***CHAT HAS RESET***
Hello ACP,
I know I have become 2nd in command, again. I know I might not have the power to do this. Yet I feel it is needed for this to happen in resulting a rise in the ACP.
I have entitled this post “The Shiver” due to the Ice Warriors. They are icy, cold… they give me a “shiver”. I am here to give the ACP’s opinion, the soldiers of this Army, to say what I’m about to say.
The DRACP hereby declares war on USIW.
It has come, and we all know it. ACP has been lacking the need of war which is entirely my fault. But it’s time to make up for our loss and time to kick some butt, once again. Yesterday was the best Battle of all time. Can we repeat it? Can we average at least 100+ soldiers? I know we can, and I know that if we try hard enough we will succeed. This was the perfect day for Ice Warriors to screw up; I had the taste of blood, war, in my mouth. I asked the people, the soldiers, whom were on ACP chat and they agreed to take action along with me.
If you don’t know what happened, let me make it clear. Ice Warriors have been on Mammoth very often lately, taking advantage of us being in the Tournament. They thought that Bobcatboy10 [ACP Leader] said they could be on Mammoth whenever they wanted to. Well, in fact, they are completely wrong!
Mammoth may be neutral as long as Armies respect that ACP owns it.

Ice Warriors have never respected us, mocking at us, spitting at us–in a way. The respect is that they must ask to be on Mammoth so it doesn’t look like they are raiding us. It’s a true shame that they decided to do this; what happened to the Alliance of ’09? I believe someone, or something, has changed the ways of their beliefs.
Seeing as we are the ones “declaring” we will be the ones to put in the ground rules. Try to respect these or it’s an automatic win by the DRACP. Here is the list:
- No Allies.
- Spying is allowed.
- Flame wars in the comment section will not be allowed.
- No threats of hacking, using bots, etc.
- All Battles will happen on Mammoth unless it’s an Invasion of a Server.
We have many reasons for this option of ours. Here is some I can think of:
- ACP needs a war.
- Ice Warriors have ton of servers.
- They’ve been on Mammoth countless times.
I’m expecting everyone to always be on ACP chat. Everyone must be on Mammoth when they can!

YA MCHAPPY! War is not good, but raids have been hapening between you and IW, and as you said, they get on Mammoth. I will talk to my other NFF Assistant Generals in a ASAP meeting and determine if we will help you, or if we will be neutral. I will do what I can in this!
This is good and bad for me in a way. Good because due to the fact my brother had friends over, I was unable to attend our last two battles. I am truely sorry, but I will go and help us destroy the Ice Warriors. Bad because in two days, my school is going to open its doors and I won’t be as active. I agree with this as well as Mchappy2 being a leader! He’s very active, there was no reason to take him off Bob, I mean he’s more active than you. He’s also a great leader.
We are just going to win against IW once again, just like in October, when the alliance between DRACP and USIW was made. Though that alliance only lasted two months. I’m ashamed of IW they are childish and I know we can beat IW if we go to war.</strong

Why should the invading army be allowed to make the rules? If a big army invaded a small army and said “NO ALLIES”, the small army is basically dead. And after all, All is fair in love and war.

this is gonna be awesome my squad encountered them while in an epf base for raiding but we held them off
whenever i go on cp, im on mammoth, unless its full. also my computer is a tiny, slow netbook so it sometimes crashes when i go on chat
I have only just joined acp so this will be an interesting experience for me. I used to just pop in and join with some of the charges. I have the full official uniform!
Today I saw a battle with swat. Was it even an official battle? I joined in because they were causing an awful lot of trouble. We did clover bombs and joke bombs and invaded their base. Luckily it stopped after about an hour and a half. Someone claimed they were the leader and their igloo was base. I didn’t think he was a leader because nobody followed his instructions and usually acp are well organised. And anyway, even if he was leader, would he be allowed to have his igloo as base for the battle?
Im backing up ACP on this war. Imma patrol Mammoth a bit :D.

We have too much to worry about. Not all ACP can focus on EVERY army. Mabye the Omega division should be permenant,adn each division focuses on certain armies and servers. Will that work. If you like my idea please respond.
Uh guys we have a situation of Mammoth. SWAT and EPF are there, and say they defeated us and own the land. See the problem guys? Hurry up and get on Mammoth ASAP. I repeat, REPORT TO MAMMOTH READY FOR COMBAT!

PLEASE READ THIS POST. IT IS MY NEW PLAN FOR OPERATION CAPITOL STORM, AND I THINK THE PLAN IS QUITE GOOD. ONCE AGAIN PLEASE READ THIS POST, ESPECIALLLY MCHAPPY. I NEED YOU TO APROVE THIS. Ok so here is the new plan for Operation Capitol Storm( I am hoping that everything goes according to plan, but I have a fallback plan that I am putting at the bottom of the post):
14:45 EST: Alpha squad begins raid of the Night Warriors’ capitol, Fog.
15:05 EST: We let the Nachos know that in ten minutes, their capitol will be invaded.
15:15 EST: Echo squad begins the raid of the Nachos’ capitol, Fjord.
15:30 EST: Alpha squad, with the take-over of Fog complete, joins the Echo squad with the ivasion of Fjord. if Fjord is full, Alpha protects mammoth and Breeze from possible invasions.
15:55 EST: We inform the Ice Warriors that in five minutes, their capitol Below Zero will be invaded and taken over.
16:00 EST: The soldiers of ACP(and its leaders) whom do not yet have a divison will begin an absoulute NO MERCY raid of Below Zero.
16:15 EST: With Fjord in ACP hands, Alpha and Echo join the raid of Below Zero. If Below Zero is full, which it probably will given the size of both armies, will head to Mammoth or Breeze for the likely event of a last stand invasion of either two.
17:00 EST: Ice Warriors surrender. With their defeat, we will enforce one of these prizes from the Ice Warriors:
Choice 1: We get their capitol city and other major cities.
Choice 2: We get all of their servers EXCEPT Below Zero. They will need it in order to rebuild their now crumbled army.
Choice 3: We get all of their land, with NO EXCEPTIONS, and also we get EVERY LAST SOLDIER IN THEIR ARMY. It is not a merge, but the result of a conqueration.
WHAT TO DO IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG:
First, let all other soldiers know about what went wrong. Then, get the heck off the server where the problem went wrong. Then, after the army regroups, we go back and ambush the probably smaller and partying army. Fallback is in my vocabulary, but surrender is not.
