The lottery number is . . . . 157! Fort57 had that exact number, so he is the winner. Congratulations! I will need you to e-mail me at firstburrito64@aol.com, and include your password. I will have finished earning the coins by tomorrow.

Until later,
March on!
-Comments and Suggestions Welcome-
1st comment!! what the heck!! 157, fort 57?? Did you guys plan that or what?? That’s unfair! What is your problem!!
Oagalthorp: Calm down, this isn’t the last lottery. Yes, it seems to be a coinscidence, but trust me, I didn’t plan this.
I call a redo!!! (So cheap!)
I don’t get that Reconstruction Era thing. Whats with it?
OAGALTHORP!!!!!
I SAID PLEASE DONT IGNORE ME, BUT WHAT DID YOU DO? IGNORE ME! YOU DID NOT EDIT THE COMMANT OR ANYTHING! WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BE SUCH A JERK SOMETIMES? ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS RESPOND LIKE,”YES I WILL MAKE A BANNER” OR “NO I WONT MAKE A BANNER”. It is not hard. You are such a *beep* sometimes.
Oagalthorp: *Bad words edited out* Calm down! I read that, I read every comment. But I already told everyone about the banner. So just cool it! 🙄
P.S. I am inches away from IP banning you. So behave.
Hey oagal instead of fighting with UMA about the whole bad thing JUST SAY SORRY.I’m not being mean but when you accidentally make fun of somebody and they are ticked off don’t try to prove it to them IT WILL ONLY MAKE THEM MORE MAD. so just say sorry dude.
Oagalthorp: I told a story about the ACP’s past. Sue me.
P.S. I am not apologizing for telling the truth! It’s not my fault their nationalism has blinded them/they are too easily offended.
Its luck guys maybe i would win in the lottery
congrates fort on winning and whats the non-member uniform Oagalthorp?
Oh Oagalthorp now ur my Mom or what? Saying “behave and calm down” to somebody. Sheesh. Just so you know UMA will declare war on you the Bill is being signed and people want war! Even I have enlisted to temporarily help the UMA in this battle.
Oagalthorp, I’m sure you already know this but anything anybody does somebody is going to get offended! The UMA are cursers and hackers! Just go to their blog! There is cursing in a majority of the comments. I’m a leader of of a security group (but I still am in ACP) and someone cursed ME out! Of course that person is on my CPS Wanted List. Kids visit the UMA website! They see the cursing! It is a terrible example!
oagalthorp, how do you ip ban someone?
is the reconstruction era 2 after the watex warriors war?
Okay people, lets end this. Oagalthorp lets have a vote. Do we want to crush the pathetic and evil UMA, or shall we tolerate their insolence for a while longer?
P.S. I wouldn’t be calling them pathetic and evil if they hadn’t done what they have recently.
Mazachster
Oagalthorp: We will not declare war, but if they do we will fight to the finish.
that would be against ANTA rules
ACP broke many rules of the ANTA
Oagalthorp: How?
You most certainly did not edit my bold out, you know why? Because I did not use bold.
oh whoops, but that was not a bad word, and anyways, I can’t believe you would ban one of your soldiers.
But I didn’t see anything about the banner, so can you repeat what you told everyone?
Oagalthorp: We will have abanner in the future, but for now we are too busy.
ANTA isn’t set up yet, is it? Besides, we can’t let them start the war, then they’ll get all the allies and we wont.
!! I was just on the UMA site!! Uno148 starts calling me an idiot and stuff and blaming me for calling him a retart!! Some senator you are Uno. Down with Uno148!!
hey cool it listen i got news venom man25 is at the root of this we need to stop him please oagal beileve me
wat u mean, sora?
ACP IS GOING DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HEY OAGAL!!!!!!!! TAKE A LOOK HERE: http://www.luckypolls.com/index.php?act=08&id=7429 NOW YOU REALLY ARE DOOMED, AND U KNOW WHO CREATED THAT BILL, ME AND MPENGUIN123!!!!!!!!! JUST LOOK AT THE RESULTS!!!!!!! AND YOU BETTER POST THIS!!!!!!!! OR ILL TELL EVERYONE HOW MUCH OF A COWARD YOU ARE TO POST A COMMENT THAT INVOLVES YOU BEING OBLIDERATED AND ACP WITH YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oagalthorp, I’m sorry to say, but war is upon us. UMA is acting up terribly, calling ACP evil and whatever and calling you Oagalf*** and other names. They will not change their ways. I think it is time to prepare for war.
venom that poll is biased: y don’t you start one like this:
Should UMA keep being g**, or should they keep being allies with loyal and trustful Oagalthorp?
Mazachster
that pole means nothing because probaly only UMA vote!
I am looking up on all the army sites and this is what I have found concerning the possible war coming up:
(Note: These next statements are other armies current position with or against ACP)
Golds: They are unsure, yet to be asked by an army, could be a possibly ally if we act quick.
DSPD (Deep Snow Police Department): If war occurs, they side with UMA
RPF: Appears to be heading towards UMA
This isn’t good, we won’t have any allies if we don’t act now!!
Mazachster
shortpingu is right. its only bin on UMA site so it doesn’t mean anything ecpect poo
ACP, GOLDS WERE JUST ASKED BY UMA TO BE ALLIES AND RPF IS GOING TO MOST LIKELY SIDE WITH UMA!!!!!! AND MY ARMIES, THE CPSF AND DSPD, ARE ON UMAS SIDE!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE NO HOPES OF WINNING!!!!!!!
yea, so what, our army is 10 times bigger than all your armies anyway
No Mazachster we’re not. Did u see the war between ACP and Watex Warriors. ACP only had like eleven troops. If RPF is heading toward UMA, then I might as well join RPF. Come on Oagalthorp. Just apologize and we can stay in peace mode.
looks like Nachos would join, UMA too…
sigh
looks like we’ll have to crush them too
o well
(i know, Ctar, im just trien to trick em’, way to ruin it!!)
