I want to ally with the ACP. If u heard of Luigi Rocks he and me have started our own army. Our army is CPNA. (Club Penguin National Army). I hope we can be allies. It is a new army and needs to grow. But I believe that with the help of ACP Luigi Rocks army will grow.
