Hey Guys,
It’s Mazachster. Saint made me an author (Thank you Saint) on the site so that I could post the next segments of ACP Saga. This includes about the past 1.5 years of history in ACP, and the ACP Saga page is WAY overdue for an update.
So every day for the next couple of days I will post a few more sections. Tonight I will post the first section.
When we left off, we were in part 4.
Part 4
The Cold War Era
-Age 10 : Hostilities
-Age 11 : Open War
-Age 12 : The Second Depression
However, the “Open War” and “The Second Depression” sections were never written. So this is where I’ll start writing, however I will rename the sections.
Obviously my writing is going to be a little different from Oagalthorp’s writing, so keep that in mind. (I will focus more on events than ages and eras)
Here is what the “new” Part 4 will look like:
Part 4
The Cold War Era
-Age 10 : Hostilities
-Age 11 : The Battle of Mittens
-Age 12 : The Second Depression
-Age 13 : The Battle of Brumby
-Age 14: The Unthinkable
Well here we go:
PART FOUR

THE COLD WAR ERA

X) HOSTILITIES
Zippy500, leader of the Nachos, had decided he was discontented with the Nations. Even though the ACP had given them Blizzard – which was the Nacho capitol, and was located within the Democratic Republic of the ACP (DRACP, for short) — he still found it unfair that his army should be left with the last page. The Council of armyleaders decided that none would give up their territory. Most others were win with what they had. But Zippy led an invasion of Canada, which was UMA territory, to gain more servers. Eager to defend the UMA and their rights as an army, the ACP staged a counter-offensive, to defend all UMA server from foreign invaders of any kind.
But soon, an old UMA soldier and friend of Pink Mafias, name CompWiz, returned to the UMA. He gave up Canada to the Nachos, and took the UK, since the GPR there were dying. Now, Comp was determined to gain revenge against the ACP, the army that had defeated he and his friend during the Third World War. Several excuses were given for this war, none of which were reasonable. But even so, a war was about to occur.
The new UMA declared war on the ACP. Though less evil than the old UMA, this generation was bad in a different way. For the first time, most of the war was fought with propaganda, not actual combat. On January 2, 2008, the war had begun. The UMA had attempted a WWIII-style ambush on an ACP party at the Coffee Shop on Mammoth. Soon, it was the ACP vs. the UMA and Nachos. Our top priority was to defend Mammoth. For the first time in a long time, most battles were fought un-scheduled. The enemy forces claimed to have won most un-scheduled conflicts, while most battles I attended were won — scheduled or not.
For whatever reason, the UMA decided to give up on this war, and the Nachos followed in suit. On January 10, the war ended just as quickly as it had begun . . .
~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~
Now Mazachster is writing everything from here…
~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~
NEW! XI) THE BATTLE OF MITTENS
The UMA wanted the war to end and then suggested making an alliance between the “big three”, in other words, ACP, RPF and UMA. Though peace was accepted, this “big three” concept never really took off.
Not long afterwards, another conflict arose. ACP’s partially official spy agency entitled SSACP (Secret Spy Agency of Club Penguin) had gotten themselves into a conflict with the struggling Roman army. Though the Romans were hardly heard of those days, some of them were still around, lead by Dj and Morsels. The SSACP, under the command of Master Spy and ACP General Mazachster, were trying to set up a base in the server of Mittens, which was currently UMA territory. Because UMA was an ally during the time, SSACP had full rights to set up a base there.
However, the Romans argued that Mittens was theirs. SSACP was heavily outnumbered, especially since ACP’s ally RPF was considering joining the war on the Romans side. But, on January 24th 2008, Oagalthorp decided that ACP would help SSACP in the Battle of Mittens.
The battle started on January 27th 2008 when the SSACP along with the ACP entered Mittens to find a Roman army waiting for them in the Cove. Fortunately, the Romans were heavily outnumbered.
