Welcome back Motor20

You may notice Motor20 is owner rank again. After discussions with Motor, we decided to give Motor a chance to show us he can be a good 3ic. All sides agreed on the terms, and we are confident Motor will stay an owner through his dedication and determination. Welcome back Motor20. Motor will be in charge of Alpha.
