You should see a screen like the one show below.

Click the ‘Play’ tab.

You should then see the normal CP Screen, shown below. This may take a while to load. Click “Don’t have a penguin? Create a free account now!”

Follow the instructions and make you penguin.

WARNING: Do not use the same password for OldCP as for Normal CP or your email account!
