Well look, I might retire from ACP. It seems as if this Democratic Army changed a little to a comunist one. Whenever it seems I make a decision, it gets changed. And then mysteriously there are wars we become part of. So look ya I might retire, but hey just the same as the two 2nd in commands before I became a Field Marshal did too, like Penquin Jim and Orcacam07.

FORT NO!!! It’s all Oagal’s fault! He comes on and makes decisions! Sometimes I would support him, but now I’ve realized that since he’s retired and you’re the leader, I should just trust you. You have a lot more leadership experience than I do, and I should just listen ot you. You know how to plan out the wars and get everything just right, while Oagal just comes on ACP Chat or posts on the blog saying, “Ok, we’re going to war. NOW KILL THE ENEMY!!!” Really I beg of you Fort, don’t quit!!!!!
In your early days as leader, Oagal didn’t interfere much. Then you got lots of respect. But now he just keeps making decisions. Just tell him “Sorry Oagal, this is my army now, just leave and stop making decisions and only come back if you just wanna talk.”
Fort, you haven’t really got your respect as ACP leader. I have seen on chat, ACP site, ect… that Ogalthorp is pushing you around changing your army plans to make you as his igloo doormat. ACP is starting to look as it belongs to North Korea (communist country)

What Cooltiger and Boomer said. I definitely respect you, along with many other ACP Soldiers. Oagal needs to realise that he quit, and quitting means not coming back.
If you feel the army is becoming Communist then remember that you are the leader. You can change this army single-handedly. And, you can talk to Oagal about how he seems to be causing more trouble than he is solving. We will leave this to your discretion.

This is exactly what I was looking out not to cause in RPF. See when I retired I knew that I would still be on. But of course I would need to back away from leading RPF and let Kg do his job. But Oagal just keeps coming back and leading. No offense to Oagal, but if ACP dosnt want to clapse, Fort your going to have to delete Oagal from the blog or something to gain back control.

Don’t quit, Fort. Remember, YOU are the leader and Oagal needs to respect that. I’m sure you guys can work things out. And Oagal, if you read this, I as well as others still respect your input in situations such as this war, but make sure that you let Fort run the army. He is the leader and you are an advisor but make sure that ultimately, he makes the decisions. By forcing decisions onto him, you are not only hurting your reputation with other armies, but with this army as well. Good luck sorting this out. Hopefully we can find level ground on this issue.

I agree Tomtwelve. Fort, I forgot to mention this: you are confusing Communism with a dictatorship. Communism is the horrific system Tomtwelve described. Dictatorship may be bad, but not all dictatorships are Communists. During the Cold War, the US supported anti-Communist dictatorships in Chile and South Vietnam.
Okay, here is my view on the subject. Oagal is making informed decisions on what he knows, so don’t blame him. However, if he wanted to still give his veiwpoint, he should have stayed in the army and just not be leader. So bad Oagal. On the other hand, Fort seems to me like he’s saying, “Convince me to stay and say Oagal is a jerk.” In a way I think that Fort has reason to act like this. He is leader, he makes the decisions, and he should shoot down anyone who gets in his way. So yea, don’t make pity me posts (and yes that was kinda harsh so sorry bout that.)
I think that if Oagal plans to stick around, he should be on an advisory board, not a co-leader.

I have always had much respect for Ogalthorp and always will, it takes a lot of leadership to create and army this big. However, like everyone else, I feel that Ogalthorp is backseat driving you. If he wants to still be leader, he never should have appointed you to be the leader. You still feel that he is the leader, and, honestly, sometimes I do to. But SHAKE OFF THE FEELING! YOU are the leader now, HE is an advisor. YOU have a higher rank. I think you need to tell him “I’m sorry, I’m the leader now.” If he adds on to your posts, then delete what he said. None of us soldiers or higher have been saying anything against what your decisions are, only Ogal has. I’m sorry, Fort, but you MUST stand up to him. Don’t tell him to stop in a forceful way, tell him to stop in a diplomatic way, which, I know, Fort, you are good at. Talking of which, I think you have always been extremely diplomatic, in a great way! Quite a few of the wars we had that Ogal ordered us to go into were actually quite pointless. Once again, Ogal I will always respect you but I think you need to lay of Fort a little. Fort, please don’t quit! ACP would be devastated! You are one of the best (or prehaps the best) leader and role model ACP has ever seen!
