Listen, everyone. I belive that ACP needs a practice war, or SOMETHING to get it going again. I suggest strongly to Shab, we get a friggin practice war or SOMETHING going because everyone will get bored. Say yes or no. I belive in government, but we have to keep the millitary strong too.
