The 24 hour rule was made when noob armies were annoying the larger armies. This rule along with a few other rules stopped the annoyance. Now this rule has proved to actually decrease the number of wars and to bring about the end of the “Golden Ages.” Therefore for 1 WEEK ACP will be ignoring the 24 hour rule. Obviously since people have been with this rule forever, the loss of this rule will bring abuses. Invasions can happen at anytime but the army that has lost the server must be notified BEFORE the army can attempt to take another server from the same army. This is to hopefully prevent some of the abuse.

I would like to add 1 rule though…if an army has at least 5 servers they can declare a capital. This capital cannot be taken to allow the defending army to regain servers should all the rest of their servers be taken. Remember that for an army to invade an occupied server in the first place they must have at least 2 servers or 1 capital.

    Yea so now shab gets to make all the decisions for CP armies. You may be the leader of ACP but you cannot lead all CP armies.

    This gives ACP a major disadvantage, because army will now say, “Ehhh! A free server! ACP isn’t following the 24 hour rule, so lets invade Breeze!” -.-

    Wait so shab is now the supreme ruler of cp armies so he’s allowed to twist the rulez

    plus is your the only one ignoring it then it really doesn’t do anything EXAMPLEZ: the acp decides to take a server from The nachos so shab goes to tell ads that he’s invading White house But ads and the nachos still believe in the 24 hour rule which makes your invasion stupid and pointless. But then Acp invades anyway and claims it. Since the nachos still believe in the 24 hour rule they still have the server and then acp starts complaining and flame warz break loose.

    Getting rid of the rule helps ACP the most. They have full chats all the time and can invade when ever they feel like it. No one can really invade ACP unless somehow an army gets 40 soldiers unscheduled. Smaller armies like WW, GT, tacos, or IMAF can lose all their servers because they have less soldiers. They sometimes get full chats but not always and are vulnerable. Shab you don’t lead all CP armies. Just because your leader of ACP doesn’t give you the right to decide everything. Did you ever consider going over this with all major CP army leaders? This just strengthens ACP now since they can invade anytime they want when armies are weak.
    Shab: Actually it gives every smaller army a chance to get more servers and beat larger armies. It also causes constant warfare and it makes the need to train soldiers to be able to get onto a server in a flash which Acp needs to work on.

    Ok, several problems with your decree:

    1. Out of all armies ever to be thought of, ACP is the one who pins people down on rules (except or RPF). Now, all of a sudden, you’re saying “screw everyone else because we’re ACP and can do whatever we want?”

    2. Who in the name of hell made YOU, Shab, the one who claims to follow rules and makes them up bur never does, have you the right to tell other armies what to do? Your government is the democracy of solely ACP, not every army on this game. So you are most certainly not in charge of all armies because you are in charge of the biggest one.

    Shab: If you read this post you would have realized that Acp has chosen this for the next week. Other armies can choose it if they want or they can choose to ignore it. I haven’t decided for all of cp armies, just for ACP

    Dryvit, I’m sorry to tell you this, but no one respects ACP. You guys aren’t considered an army anymore, you are considered rebels against CP warfare, but your trying to make it seem like you’re innocent. The dictator Shab strikes again. Boomer please come back and help ACP. Oh and btw Nachos invaded all of your servers and you can’t invade us because you have don’t have any servers. BOO YAH SON! You just got a taste of your own medicine. Your plan just got backfired.

    Obviously most of you don’t know how to read. The post says that ACP will be ignoring the 24 hour rule, not that everyone else has to. And it is a good idea because it does indeed decrease the number of wars because it discourages smaller and disadvantageous armies.
