Recently, many of you saw a few comments by some guy that has decided to start a rebellion against the ACP and its “rule over Club Penguin”, which is wierd because we don’t rule CP. Anyway, his organization is the UPR, or, Underground Penguin Resistance/Rebellion. Just to point this out, this guy is all talk. We know exactly who he is, what his army is, and how to stop him.

This guy is either Drew, or a soldier of Drew’s, in the UACP. His goal is to destroy the ACP, and to destroy the Army Council, for really poorly thought out reasons. So we will go to war with him. And after feeling the wrath of the ACP, RPF, UMA, Nachos, Golds, GPR, and our countless other allies, he will think twice before declairing war on an obviously superior enemy. So Drew, I will see you on the battlefield.

yea i know he had strange behavior, forcing people to up rank him, and the next day he was saying he was co leader, then i saw him firing at rpf navy seals black opps and nachos! and other acp. he almost ended our allieship!
Rianjr got about 30 troops behind him and attacked mammoth randomly today, I tryied to tell him he was fired for betradement of all allies. But he wouldnt respond or anything he just kept telling his troops to fire at RPF, me, UMA, nachos, and other allies who were there.
HE MUST BE STOPPED! he forced several acp troops to join him.. its my fault! i let him join
it is admiral drew and he is a dickwad

its true RPF(commando was their and emailed u) there is indeed a “Rogue ACP” the rumours r true. they opened fired on ever yarmy in the DOJO this morning adn theres 20 of em 2 cause i went in there to scout and there were quite a few. we fought bravely. and thre is a “ACP princess” adn there leader is Ryan Jr” or something ill i know is Ryan is in it.

ah ha!! so it is confirmed by thechuggas ( thanks to him for prooving this information) that rianjr is the cause of thie rouge uma! yes he always says he is general or leader, if he is found, call upon all the forces online you can find. oh and good news and bad news. good news, rianjr happens to be on my friend list because i added him when he joined real acp. bad news? im not a member so its almost impossible to go on mammoth. 🙁 mom still wont give me membership.

ok heres what i have to say about rougue acp
1–im in it
2–its only because they fight a lot, and snowball fights are fun
3–rian thinks there ARE no allies but i FULLY disagree with that
4–we are NOT dumb
5–rians a good leader
6–i would take orders from ogalthorp but hes NEVER ON, so i take them from rian instead, whos like ALWAYS on
8–maybe it would help if there was a page that listed everybodys rank so that you couldnt just pretend you were important
9–ogal when i saw you i asked whether rian was really a general and you didnt answer me
10–a lot of people think rian is a great guy
so please take this into consideration when you plan your “stopping of the rogue” thing. and yes i AM loyal to ogalthorp too so just log on and give us orders once in a while!

Oagalthorp: The Rogue ACP destroys our prinicples. They try and end our alliances, and rampage through Club Penguin attacking everyone. For you information, I am on A LOT, in the Mammoth Dojo. Besides, why don’t you just follow an ACP commander, you can even follow Rianjr as long as it’s not “Rogue” ACP.
I say when theirs roughs you must stop them before they spread. We will help you, well we have no choice because they declared war on the council which I am in.

ond fyi, cp gave us the ignore list so we could get away from REALLY ANNOYING PEOPLE LIKE YOU. and ya i know about school and homework but if rian is on more than i am then he obviously hasnt started school yet duh!
and no we dont have a site its just this one. we use this uniform. i check this site a couple times a day but i think rian got the uniform and never came back.
i meant cowards put people on their ignore list mostly because their afraid or their cowards for not fighting back. so there deal with it. anyways, why would you compliment me and insult me in the same comment? and rian was fired by me by disrespecting you because of pretending to be leader. lying about ranks, stealing recruits to add to him, and giving orders when higher ranks ( such as me because hes still a private ) are around . and last but not least, because he fired and injured several allies almost ending our truces with them also including NACHOS

but still. you dont know rian. you havent seen what its like to be in a snowball fight all the time. it just plain fun. and yes i do support our allies. im a medic and i help them too. but rian is a great guy hes nice he gives good orders and hes my friend. but mostly hes just there. ogalthorp never gives us a single order and you know why? hes never on. for somebody who says he cares about the mammoth server so much he never really does anything.
so take it easy on rian.hes not evil, he just wants to have fun.

Um Oagal I think there is a big problem that people just don’t understand! There are lots of impersonaters who have never heard of ACP and pretend to be the leader but they don’t understand. They don’t know the site, they don’t know who you are they don’t know a thing about what I am calling Club Penguin World War 4 so its not that some people want to take over ACP they just don’t understand but this unfortunately doean’t sound like one of those cases.

I E mailed club penguin about the ACP and asked if it was bad or good and they said “Some penguins like to be creative and join groups and have fun with the other groups. If you see any of these people join in the fun!” So does that mean that club penguin are on the ACP’s side LOL
Hey ACP, I think RACP is connected to the Anti-ACP. I was on Mammoth and I saw some random penguin say” Let’s start a Anti ACP. So ACP,RPF, and UMA watch each others backs.
i didnt see anything about anti-acp, and as far as i know racp has nothing to do with it. but i guess i could be wrong.
