Edit: Sry ankita for the edit. Its a great idea. Here are some questions for Oagal: http://acparmyofclubpenguin.wordpress.com/2008/11/05/continued/#comments

Edit 2: Kg is asking to be head judge if there is one or just a judge. Also, I don’t think that just because people are judges that they should recieve legend status. I think of legend status as a thing reserved for leaders. (Tom Yellow is an exception)

I have proposed a new cabinet: A proper government is key to having a strong nation and army.

We will have these positions:

Defense Minister-Isn’t head of army, more like, basically making sure people are on ranks, being 3rd in command for Patroll efforts, in case of war, and if negotiating, is a subordinate to the Foreign Minister.

Internal Affairs Minister

Foreign Minister (Embassador)- 3rd  highest delegate to other armies. Leads all normal diplomatic efforts. NORMAL

My Chief of Staff= My intermediate aide.

Shab’s Chief of Staff= His intermediate aide, if he wants one.

Entertainment Minister= We need some entertainment people! Get going!

Director of Special Services= Title says it all.

Joint Chiefs of Staff:
(This is possible, IF we have divisons again).

I am full government leader, and co_leader of our army.

Prime Minister= Jedimaster17

Deputy Prime Minister/ Vice President= Shab

Leader of Army= Shab

Co_Leaders of Army= Jedimaster17, Aber, and Boomer.

Director of Intermediate Training= Clintos.

Assistant Director=

Advisor= private choices. I will reveal mine later.

Anything else I feel necessary.

9 senators races.

To have a bill passed, there must be a 66% agreement, which means 6  of the 9 must agree. They can get entertainment bills, minor war legislature, impeachment trials, and possible court trials.

4 Consulates

To get a bill passed, 3 out of the 4 must agree. Same procedures apply as with the Senate.

TO GET A BILL PASSED, BOTH SECTIONS OF OUR LEGISLATURE MUST AGREE.

______
Judical System

3 Judges, must be highly vaued soldiers, high ranking, and yes Legend status is possible.

4 lawyers- Full time, if there are other cases, more can be chosen for that period of time.

Jury will be selected randomly from the entire army.

Bailiff- Its open.

Other ?

Governeur and Senate elections maybe on Tuesday!

I like it, its a good plan. I’m willing to serve in any posistion ACP needs me to.(That doesnt mean make me a janitor or something, ok?). I can live with the power being divided up but if you start to take total control Jedi I give no warnings that there are members of ACP who will Rebel and fight for what they think is right. Me speaking as one of them.

RPf is run very smoothly, I’m amazed actually. I’m going to kill myself for saying this later but Commando you have RPF running very smoothly. I hope ACP can begin to function like that and end these constant power struggles.

Why are you the best for this job? I am great with soldiers and people and have had experiance leading many armys in tons of major battles. My army the CPR under my leadership skills has actually beaten the ACP. I also can organize things greatly such as ranks.

Why do you want this job? Simply because I want to help the ACP grow to be the most fair, organized, and greatest army in the hidtory of Club Penguin.

    Whats your best quality? Leadership

What will you do if appointed/elected. I will propose new ideas about war and how ACP fights war. I will start patroll parties that get people out and patrolling our servers. I will listen to all lower ranks and make sure they are allow put on the ranks listen and taken off if inactive.

I also know how to make a server a fun place to be, to hang out with friends and have a good time.

Why do you want this job? I want to be able to protect one of ACP’s most valuble servers and make it a fun place to be.

    Whats your best quality? Leadership

What will you do if appointed/elected? I will immediatley make a site for my server and establish a weekly patrolling force and more if neccesary in the time of way. i will establish an easy to understand government sytem. After this I will propose many major and fun events.

A good one too. if im elected, there will be no more “ACP is a dictatorship” Or “ACP is evil, let’s get all armies to team up against them.” or finally “ACP isn’t fair and honest”. There will only be “ACP is more of a democracy since Justinbronze got elected.” and “ACP is a good army, not a evil one, lets ally with them.” and finnally “ACP is more fair and honest then the army i’m in, so im gonna join ACP.” So all you ACP electors out there. Why are you the best for this job- I am very understanding and I want to help people for the greater good. Also I can get to the bottum of things and am very reasonable. I’m good at conflect resalution and can be very persuasive.

Why do you want this job- I want to try to help this army reach it’s full potential. 😉

Whats your best quality- I am very relaxed/calm, but if it comes to it I can be very strict and a little unpleasent to deal with. (I sound like my ILA teacher on the first day :p )

What will you do if appointed/elected- I will try to do everything in my power to make sure the peoples court is fair, my verdicts are fair. Finally I shall remember that this court is for/about the people and not about me and my problems with other people.

    My application:

    1.) Kg 007

2.) Retired ACP Supreme Commander, Retired ACP President, ACP Legend

3.) Retired RPF Leader, Retired UMA Third in Command, Retired Nacho General

    4.) Chief Justice (Judge)

5.) I am best suited for this position, because I have both experience, wise judgement, and take a non-biased approach on issues (non-biased, in this case means that I won’t take automatically go for someone, because they’re my friend). I will make the trials as fair as possible and will hear the case from both sides.

6.) I want to help the ACP, I go on the chat a lot and still like talking to everyone on there. I feel the need to help the ACP, so I figured being a judge would be best suited for me.

7.) I think that my best quality is taking out the personal bias in decisions I make. I also, will not except any gifts from anyone to decide a trial, which includes; xats, sub days, main ownership, ownership, modship, membership, club penguin membership and many more.

8.) If i’m elected, I will take the role as Judge of the Army of Club Penguin and will be ready as soon as the first case needs to be heard.
