It’s been 4 months since we last elected our Senators and It’s now time for new Elections!
To get a major bill passed, the Senate must approve it with a 3/4 vote.
There will be elections every 4 months, and unless the Branch gets dissolved by order of the President, it is always active.
The DRACP President is the Congressional Leader, and will moderate all discussions and sessions.
Only citizens of the Army Of Club Penguin are allowed to run
I’m hoping to have Dryvit on my side to help me as Vice-President at least for this elections, If that is not his choice then a new Vice President and Grand Senator will be elected right after the senate elections.

What does a Senator do?
Being a Senator is a privilege, not a right and it will be regarded as an honor. Senators will attend meetings scheduled by the President or Vice President in which they will present some bills to make of ACP a much better Army. Bills are then voted on and Passed by a 3/4 vote from the Senate.
What can’t a Senator do?
After being elected, Senators are just like every other Citizen with the right to attend a meeting and present a bill. Such bills must follow ACP Rules and the Statements on Parents, Rules and Nation Pages. Senators don’t have any special power over citizens and will be taken away their Senator Privileges if found doing so.

Well in CP Armies most people when you join you dont even know what senators are and do. That was me when I joined the ACP. As I rise through the ranks I learned more and more about Senators. Now I have a shot at being one! I will try my best to make bills and try my hardest. One Bill I want to pass very badly is what carcal mentioned above about Leaders coming on chat. A Bill that I thought of was about impersonaters. (Such as people that pretend to be matre or someone from youtube) I think they should be banned for doing that. So if you like my bill vote for me in the upcoming vote. I will try my best.
