I’m sick of Governors and Mayors being inactive.
Governors and Mayors are expected to patroll their servers with the division they belong to.
Say you’re in Rap’s division, and governor of Ice Cube.
You would patroll with Aber’s division for Ice Cube, as they are in charge of Ice Cube patrolling.
Regardless of what division you belong to, governors and Premiers (Sector Governors), must patroll with the division that does their server(s).
Even if you miss Division Midnight’s (Rapidy’s) patroll, it’s absolutely vital you try to make the server you govern’s patroll. (No, it matters if you miss the normal divison patroll, but in a whole the first patroll needed is your own servers)
Breeze-Our capital is not Governed by anyone but the Executive Government. (Like Washington DC.) It’s to be patrolled, but no division is assigned.

Heres my speech!
Most things work in the Army of Club Penguin, but its no secret that our mayor and governor system does not. The governors and mayors are inactive so no patrolling gets done causing our predacious servers to be left unprotected. It takes a great leader and visionary to end this monotonous cycle, and that person is myself(Ktman). I have the plans, the smarts, and the pure will power to make the Tier State I am running to create and mold the greatest it can be.
First of all, we need active patrols to keep our servers safe. Through the Gamma Brigade in which I am a General and the Elite Tier Squad which I will establish the Tier State servers would be patrolled round the clock. Another issue that must be tackled is the pure fun factor of an ACP State. Under my leadership, Tier will be holding recruiting parties and parades every week. And finally, to keep every citizen of the Tier State active, there will always be elections about issues throughout Tier and positions available for the citizens. Another example of citizen involvement would be weekly meetings on Xat in which we will all share ideas. And of course, I will always have my reports of enemy activity on my surveys on time to Jedimaster17 and Abercrombe29 🙂 .
This is why a vote for me in the upcoming ACP Tier State election is a vote for the better of ACP. If you want a state that is rich with democracy, fun, and safe you know who the right choice is. And if you don’t, its Ktman

5. I would like to get to know the position of Governor better, and i am skill full at patrols a leading patrols, which some i have dine recently while practicing a recruiting with other troops. As it says in this post, I dont see Governors and Mayors doing their jobs alot, so at my ability i will try to fix that if i am voted governor. I also have knwolege and other powers within Iceland, as it is shared with the Romans, which as an army that i lead. I think being governor woudld also help me to help out on both sides of the field, planning and meetings as a senator, and patroling and battling on servers as governor. I think it is a toguh task being Senator and trying to get actin through to the rest of the congress, that is another reason why i would like to be Governor, because u can do more action more eaasily than other businesses in Senator. So that is the end of my reason why i should be Governor, and sorry it was so long, i just make speechs, even when i dont wan to make it too long.

8. Hi, my name is Gopackgo8 and I would like to be governor over Threshold state. Let me tell you what I would do as Threshold State governor. First, justice. You have know idea how many people overlook justice that have been governors in ACP. If I ever go on Snow Fort or Snow Globe, all I see is crime. And yes, even ACP citizens do the crime. I’ve seen ACP citizens rob, swear, and even hack. That’ll change if I’m made governor of Threshold State. I will set up a Threshold State police department in which ACP citizens may apply for on the website I will be making for the State when I become governor. The police department will have its own headquarters in every server in that state. When anyone sees someone doing crime, they will be reported imeadiatly. I will tell people who join how to arrest people on Club Penguin. Who ever they see doing crime, they will check if they’re in ACP. If they are, than they will be banned from the state. The worse the crime, the longer the bann. Second, protection. Anyone who becomes a citizen of Threshold State will be able to sign up for the Threshold State Protection Team. This team will be officially asigned to patrol the state servers as much as possible. If anyone threatens to attack ACP, they will report to me in which I will report to Aber. Third, recruiting. There is a better way to recruit. I know that for a fact. Instead of just yelling, “Search ACP Army Of Club Penguin,” why not just envite penguins to your iglue and talk to them and see if they should be in ACP. If they should, than they should be directed to this website. That way, we don’t have people who are liars joining us or people that would ruin ACP joining us. The Threshold State Recruiting Staf would actually talk to the penguin or penguins they are recruiting. Maybe the Recruiting Staf could test the penguin’s snowball fighting skills. With that method, we, ACP, would become extremely powerful on Club Penguin. Lastly, entertainment. Almost everyone enjoys a good Ice Hocky Game or Snow Sled Race on Club Penguin. Or what about a band performance. When I become governor, we will have entertainment events like that. People could sign up for Snow Sled Race Tournaments or they could sign up for the different Ice Hocky Leagues. And, if any bands wanted to play, they could sign up to play at a Threshold State Concert. A few more things I’d like to say. When I become Governor of Threshold State, we would hold lodary drawings once every week. We would have our own newspaper. All people who had a privately owned business in their iglue could add their business to the Threshold State Business List. Threshold State would have its own symbol. You could sign up to be an attorney or be elected to be a District attorney or a Sheriff or even a Judge in the server or state wide court. You’d get to know the Club Penguin tole-free number. To my fellow ACP soldiers – I am Amitc87, and the time for premier elections is now. Although the ACP is by no doubt the strongest and largest army in all of Club Penguin, it is no secret that the ACP government is far from perfect. Many current members of the ACP government are inactive and do little to patrol their servers. The time for change is now! As premier of Nano State, I shall patrol the servers regularly by organizing teams on the ACP chatroom. The ACP name shall be know throughout Nano State! So if you want a hard-working, dedicated, and active premier, vote for Amitc87 as Premier of Nano State.
9) Order 67 was created in order to force smaller armies to join the ANTA, which is an alliance between “The Big 5”: the ACP, Nachos, UMA, IW, and RPF. Small armies were starting to “be in their won little world” so to speak. They were claiming servers already claimed by the large armies, and they were starting to think that they were better than the larger armies – even though the smaller armies keep getting defeated in battle. Sure, there may have been a couple of good small armies out there – but the Big 5 couldn’t go through 250 armies each with 5 people in it just to find out the good ones.
So all small armies were given three options: end their army, go to war, or join the ANTA. This is what Order 67 decreed.
