Oagal, Shab, Jedi, and myself met on chat yesterday, and we decided on what we feel to be the best government for ACP. The government will be organized as follows:
- Boomer 20 will be the Supreme Commander of ACP. He will be like the “Mediator”
- Boomer, Jedimaster17, and Shab will have equal power.
- Shaboomboom and Jedimaster17 will each lead half of the military
- Jedimaster17 will lead the Government but Shab will have authority in it
- Boomer will be able to break tie votes about either the military or the government
- Likewise, Shab and Jedi will be able to overrule Boomer’s decisions if both agree (A Checks and Balances system)
- Other high positions to be decided later
We would like to hit the ground running now that we have our positions lined up. Here are some things we hope to get accomplished in the first week or two:
- ACP Government Plan (Constitution if you will)
- Governor Elections
- Practice Battles
- Multiple Branches of ACP ? (Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, etc.)
- Updated Ranks
- High Position Appointments
- Mend Broken Alliances
- More to Be Added Later
Now I would like to thank everyone who has stuck with us through this difficult time, but I can assure you that these times of hardship will be no more. I have never been more confident in a group of leaders than I am right now. The situation we are facing reminds me quite a lot of another time of great change. Back in 1787, the United States met to reform the Articles of Confederation, a government that was in dire need of reform. The framers boldly decided to throw away the old government, ultimately considered treason against the old government. Together, the framers created the Constitution, a government that has withstood the test of time. Benjamin Franklin was quoted at this Constitutional Convention, remarking about a sun on the back of George Washington’s chair. Benjamin Franklin, the wise man he was, asked a collegue, is the sun rising or setting on our new government. Will it be a tremendous failure, or a success? Well my fellow soldiers, my response is the same as his. The sun is rising on the Army of Club Penguin. The dawn of a new era awaits. Together, we will restore this army to glory.

Good site, Rapidy. Despite being smaller in size, things were more fun in the early stages of the ACP; back when soldiers were loyal and wars were wars. Maybe the small scale of everything back then made them more managable. Maybe the forums united everyone so things were more direct. Maybe the relatively small number of soldiers unsured better loyalty, cooperation, and a family-like sense of community. But whatever, I doubt things will go back to those days.
And look at the comment Zippy made after my second story:

Rapidy: We may not be able to restore those days of flat out war, invasions, and battles, but we can at least try.

All this make me want to write a story of acp, I think i might actully, it would use snowball guns for weapons and mordern vehicles aswell……yea that sounds right….And acp story…..

Ok so we are making progress but I think we need some more improvement like:
1) Getting allies
2) becoming more freindly to civillians
3) getting territory
4) get more people to join acp
These we need to get improvements in
Now here are a few concerns of mine:
1) overconfidence( if we get too confident in our plans)
2) A very terrible goverment plan ( as in if we cant reach any decisions like George W. Bush couldn’t do in his second term)
But otherwise I think we are making a good amount of of progress.

wow, this is too confusing to work. Boomer’s the supreme commadner and Shab leads half of the army? So wouldn’t that make them both Supreme Commander? Checks and Balances don’t work in an army. An army is not a government.
Boomer: Shab and Jedi will run their parts under certain limits. As long as it is approved by the leaders, they can carry it out. Neither has power to do anything without permission from the others, which is why they are not Supreme Commanders because they do not have supreme authority.
This is not going to work out. Shab should be leader ankita should be co leader boomer 3rd in command. There its fixed. Bing bang boom
It is just a game. Just get this goverment over with so we can have wars again when I first joined it was so fun.

why r u making it so confusing? You guys are trying to fix it but this is terrible. You guys are making it so difficult for this because sjab and jedi , you guys are trying to maintain power. My idea is the easiest and most efficient. Bommer, Shab, and Jedi are equal powered and they each lead the navy, army, air force (or whatever those three were) . To passa rule two of the departments would have to agree. BUT NOOOOO we have to do this? Lets see :
-we tried to do a system like this before we lost
-we lost-
-now were trying a complex system again
