Hey, I’m Flipper. Many of you know me from ACP chat, I like to think I’m friends with everyone and that I have a lots of experience. I was a creator and original leader of the Golden Troops, and they reached second on the top 10. Cool, Eh? Then I retired from everything for about two months… Before I met Mchappy who offered me a mid-moderator rank in ACP. Wow, the official Army of Club Penguin. I couldn’t have predicted how many friends I would make at ACP, they were like the perfect army for me, an army where I could just settle down and call it home.
I never could have predicted that I would got 3rd In Command. Wow, that’s a massive step up from the ordinary days of leading your division. I can’t stress this enough of how thankful I am of everyone who supported me, and to Mchappy, who offered me this golden chance. I only believe in what’s best for the soldiers, for ACP. So I’m going to set myself a target of what I want to do as 3ic;
- Posts – I want to try to post every week, and I don’t want it to be about a stupid topic. Maybe about Soldiers opinions, how to make the army better, I don’t know, but I don’t want to be a useless 3ic who doesn’t really do anything.
- Chat – I’m going to try REALLY hard to answer ever single PC that I get. Sometimes I get too many, but that shouldn’t matter, as 3ic I should be able to take it in my stride. No matter how small the problem is, I will try to help you with your problem.
- Events – I’ll try my best to go to every event for ACP, but that might be hard as I am British and some battle times, are quite late. But nevertheless, I will provide a valid excuse if I can’t make a battle, and if it isn’t good enough, you can question my role as a 3ic.
Some of you might be disappointed with my appointment as 3rd In Command, but I swear I will try my best to help ACP in any way possible. Even if it means demoting myself to a moderator rank again, just to help the army, I’ll do it. If you have any problems with me, please comment about it and I will try to resolve the issue almost immediately. I hope I’ve lived up to your expectations, but for now, goodbye.

Awesome job Flipper! Hope to see you around. I think you will lead 3rd command with power! One of the reasons I am agreeing with every post here is well because, they mean good and they are truly good decisions. This army is truly my favorite cp major army. Not because it it currently the biggest army and most successful in cp. But it proves to be more welcoming and bonded together as a true army more than others. So congrats Flipper and keep it up ACP!

i went on a patrol yesterday
last night there was a creepy person on chat
2 years and a bit later and I’ve been leader for 15 months, been awarded a MoH and BMA, and been voted Leader of the Year 2011. Those were the days.
