I’ve talked it over with some people and most people do not want to have a debate. So, I’ve asked each of the candidates to e-mail me and give me their VP Pick, their experiences, and what they plan on doing as leader for ACP.
First off, representing the Army Party: Shaboomboom

I ask you all to vote Jedimaster17, as the Club Party Nominee, and hopefuly the next leader. We are in a time of change, of revolution. We need someone who can balance Politics, with fun, one who will listen to the needs of the people, one, who will surely put their nation first. I belive deeply, that that person is me. I’m aware of the probems, and aware of our accomplishments. I’m a fresh face of ACP, (10-11 months present), and am not on of those, who’ve had power for a long. I like many of you, started with a low rank, unlike others who already were highly ranked, due to personal preferences. I worked my way up serving ACP, in any way I could, finally rising to ACP Head General. I’ve always stood by ACP, in good times, and in bad. When the VLA affair came up, I stood with ACP. When Order 67 arose, I asked for peace and tried to negotiate, but I also did my duty. I’ve seen what goes on in ACP. ACP was, and still is one of the best armies in CP. But corruption, petty disputes have stood in the way of ACP becoming even better. I’ve seen how many soldiers quit as to being unranked, I’ve seen the disdainful ways that higher rankers treat the lowers. I’ve seen totally unnecessary bannings, and whie I’m not totally innocent either, I’ve at least tried to stay above the fray. I ask you al, to think about this, have we seen any of the changes that others have promised? Have you seen fair ranks? Have you? Have you been treated with absolute respect? Have you never been banned uneccesarily? Have you seen that power always goes to the higher ranked/friends o f the leader type of people? Have you seen reform on the chats?
I’ve seen all of this, and this fills me with great sorrow, because I’ve always regarded ACP, as one of the best armies. In Kg’s era we became more democratic, but no enough. It’s still like an oligarchy, without a judical system, or an elected vice president. We still don’t have courts. I will work as leader, to the best of my ability to change all that. I will give every task, that I have with my full attention, I will answer to you, the ACP people only. I will never submit to threats to the ACP , be it from IW, RPF, or Nachos. I will fight them head on. I’ve trained new recruits with ACP Training Academy, and have seen the vast potential in out soldiers. I’ve worked as an embassador of CPUN, and helped resolve issues. I know that the challenges facing me aren’t easy, but with your help, and your vote , together we can over come them.

Ranks- I will have a monthly assesement, and ask people (lower rankers, and higher ranks) about people, who they think ought to get a promotion. Using this data, I’ll use this to decide promotions.
Government- I’d have an Election for Vice President, Ambassador, and Senate (already finished), and Governeurs.
Land-I’d conquer a reasonable number of servers, agreed upon with the ACP public, as well as our allies.
Recruiting- I’d increase efforts heavily, and award those who get 3 recruits or more.
Entertainment-I’d do a contest or 2 weekly, and award people with modships, coins, or “points”.
Chats-I’d ensure, there are no unfair bannings, and kicks. I’d award people with Brigadier and up, modships, but if the stray from the rules, that privelege will be revoked.
Foreign Policy-If there is any attack on our land, I’d immediately organize a battle, and defend our territory, and also negotiate. I’d keep good relations with all armies, and work to ensure that in any situations where we need to cooperate, full respect will be given to both sides.
Represenatation- I’d get normal citizens, on the jury for each court trial. I’d also have quotas on the Senate and Governeurs. This means that there will be at least 1 , normal citizen as a Senator, and 4 as Governeurs. This is the minimum. More can be elected.
Consequences-I’d stat with a banning, demotion, and finally exile. I’d do this if people break the rules created to maintain peace. I wouldn’t be a dicatator and fire people for disagreeing with me, but I would like some respect 😆 .

Ok guys I want to point out reasons to vote fore shab in a clear and thoughful way that doesnt attack anyone.
1. Shab has been one of acp’s most active soldiers ever.
2. He understands the struggles of small and medium armies and knows that more armies is better then 2 or 3.
3. Ok guys lets be mature and understand that acp wasnt formed to lie around and not fight. We say we want to keep peace but be honest. PEACE IS DOWNRIGHT BORING. Be mature now, I know that in real life WAR is horrible and gross. but this is cp, it is a snowball fight for crying out loud. what fun is there in geting the neiborhood kids out and making teams if you don’t want to play. Thats is what we are doing in cp PLAYING. Shab will bring healthy competition back. DO WE REALLY WANT TO JUST SIT ON CHAT AND TALK? I fwe do then why be a army anyway and just form a cheat site.
4. Shab is the fairest person I know. He ranks people on charector and on how active you are. NOT by who your friends with. When I first joined ACP shab was a commador(not a mod yet, yup I am that old (XD) ) He didnt just tell me to get lost cause I was a n00b and had just stumbled upon acp by accident. He and Boomer know what its like for a young soldier starting out as a corporal and worked his way to admiral.
This is just my humble oppinion. I want all sensible people to watch the comments afeter this and see if someone acts immature. If they do you know that it is shab’s opponets who are not the right choice for commander in cheif and President of this army.

