Message to the Rebels

This is a message to everyone who is rebelling against Rapidy, or people who were rebelling.

I suggest all rebels surrender immediately.

Rebels can either surrender and rejoin ACP now, or continue to rebel.

If you continue to rebel, then you will be hunted down and defeated.

Note to Rebel Leaders:

This applies to Head, and any other Rebel Leaders.

If you continue to rebel and lead people against Rapidy, we will send out arrest warrants for you. So I suggest you stop immediately.

This is the one and only chance you rebels will get, so decide wisely.

Promotions may be out for people who are not rebels, so you can expect to be rewarded for not being rebellious.

When the poll results came out I though the best way to officaly settle it was to have an election. I would have allow rapidy to run. But insted everything went wrong.