Under the gallant leadership of Oagalthorp and Mazachster, the Romans were beat back again and again. Every maneuver that they tried was countered perfectly and had the battle gone on any longer, ACP and SSACP would have won, but then it happened.
The server crashed. In fact, all of Club Penguin crashed. Noone could log on to ClubPenguin for over 30 minutes. During this brief cease-fire, negotiations took place in ACP Chat.
What was never revealed to most people was that the day before the battle, Mazachster and Cooltiger413, (another high ranking SSACP and ACP soldier) had met with Dj to discuss terms. We had decided that after the battle which the Romans were probably going to lose, the Romans would leave and go to Canada, and SSACP would help the Romans move to their new servers.
So during the negotiations while Club Penguin was down, we put the previously discussed terms into effect. SSACP and ACP had won the battle. The Romans had surrendered and left Mittens to head for Canada.
This battle was monumental for ACP and SSACP. ACP proved yet again how strong they were, and SSACP had made a name for itself as ACP’s official spy agency.
~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~
NEW! XII) THE SECOND DEPRESSION
~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~
As days went on, Club Penguin armies began to decline. This included all major armies. Veterans were quitting and this was a huge problem for armies. If there weren’t enough veterans, than the noobs could be a problem.
As things got worse, the Nachos co-leader, Akabob22, decided to start trouble. He decided that the Nachos should attack ACP, and he did so, (in the nude, I might add ~ Oagalthorp).
The SSACP was also having trouble with the UMA, but the ACP and SSACP had a mutual agreement that they would not assist each other in either conflicts, to help keep things from getting more out of control.
On February 25th 2008 and again on February 29th 2008 the Nachos were defeated in battle by ACP. Because of these battles, the depression was starting to lift, but the war still raged on…
~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~
NEW! XIII) THE BATTLE OF BRUMBY
~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~
With the war going nowhere, Oagalthorp decided that it was time to end this conflict once and for all. He scheduled a massive battle for March 8th 2008 on the small server Brumby in Australia. The only difference was ACP’s second in command, Fort57, was going to be leading this battle.
Fort57 was a long time ACP soldier, very loyal, and Oagalthorp trusted him a lot. He was a gallant soldier and very capable of winning this battle with or without Oagalthorp’s help.
Finally on March 8th 2008 the battle occurred. While the ACP took on the majority of the Nacho army, some of the higher ranked Nachos headed over to Mammoth, ACP’s capital, and supposedly captured it.
The ACP beat the Nacho Army in Brumby, but there was some controversy over the Mammoth situation. Later however, it was decided that Mammoth was still under ACP’s control.
With the war dwindling down, it appeared that another time of peace was to come. But little did everyone know that some of the worst times were to come.
~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~
NEW! XIV) THE UNTHINKABLE
~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~
About a week after the Battle of Brumby, the unthinkable happened. On March 16th 2008, Oagalthorp decided to retire.
Oagalthorp, the creator and original leader of ACP was about to step down. Fort57 and Tom Yellow would lead ACP.
Oagalthorp decided to end his career with one final battle in Breeze against the Nachos. ACP dominated and the Nachos accepted defeat graciously. Oagalthorp was heavily honoured at his last battle and will forever he remembered as the greatest leader that ACP could ever have.
Through thick and thin, Oagalthorp lead ACP to victory. He deserves the most respect and appreciation out of all of us, because if it weren’t for him, then we wouldn’t be here fighting today.
On April 1st 2008, Oagalthorp made his retirement post. And on that day ACP said good-bye to Oagalthorp forever, or so they thought…
~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~
MORE TO COME TOMORROW!!
I, (Mazachster) am also making a video to comemorate all of ACP’s veterans, heroes, leaders, warriors, etc. This small epic video with music, pictures and more will be posted with the last edition of ACP Saga.
Thanks, and come back tomorrow for the next section of ACP history!