If I become Co-leader I will make sure that no unfair bannings will happen on chat, I will make practice battles for ACP and will defend our servers, We will go to war in needed because, hey, whats the point of CP armies if we dont have wars right! I will put more of ACP’s Imaginary “Funds” XD into Non-Combat parts of ACP like ACP Training Academy and other Usfull Facilities. Well since “everyone” is making a speech. . . Im not even running but please people READ my post and maybe …just maybe you will get a little sense into your heads about who REALLy should be leader. . .
Many say that I am self-centered, greedy, powerhungry and downright mean. I know I can some off rude some times, but the only reason I do that is that it pisses me off that no one in ACP sees what is actually going on here. So let me make it brief, and I really hope this opens your eyes about our previous leaders.
~Oagalthorpe as leader, CREATED the ACP made it the best army in CLub Penguin no doubts. And I would know because I am the THIRD official member of the ACP.
~Fort, honestly I cant really say anything because i was inactive for most of his reign, but i think this is when we began to spiral. . .
~Rapidy, KG, and who ever else. They either choke or retire after a month or so. And I am not trying to be mean but you guys did that and I am just pointing it out since noone can really see it .
~The three candidates for the election have the exact same ideas as previous and their opponents now. Shab, Aber, and Jedi are promising the same thing and it just becomes a popularity contest. Can you guys not see that the past 3 leaders had the same exact speeches as the 3 candidates this year. . .and what did they do ? nothing. ACP just kept sinking while other armies ATLEAST kept their social status. As leader of ACP, I know what I am capable of and that is returning the glory days of ACP which according to stats and history noone with the exception of oagal can accomplish that. You guys are saying things about “what a leader”needs to have in him to be leader. I know alot said experience, so ill start off their.
-I am the third member to join ACP
– I was at, AND HOSTED, the first official war on Club Penguin (at my igloo) (ACP vs. Romans)
-I have been in the ACP aproximately 2 years aka the day we started till now with about a 8 or 10 month inactivity somewhere in there.
– I have seen almost all history on the ACP, and I think I would know what I am doing.
Another thing that everyone must have to be leader is the ability to create a assortment of things from battle plans, to fun stuff.
– I have my own plans that are specifically ACP not any other army. Now im not going to type em right here but if your interested tell me.
-Want of list of what I will do as leader and before i list off let me tell you that so far every candidate has offered : More parties, More practice, and vice president positions and or govenor elections.
~ Practice Battles are important but I will give you points, and possibly even ranks for coming.
~ Everyone has said more parties but there will be no parties for me. Practice battles will be the “party” noone came anyway to most parties. There will be recruitment parties, because the secret to winning wars in more members periods.
~ Ranks are due for a change. A big one. First of there should be 5 maybe 6 ranks. You can say im crazy but its the only way people will shut up about their ranks. Leader, Co-Leader, General, Colonel, Major, Captain, Lieutenant, and private.
~I will have a time on ACP, and the ACP CHAT where I am on and everyone can discuss ideas.
~I want to reinstate many things such as the ACP academy, the idea of dedication which I see all of you forgot. . .and share the power to see who is best suited for when I am done.
~I will be on the site atleast once per day and check and respond to every post I deem important.
Oagal trusted me, so why shouldnt you ? Do I consider me to be oagal “again” ? No, I will have the same attitude and success oagal had but I will make this site a democracy. With a little communism because like it or not thats the only way to be successful on Club Penguin and so it doesnt become about popularity.

Well, I think Shab would be like a great event organizer to keep the ACP fun, but notreally a good leader. I don’t really like the idea of jobs for low-ranked people. Why do we have to work while the high-ranked people get to chill out? I mean, it would be okay if it was voluntary work, like helping penguins find their way around Club Penguin, or making sure there’s no cussing and stuff, but I just think it would be unfair if it was like real jobs where we get payed and we HAVE to work while the high-ranked people just hang out and have parties and stuff. I know I might be exaggerating a little, though. But still. And Shab’s plan is basically having contests and parties. Jedi will help us get back on top.

Here’s my opinion:
Shaboomboom: Well, he might be the most active of the candidates. He’s active on both the chat and the site. When he was voted second in command, he didn’t abuse his power. Infact, I think he did a better job on things that people cared about than Kg did (for example, he payed lots of attention to smaller soldiers wanted to get onto the ranks). When he lost the leader election, instead of getting mad, he made the best of it, and helped the ACP the best he could. The only bad thing that I can really say about him is that he chose Fort57 as one of his vice presidents, which I though was a very bad move. But, he would be a great leader in my opinion, and he has some great ideas.
Jedi: Well, she has experience. That’s for sure. She gives her supporters something to cheer about. With all that experience, its hard to think of why she wouldn’t be a good leader. She’s active on the site, and helps run the boot camp, which is important because it helps train our soldiers. She has the ability to reach out to smaller soldiers too. Like Shaboomboom, she doesn’t have many weaknesses. But, I think the boot camp isn’t at its full potential. The practice wars aren’t working out, and they’ve been out for a long time. Also, if I remember correctly, just a little while ago she was thinking about quiting. But, she would also be a great leader.
Abercrombie: Well, I don’t know a lot about abercrombie, and I wont act like I will. But I’m sure Abercrombie would be a fine leader.
If I vote, personally I will be voting for Shaboomboom.
Also, I think that Jedi shouldn’t have been using the boot camp to spread her messages. Telling people to vote is fine, but putting in that extra “Vote for Jedi” is unecessary.

Furbur I can Honestly say that you are the one RPF member I have ever respected for you. You are not like Kyle Cease, as cynical as heck or like commando who is like an old lady in a nursing home complaining. I respect your comment and take it into consideration but to be honest for what drove me off from jedi was the RPF endorsement of her. I respect you and if you were ever RPF leader would consider serving under you but while the Crazys are still in power an RPF endorsment to me means pick the oppisite.
