We know for a fact the Nachos will complain, even though for the 3rd battle in a row, we were double their size when or more when the battle was called. Mountain is a definite victory due to the fact that the Nachos never showed (no way to argue that one) however, and Fjord appears to be ours as well. Great job ACP!

Update: The battle was a long one, and it was really close most of the way. I would argue that the fact that the Nachos failed to force ACP out of the Town for a ridiculous 80 minutes shows that they really could not defend their server from us. More or less, the battle was decided at the end however. Most of the Nachos have now signed off, leaving ACP doubling them in size at the end of the battle (6 pm PST).

Starting with the video of the very end of the battle, you can see the Nachos were pretty significantly outnumbered at the end here, and beaten around by our spam charges:
This was taken exactly at 6 pm PST when the Nachos were ordered off CP. ACP (in blue) numbers 22, and the Nachos (red) number only 11.
This was taken 5 minutes later, 14 ACP, 7 Nachos.
ACP declares victory on the Nachos retreat, leaving ACP soldiers on their server to claim it.

The Nachos decided to focus all attention on Fjord, so Mountain was claimed no contest since they never showed up.
At the start of the battle (4 PST), we had about 20 in the Town, with no resistance from the Nachos.

At this point we had pulled out all but Echo to Fjord, but still no Nachos at 4:07 PST. ACP declared victory after no Nachos showed up to defend.

Just when you think that…..nevermind. It’s just not worth arguing with ACP.
This will completely contradict my other comment because I really can’t resist saying this. You can remain in a room as long as you want! You could be getting crushed and yet remain in the same room! It’s not like you can REALLY force each other out. The army that’s getting beaten would normally just leave. But being ACP you would sit in the same room. Too stubborn to admit defeat. I really can’t see why anyone would bother to declare victory anymore because no one can admit a loss! Instead we’ll just remain in the usual of each army grumbling and whining over who won. That’s what truely destroyed CP warfare. The inability to admit defeat. Truly, and sadly, only a few armies have the gutts to admit defeat. For example, the IMAF. They faced UMA and lost. They actually admitted defeat! A new vocabulary word for ACP leaders to learn. I’m not a Nacho but I think they are more fair then you. They admit defeat when defeat us clear. The fact that you won’t admit a SINGLE loss is sickening. When CP armies are coming to an end, and a soldier ask you what caused it, the answer is clear. “No one is able to admit defeat. Go ahead, edit this comment because I know you will. But at least think about this comment. You will come to realize what I mean soon enough.

So sorry, I wasn’t there at all, I had religious education class, but I would have gladly skipped, but my mom wouldn’t let me. I just realized that I’ve been at barely any events this month. :-/ oh well, sometimes things have to come before acp, and for me, that includes my ice skating, and currently, watching the olympics comes before acp too. Also, I can’t get on chat or club penguin as often cuz I use my itouch for Internet mostly now.

I was only in one of the videos because my Commander Jason ACP Lt. general(i believe) Asked me to patrol Mountain so I had to get off Fjord and then about an hour into the battle I left because I was getting bored and at that time i saw that ACP had about 40 troops and they only had about 15 so I knew we would win. Good job ACP!

ACP, if you claim victory (on Fjord) you are blind. You have yelled at the Nachos for this, now I’m gonna yell at YOU for this. We forced you out of the rooms, due to the fact that you retreated. We got you out of the Town, the Beach, the Light House, and the Beacon (I had to leave for the rest) It was your invasion, and our defence. We had to push you all out of the rooms you invaded, which we did. Admit that you were defeated ACP, because you were. The Nacho Army has taken Snow Fort and successfully defended Fjord. The ACP have taken Mountain and Snow Bank.
