Yep, you read it right! We have a new uniform for ACP soldiers. Lately our soldiers have been confused on what to wear during battles, so here is the answer. It’s a mix between the original ACP uniform and more modern versions. I hope you like it!
To be more specific, here are all the items:
COLOR: Black; Clothing Catalog, page 2; 20 coins
HEAD: Red Viking Helmet; Clothing Catalog page 9 (click 3rd pumpkin); 750 coins
FACE: Green Face Paint; Sports Catalog, page 2; 15 coins
NECK: Supply Bag; Clothing Catalog, page 21; 350 coins
BODY: Green Letterman Jacket; Clothing Catalog, page 11; 350 coins
HANDS: Black Electric Guitar; Clothing Catalog, page 31; 550 coins
FEET: Green Hiking Boots; Clothing Catalog, page 21 (click mountain top); 325 coins
Remember, you have to wear this exact uniform to all battles. It’s organization like this which separates the good armies from the great armies. Now let’s get out there and be GREAT!

Because every single item is currently available, every member soldier should be able to acquire this exact uniform. The non-members uniform will remain the same: be as green as possible.

Oagalthorp: Funny story. I took the pictures, did the research, and made this whole post last night. Then five minutes later, I saw Boomer had done almost the exact same thing a few hours earlier.

P.S. If you don’t take any negative comments, other armies aren’t going to take you as seriously as they would otherwise.
Personally, I think you should use the green baseball cap instead of the Viking Helmet, which has no colour relevance to ACP’s uniform. Also I don’t get the point of being the black colour, I always thought Green was our colour? So when voting on the poll I put: Not sure. [In ACP].
Oagalthorp: The original ACP uniform (back in 2006) was designed to look like a real army uniform–green letterman for camo, mining helmet for combat helmet, guitar for snow rifle, etc. Recently the uniform policy has simbly been “be as green as possible while wearing the viking helmet”. Well, this is a combination.
➡ The viking helmet is the closest we have to a combat helmet. Plus it looks unique.
➡ The letterman is our camo jacket.
➡ The black color just looks good coubled with the rest of the ensemble.
➡ Etc.

I am glad the letter man jackets back but i wish we used the night vision goggles to older penguins and if Club Penguin would just bring back the roman soldier helmet that would be great too. But I do think the new uniform is awesome
I like the old uniform better. Reason: I think that night vision goggles/sunglasses look much cooler than face paint, which looks stupid. In addition, I like the brown hiking boots better than the green ones. But this one is OK. I will wear it for now.