Golden Ages Here We Come (Hopefully)
Posted on June 23, 2009 by Boomer 20
Stev’s Edit: In case our chat is hacked, everyone go to : http://xat.com/acpcongress .
Update: Maxthepen finished up the Small Army Council and the first few members have joined! If you are a small army and you want your opinion heard too, make sure you sign your army up HERE! Please note, this is separate from the main Council because small armies have different issues to address than big armies, so it is only right that you will run your own Council without a major army leader in charge. Have fun!
If you don’t feel like reading, skip my intro paragraphs and get to what the post is actually about, but this will make more sense if you read it (it won’t take that long).
As you may have already heard, The Club Penguin Army Council was created to bring back the “Golden Ages” of Club Penguin, when everyone was roughly the same size and there were a lot of wars. Well, armies have recently tried the wars thing, and for some reason, almost no one seemed to get why it didn’t work. Think of the war between IW and the Golds. The reason that war didn’t work is because ACP decided to help the Golds after the Nachos decided to help IW and RFW. Then obviously both of us got all the attention, recruits, etc, because we are larger.
Step 1 to bringing back to Golden Ages, is getting each individual army their own “Golden Age” like ACP and the Nachos have done. This way, we are all around the same size, and wars will be fair and more fun. So here’s the first idea:
Batista1822 from UMA came up with an idea where everyone dresses as one army, and, thanks to the new Mammoth bill, we can send all armies to Mammoth to recruit as this one army. Picture 2 or 3 rooms of IW and you get the idea. So here we go:
Here is the Battle Map, designed by Icey since IW (Ice Warriors) will be the armywe will recruit for:
Key:
The Bold/Underlined portion is ACP / The Strikethru portion is Nachos because they didn’t want to do this, but they could still change their mind (hopefully)
Green: IW Military, ACP Alpha and Delta
Red: IW Air Force, ACP Echo and Nacho Army Division
Dark Blue: IW Navy, Nacho Navy and Nacho Air Force, Golds
Light Blue: IW Marines, RFW, UMA, and WW
NOTE: All troops will be in IW Uniform and on IW Chat during this recruiting/event.
ACP Alpha and Delta (Green) will start at the Mountain and end at the Town.
ACP Echo (Red) will start from the Cove and end at the Town.
Light Blue will start from the Soccer Pitch and end at the Town.
Dark Blue will start from the Beach and end at the town.
Here is the rest of the info:
When: Saturday, June 27, 2009
Where: Mammoth (ACP Alpha/Delta start at Mountain, ACP Echo start at Cove)
Times:
12:00 pm PST
1:00 pm MST
2:00 pm CST
3:00 pm EST
8:00 pm U.K.
We will remind you as we get closer to the date.

Congress Meeting Recap
Posted on June 23, 2009 by Ktman
Boomer: To the leaders, there will be a post about Icey’s mass recruiting session on Mammoth, I’m just waiting for most people to see this post first. It will be posted in the afternoon.
Also, can I be an Admin for a few days? I need to update the hyperlinks in the widgets because they still go to the old Join page, etc. I would also like to clear out the old ACP News widget from when I was leader. I don’t think this happened, but when you replace a Join page, etc. don’t delete the old page, just draft it. Otherwise we lose the comment records.
Last night’s congress meeting was very sucsessful. We talked, debated, arued, and made many decisions which will improve this army’s ever-rising fun factor, help make the website easier to use, and more. Here are the offcial notes from the meetign written by Congressmen Ennbay.

Score: Alpha 14 Echo 13
Posted on June 22, 2009 by ●Sαιит1119●
Wow was that the Practice Battle of the month or what?! I’m sorry for Delta who didn’t have correct leaders due to a confusion between some ranks, we’ll do something different next time. Throughout the whole battle there was constant back and forth action between Alpha and Echo. Echo started out strong and the biggest of the three with Alpha not too far behind…
Echo uses it’s size to start things off. Point 1
Then Alpha used it’s size to fill up some space. Point 1 😮
Echo charged Delta and Alpha, while Alpha regroups Echo point 2
Echo regroups and Alpha counters by a charge Alpha point 2
Alpha Charges again when Echo regroups Alpha point 3
Echo charges Alpha when they regroup at top Echo point 3
I got disconnected after point three because I didn’t move so it took me a while to get back on. After that I quit taking picutes until they were tied with 6 points each.
Alpha made a great charge to Echo. Alpha point 6
Then Alpha made another charge to take the lead point 7
Echo does a nice charge to tie it up again
This continued for a while back and forth charging and at the final two minutes Echo made a charge to Alpha to tie it then at the last minute Alpha charged back and took the lead!
This was a great practice battle! Good job leading Alpha Thebest22 and Ktman, and thanks for leading Echo Thomas!
The next time we have a practice battle im going to make sure that we have leaders for every division and it will only be 1 division vs another. Something like a tourney!
Comment if you made it!

