Nono from iPod: The CPAC poll is irrelevent. Regardless of what their biased results are, ACP won and we will not say otherwise or we would be lying. So, no matter what CPAC says, we DO own Snow Fort.
This battle needs a judge, not an open poll. If polls were always chose the best answer, we wouldn’t have ended up with George Bush (sorry if you liked him).
Edit: Get ready for our own set of Invasions!

“They made a post with 18 pictures of THEMSELVES with a few Nachos that weren’t with the rest of the Nachos.”
~Pie1350, Nachos 3ic
Response: How can you argue the fact that you were outnumbered 2 to 1 both on Club Penguin and on chat at the end of the battle (the only time that really matters)? We have 2 pics, at 7:29 and 7:30 when the battle ended, showing you guys getting beaten 30 soldiers to 15 on CP. You can throw out the rest of the pics, those 2 are all you need to decide who won. And we had twice as many soldiers as you at the end of the battle.
The hate comments from Nachos soldiers are amusing, keep ’em coming. When you want to give a real argument let me know, otherwise go ahead and continue to act like 5 year olds (some of you are being more rational than others).
We are asking that CPA Central solve this question (even though to me it is obvious). We have provided 18 battle pictures (with another 36 I didn’t post) and 5 videos, while the Nachos have just one pic that doesn’t even look like they are winning. You be the judge, we’re not hiding anything, all the evidence is here.
Nono: The Nachos claim they won because of better tactics, which we know is a load of bull. They say that WE can’t accept defeat, when, in fact, it was them who couldn’t. Now, they put up a good fight, and I applaud their effort. But in the end, it all comes down to the numbers. We simply won because we have more soldiers than them and had more in attendance. Tactics are subjective. They’re being spoiled little cheaters and not admitting defeat, even though our margin of victory was so apparent. A video of the battle is now up, thanks to Dan. You will see our size. This trumps tactics for sure; tactics are subjective, a matter of opinion. Size can be certain.
ACP was ahead pretty much the entire battle until the very end when it got pretty close. The Nachos somehow claimed victory despite significantly fewer soldiers, so I’ll post the pic from the end of the battle first and counting up the soldiers there:
ACP – 30
Nachos – 14
HSA – 5
Tacos – 2
WW – 1
The Nachos I guess realized they couldn’t beat us alone, so they brought 3 other armies to help – and still couldn’t beat us. Note to the Nachos: if you want to prove a point, beat us one on one, losing one vs. four doesn’t look very good for you…
Even if you add up all the other soldiers who weren’t Nachos, ACP still had 8 more soldiers. Our chat had 45. Theirs had 22. We had 30 on CP. They had 15. No contest. Sorry Nachos. You can whine about how you think your tactics are better, but realize the point of tactics is to make yourselves larger. You charge to disrupt the enemy and make them lose troops. You make lines to recruit more soldiers. You spread out to make yourselves look bigger. If your tactics can’t do that, you lose. It’s not that complicated.
Thanks to Dan, we have video of most of the epic hour-and-a-half battle, starting from about 15 minutes in.
Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
Part 4
Part 5
Pictures:
Near the start of the battle:
ACP forces the Nachos out of the Town after about 15 minutes:
ACP fighting the Nachos at the Dock:
ACP forces the Nachos from the Dock to the Beach:
ACP forces the Nachos from the Beach and then destroys them at the Dojo:
Nachos retreat from the Dojo to the Plaza:
Nachos get owned all over the Plaza:
Nachos retreat (again) to the Snow Forts:
Nachos are losing at the Snow Forts and call on WW to help them (this is illegal because WW never posted about it):
They then bring HSA (leader shown here), and the Tacos (wow really, you need 3 allies to fight one army…):
ACP still owns all of them:
ACP crashes the Nachos line just minutes to the end of the battle (Nachos already claimed victory at this point) 🙄 :
ACP builds a line which the Nachos attempt to stop:
ACP blitzes the entire room with clovers:
One minutes from the end of the battle (let’s count the soldiers shall we?). There are 26 ACP, 14 Nachos, 3 HSA, and 1 WW. Pretty sure your not winning.
Then the end again, 30 ACP, 15 Nachos. So we’re twice as big as you at the end of the battle (and yes Person set a time limit). Wasn’t our decision, it was his. Even if you count the Nachos’ allies, they only have 22… 🙄
Let’s check the chat count…ACP is the 3rd largest chat on xat with 45…
The Nachos have 22 (and two of them were spies) 🙄
Then some maturity (that’s called sarcasm) from the Nachos leader 🙄
Pie refusing the follow the rules (again) of the invasion set by Person, who is from his army 🙄
And, yeah that’s what good leaders do, flip out and then curse out everyone 🙄
ACP had twice the soldiers both on Club Penguin and on chat than the Nachos at the end of the battle AND you need to have beaten your opponent convincingly to successfully invade a server. Anywhere near a tie won’t claim it. Not only was this not a tie, the Nachos were getting beat the entire battle. Even at the end, when the battle was closest, ACP had 30, you had 15. Our chat had 45, yours had 22. The evidence is here. Get over yourselves. You can hide behind the fact that you were destroyed the rest of the battle by only showing one pic in which the battle was tied, not even in your favor. CPA Central, can you please help us out here?
