    Actually, just the opposite. By spreading out the soldiers among many ranks allows for more fair promotions. No longer will you be a name among 200+ at your rank and easily missed. If you deserve/earned a promotion you shall get it much easier.

    I feel I deserve a promotion is, because I’m very loyal and never let ACP down. I’m one of the most active person in the army too (I think.) I’ve been around many legends, so I’ve been in the army for a while.

Second: Saint never missed a promotion while she was leader. There has been a promotion missed since I have been in ACP. Once it was a bit late during Boomers time, never missed.
