I know the exact reason why Oagalthorp was called a dictator. Because the president can’t really do anything without the congress. The president is just an authority figure with a huge house and a office in a fancy shape with a “VETO” stamp on his desk. He can’t do much without congress.
The president can’t make a new law unless the congress approves of it.
The president can call soldiers to battle, but can’t declare war unless congress approves of it.
So, What do we need? CONGRESS! When do we need it? NOW!
Now for the random poll of the day.
Say an army in Club Penguin threatened to attak all of us and to keep us safe we have a poll to make a protection act. Would you approve or disapprove of it?
If the act is approved, you can’t go on any other army chats, websites, or forums. And you can only go on designated ACP servers when logging on to Club Penguin. But in exchange you get top of the line protection and are guranteed not to die from the threatened army.
This is not really going to happen, it’s just a thought.

Definitely not. All of my friends on CP get on a non-ACP server. Also, I enjoy having the right to join other allied armies.
i think we should have a million hits by February. right now we are a few hundred away from 900,000.

I had a great idea about developing ACP’s defence.
We could have an organization which anybody can join, where we protect the coast. It could be called ”ACP Coast Guard”.
We protect all the rooms by the sea on our servers. This way, this encourages troops to protect ACP land.
Tell me what you think about it.
A congress would just consist of people with high ranks, not anyone who is actually good at the job.
It will just be a popularity contest, just like the leader elections.
Rapidy, I always thought you were one of the nicest “high ranks” and dont take that as a compliment because I really didnt think that highly of ANY high rank but even still just stop. Why do you care for oagal so much? Wether he came back or not he is not doing anything bad first of all and he is barely doing anything at all. Just let him stay till Halloween…it is his army like it or not. He wasnt a dictatorship at all. You wouldnt know I suppose. Just stop bashing the man who made the army heh? I mean hate to bring out the “insults” here but he was a 20000 times better leader then you ever were and he was a leader for 20 times longer then you.