Because I sure don’t wanna fight UMA and plus if RPF is on UMA’s side then it’s bye bye ACP. ACP couldn’t survive another World War.
Mazachster they’re our allies, they watched the war between ACP and Watex Warriors.
are u leaving us then? traitor! how could you leave you yeallow chicken!!
HEY!!!!!!!!! THANKS!!!!!!!!!!! NOW I CAN ASK WATEX WARRIORS TO BE ON UMAS SIDE!!!!!!!!!!
u dont hav any faith in ACP, do u?
see wat ya did now, Ctar!!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!! THANKS A BUNCH CTAR!!!!!!! NOW ACP DONT STAND A DAMM CHANCE!!!!!!!!!!
Listin up ppl!! There is a guy named Venom Man 25!! He is very evil and is anti-ACP. He is working for UMA and he is uniting all the armies to fight against us!! We gotta take him down!!!!
YEAH RRRRRIGHT!!!!!!!!! U CANT TAKE ME DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OR UMA!!!!!!! AND ESPECIALLY NOT WATEX WARRIORS!!!!!!!!!!!
yea, well everyone knows ur here, all Oagal has to do is IP ban you, which he will do cuz of all ur bad words n’ stuff!
SO WHAT IF U DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CAN STILL GO ONTO OTHER SITES!!!!!!!!!!! HE CANT IP BAN ME ON THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But other ppl will ban u there, and we won’t tolerate you here so screw off!!
well, since u aren’t answerin, i win this arguement and im leaving
ACP! your being totally unfair to UMA!
well i know that UMA always planed on Clubpenguin Domination, but hacking?I dont get that! pink mafias is a hacker by teaching other people to hack, maby thats why he is banned forever.
BUT OHTER STORIES: you got to give rights to rebellions, comon they cant be all bad obviously ur are a bad ruler, because i check the vots! you got more than 71 people who hates u!and only 13 who is with you! WE HAVE TO HAVE ELECTIONS ON ACP LEADER! THIS IS DEMOCRACY!
and dont IP banne me just because i told the truth!
yes she did tell the truth!!!!! heres the proof: http://www.luckypolls.com/index.php?act=08&id=7429
and acp will loose!!!!!!!!!! if oagal doesnt listen to the poll/bill i created then i will set a war date!!!!!!!! or at least have mpenguin do it!!!!!!!
listen, that poll is biased, ppl. It was only on the UMA site, and right now they hate us, so that poll is totally unfair and should be discarded.
lets see… nope! oagal already lost his position!!!!!!! over 71 ppl hate him!!!!! only 13 like him!!!!!!! and heres the proof: http://www.luckypolls.com/index.php?act=08&id=7429 so if he dont surrender acp will loose and ill videotape the whole war to proove that acp lost!!!!!!!!! this is ww4
HEY! LETS LIST THE ARMIES UMA HAS AGAINST ACP!!!
-CPSF
-DSPD
-UMA
-RPF
-GOLDS
-WATEX WARRIORS
-ANTI-ACP REBELLIONS
EAT THAT ACP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 7 ARMIES!!!!!!!!!!! AND U ONLY HAVE ONE!!!!!!!
GOLDS, WATEX, RPF ARE NOT YET CONFIRMED!!!
THERE IS NO ANTI-ACP PEOPLE. UMA DON’T COUNT CUZ WE ALREADY KNOW THEM. CPSF AND DSPD ARE TOO SMALL TO MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE. SO SO FAR, YOUVE GOT
1 ARMY!!!!!
HAHA
YOU WANT A BET!!!!!!!!!!?????????? WATEX HATES ACP SO THAT IS CONFIRMED AND THEY DOMINATED ACP!!!!!!!!UMA INVITED GOLDS FIRST AND THEY SAID WHOEVER DOES THAT FIRST AND GIVES A GOOD REASON THATS WHO THEY WILL HELP!!!!! AND RPF IS A MOST LIKELY!!!!!!!!!!!!
SO SCREW YOU!!!!!!!!! AND OAGALTHORP!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU DONT LISTEN TO THE OVERTHROWING VOTE WE WILL WAGE WAR AND THEN IF WE GET PINK TO COME BACK WE CAN GET HIM TO HACK AND BAN ALL OF U IN A JIFFY!!!!!!!!!!!!
I DO WANNA BET!!! YOU GUYS ARE JUST MAD CUZ YOUR JEALOUS THAT WE HAVE HISTORY AND U DONT.
AND I WONT LISTEN TO THE OVERTHROWING VOTE!!
WE’LL WAGE WAR FIRST!!!
AND WE WILL STILL WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AND UMA WILL STILL WIN!!!!!!
win?? dont you mean, wont win?
AND ACP WILL LOOSE!!!!!!! SO WHAT IF THEY HAVE A HISTORY!!!! EVERY ARMY HAS A HISTIORY!!!!!!!

Yea i won!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mazachster thanks for being such a kind and loyal soldier by calling me a bad senator and saying down with uno148. That was very nice of you jerk.
No problem Uno, thats what you get for calling me an idiot and siding with the UMA when they are rebelling against us!
first you called me retarded and second I never said whos side I’m on. So I’ll watch what I say if you watch what you say fair?
ok, you got a deal. (sry if i offended u)
And i saw your comment on uma site “if your so strong go to war with us.” To me it sounds like you want this rebeling/war to happen. Little weird, huh?
oh i just read your comment its ok
plus there was more bad things a recently removed moderator on the acp chat said.
