Hey, the ACP isn’t doing too well! We pretty much got obliterated at the dojo, but it’s kinda a victory also, because most of the UMA retreated to the boiler room. The RPF is taking care of this now, they’re in the dojo. And I still can’t get anybody to join my army! I’m in ACP too, but I also have an army. For more info on my army, go to:

ACP to the dojo! This is a fatal situation! We are under attack from every side! We need reinforcements!
Most of the ACP doesn’t like Oagal, they’re just afraid of to say it to his face.
Also, Oagal thinks he’s totally dominating CP, but he has no idea he’s days away from half the army quiting, including Fort57.
Did you ever wonder why I quit ACP? Well, I loved ACP at first, and everything about it, but after a while, I realized nothing new was happening. Like, how I came to every meeting, every battle, everything you told me to, and I wasn’t even spoken to. No promotion, no political postion, no recognition at all!! You never to spoke to ME personally Oagal. You don’t communicate with your men whatsoever. I quit because I was treated like dirt, and not cared about. Commando717 does that. Watex does that. Pink Mafias does that. Zippy500 does that. Iceyfeet1234 does that. All the great leaders on CP, and our world do that, 2but you don’t Oagal. That’s why your a terrible leader. All you care about is winning, and not the men and women who are going through labor to get you what you want. That’s why I quit.

2. Do you have any proof that other army leaders talk to their sodliers any less than I talk to mine?
3. Even if I didn’t talk to each individual soldier, do you think the President sits down and has a nice chat with every man and woman in the United States’ armed forces? I think not.

Hey Orlando im glad you fell for my trap… since the war is over. I guess its okay if I say it. I got the entire password protected post to work everybody up… i know the ACP would find out and get them exited… so then while they were waiting for that day, I would attack them at their stupid little party. And thats what happened, we attacked and won!! So eat is Orlando!

I got an Xbox 360 too! and Halo 3. I actually beat it in about 7 hours without ANY cheats! Also I don’t think you shuld declare war untill UMA does because then you might start a war when it turns out the UMA troops were just fooling around and having a practice war.

Orgal sombody in ACP chat claimed they were you and that UMA were planing attacking benie, Was that really you, if you don’t reply then its a yes because he said that his computer was broken and he was on his sisters who he couldn’t post on.
Guys, i made a Geneva Guideline for Armies in Club Penguin (GGACP), which are rules for war for all the armies in Cp, i hope the nachos can agree to use them (including the ACP, UMA, RPF, and other armies during war). Here is the GGACP rules:

-All Enemy P.O.W’s (prisoners of war) are entitled to fair captivity (not to be treated badly by the capturers), or to be harmed by any means.
-Medics or doctors aren’t by any means to not throw any snow balls, the medical soldier’s purpose in war is to heal, not to harm others.( If a medic is at their base and tending wounded, and is being fired upon, they CAN use snow balls, but only when situations like this occur, or when all soldiers are wounded and only able-bodied medics/corpsmen are available, then force may be used)
-No torturing by any means, to both fellow soldiers Or enemies.
-After an Army surrenders after a snow-ball fight/battle, the winning Army will have 2 choices: let the losing Army retreat without firing at them through the process. Or capture the Army, until the war ends but NO HARM SHALL BE DONE to the prisoners, as stated in earlier scripts of the Geneva.
-No soldiers, no matter how un-harmful they may be, they may not attack un armed bystanders (penguins, enemy soldiers who stopped fighting).
-If, an expected invasion was to happen, the invading army WILL have to state to the enemy that they will be invading. (Note: The invaders don’t have to say when, where, why, or with who)
– Any planned battles to take place must first be shown to the enemy, so they too can have an equal chance during the fighting.
-No firing at medics OUTSIDE the battlefield/war front.
-No false naming from one army to another, no name calling other armies, no spreading rumors about armies. All of those things cause wars. (All Army leaders who have sites are urged to DELETE ANY SPAM! or if nessecary, to IP Ban the user telling the spam until the war ends)

The password protected post has been deleted… Why? Well thats easy, it was merely a distraction. I knew the ACP would find out the password because I was hardly asking for proof of UMA rankings. Now me and Pinks plan from the start was to attack the ACP as their new years party, and I fugred, if I made a password protected post with secret plans that would really work them up and they would not even come close to figuring out that we would attack them in their own party.