The Mammoth Possession Bill
Posted on June 22, 2009 by Boomer 20
The Mammoth Possession Bill was written because we, The Club Penguin ArmyCouncil, wanted to bring back the old war server, Mammoth.
When people think back to “The Golden Ages”, they think of wars. When people think of wars, the server that comes to mind is Mammoth. When ACP owned Mammoth, it was the center of easily 75% of the action in CP Armies. At some point last summer, a group of leaders decided to make Mammoth neutral, and ACP gave in. Many people mark this event as the end of the old era, and the beginning of the peace and the Dark Ages that followed. Wars were no longer over land because everyone had their own territory.
Shadow I believe, tried to create a new Mammoth by making Outback a neutral server, where anyone could go and fight. It was a good idea, but it never caught on however, because it was a smaller server with a continuously changing demographic of penguins, meaning no one uses only Outback on a regular basis. What makes Mammoth a good server for recruiting is that people who use Mammoth always use Mammoth when they go on Club Penguin. It’s like a community, and many people know and remember when it was a major war server, so armies grow quickly there.
Many ideas had been suggested involving Mammoth from invasions, to wars, to mass recruiting. Mammoth was neutral however, meaning no one had the authority to schedule anything major there. Once this bill was passed, Mammoth became the possession of the Council. Because the Council is a group of armies and not just one, it is still a neutral server available for others to use, only now the Council can schedule their invasions, wars, and recruiting sessions on Mammoth. From this bill, hope we can restore Mammoth as the war server it used to be, and we hope that thearmy action on Club Penguin armies’ most famous server will give new life to the armies that have fallen since it became neutral and unoccupied.
Below is a copy of the bill, which can be seen HERE in its original form.
The Mammoth Possession Bill
This bill hereby gives the Club Penguin Army Council possession of the neutral server Mammoth. The Council will have the authority to schedule battles, recruiting, invasions, etc. while making the server neutral and available for use by all Council armies. This bill also assures that Mammoth is neutral, and will remain in the joint custody of the Club Penguin ArmyCouncil.
~Boomer
P.S.~Please feel free to post this on your own army sites.

Practice Battle with Divisions
Posted on June 21, 2009 by ●Sαιит1119●
Boomer: New Mammoth Legislation was passed by the Council HERE.
Shab: I’ll only be able to be there for about 20 mins.
Stev’s Edit: What is it with you guys and scheduling things while I’m in school >.>
Saint: There was a Congress Meeting at 4 your time, I didn’t want to put the PB too late, (you wouldn’t have made it at 4 anyways if what u told me is correct)
We are going to have a three way practice battle with Alpha, Delta, and Echo. Alphawill dress in a red uniform, Delta will dress in an orange uniform, and Echo will dress in a blue uniform. Here are the details:
When: Monday, June 22nd
12:00pm Penguin
12:00pm Pacific
1:00pm Mountain
2:00pm Central
3:00 Eastern
8:00 UK
Where: Snow Fort, Snow Forts
Who: Alpha, Delta, and Echo Divisions
Leaders:
Alpha: Dryvit Thebest22
Delta: PC Engine
Echo: Shaboomboom/Clintos007(whoever is on)
Why: To have a three way PB!
Sorry to those who aren’t on summer break yet, most of our troops are! We will schedule more PBs in the future. People who do not have a Division, register on theDivision Registration page and I will get you a Division today.
Tips:
- Don’t crowd your leader– they need to see where they are to tell directions and you do too!
- Listen to commands on Chat AND Club Penguin– if you can’t get on chat then leaders should give some sort of warning to those on CP.
- Stay quiet on the battle field– you might miss some important hint!
- Listen to you leaders– they may not be me but they know what they are doing!
I will be judging this Practice Battle, whoever with the most points at the end wins! I judge points by
- Successful Charges
- Successful Defense
- Quickness- how fast can you defend or charge
- Type of Charge- what type of charge did you use to counter anothers?
There will be NO alliances- it’s a free-for-all.
Be sure to read about the Senate Meeting below which is also on Monday at 4 PST.
Comment if you can make the Practice Battle!

Quick note. Dragon aka mat is not to be unbanned on acp chat. He gave some kids a link disguised as a tinyurl link. From what one of the kids said, the link was to a rick roll with porn on it. This is innapropriate anywhere but especially on a chat where kids go to because this is suppose to be a safe environment so that parents don’t have to worry about their kids.
