you? Or banning you unfairly?
If he is still doing it email or show Flipper or I, pictures on chat of Jcapp “abusing” you, swearing at you etc. We will judge if he has kicked, banned or guested you fairly. If he is still doing this we can always demote him. But for now talk to the leaders if he as mistreated you. Or go on the Reports Page. Some of you may be jealous that a guy that has been being mean to you got 3ic. I understand that, but your petition will get you nowhere. If Oagal was being a great 3ic but you guys didn’t like him we are not going to remove him unless we get some proof of why you guys don’t like him.
You cannot say “I don’t like him because one day he kicked me on chat and now that noob has become 3ic”. We want actual proof he has been doing these things to you as 3ic of ACP. We know he has done things like this in the past. If he is being an abusive owner then talk to the Leaders about how he is being an abusive owner. Give Jcapp a chance.
Boomer’s Edit: Sorry for the edit, but I just wanted to reiterate some of what Ken said with a little bit of my own take. First of all, I think this whole situation has been blow way out of proportion. Before I was Leader, this sort of thing was commonplace. A mod would do something controversial, people would take pictures, sometimes there would even be a mock trial, but in the end very little happened, because frankly it didn’t really matter. Sure it’s not a good thing, but unless Jcapp continues it, just let it go. It’s been like 3 weeks now and people are still fighting over it because they don’t seem to have anything better to do. I’m not supporting Jcapp’s actions, but I’m also not supporting the idea that he should be demoted/fired/whatever else over this. If the leaders see this to be a continuing problem, they will take care of it, but the soldiers need to ask themselves what they should really be doing for ACP besides stirring up controversy.

Where to begin.
Firstly, yes Jcapp got quite a few votes from some of ACP’s most notorious noobs. I’m pretty sure Khimo got more votes than Jcapp; why didn’t he get a chance to be 3ic?
I’ve known Jcapp for 3 years, and he is STILL the same abusive, power hungry, control freak and self worshipper I knew 3 years ago. I tell you this from experience, not just because I personally don’t like him.
Not only does he have ABSOLUTELY NO leadership qualities, but he is also one of the worst team members you could ever have in an army or agency of any kind.
Example #1 – SSACP: Earlier this year I considered and eventually undertook the task of rebirthing SSACP. Jcapp had me convinced that he could help rebuild SSACP into the agency it had once been. He promised to get it back on it’s feet and he swore to renew it. Not only did he fail to do so, but he also screwed it over for good.
Example #2 – ACP Senate: Everybody knows the senate is a just a stupid facade that the leaders of ACP use to make ACP look like some sort of democracy. Jcapp PROMISED to change that. He promised that him being president of the senate would actually give everybody a voice and help to change ACP. Yet again, he failed. Nobody had any sort of voice, apart from a few senators, who really didn’t get anything done either.
Example #3: General Chat Behaviour (During Battle): Even when someone more important or higher ranked is clearly leading ACP to it’s fullest potential, Jcapp always feels the need to barge in and either repeat (spam/flood) the leader’s orders, or give orders of own, which serve only to degredate ACP’s position. In addition to this, Jcapp will also deal out kicks and bans with NO regard for the rules, with reasons such as: “(WARY)” or “Don’t piss me off”.
And even in the short time that Jcapp has been 3ic, he hasn’t change one bit. He is still abusive and he still bans and kicks for basically no reason.
He is also one of the biggest hypocrites I’ve ever met, as he will spend an ENTIRE DAY kicking and banning people for little things, like saying the “A-word” or spamming a little bit, and then when evening rolls around, he’s just as bad as everyone else.
With absolutely EVERY rank he has received, Jcapp has said that he will change, or that he will make ACP better, or that he’ll follow the rules, etc. yet he still fails to do so.
So my question to ACP is this: HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO SAY THE “F-WORD” ON CHAT BEFORE YOU FINALLY FIRE JCAPP??????????

In my point of view, Jcapp is very loyal, responsible, and nice.. People do complain of him, but they choose to behave poorly in the first place..
You can quit sucking up to him, he’ll never be leader.
The problem isn’t Jcapp being 3ic par say. The problem is he was tried for corruption as a mod, found guilty numerous times and was promoted to a position of higher status.
Not only this, but the post with the comment votes was taken down. So we have no way of knowing who actually won. We have to trust you, and hey, the DRACP isn’t exactly known for fair polling.
And Boomer, perhaps the reason why we get people like Jcapp running ACP is BECAUSE it doesn’t get anywhere. We should be boosting the people’s peaceful, sensible protest. Not censoring it with an iron fist.
In other words, perhaps your end is a problem in your means.
