I have seen the posts, the comments, the pictures posted about me. I cannot help how people feel about me. I am not a conformist. I set my own beat and march to that. I am a christian first. All things come after that.
I do not go to chats with cursing or perversion, that is not fun to me. I do not joke about rape, I do not joke about killing, sex or any other wildly popular chat topics now days. I do not find it amusing to see how far I can push chat rules on any given chat. I do not find a thrill in commenting F-words on sites, I will not curse for the sake of cursing or because everyone else is cursing. I am never going to either. I have never once heard my parents curse and I hope to follow that.
Some very popular leaders find it very amusing to go on chats and see how far they can push it before they are banned. Why is that fun? I try to conduct myself always, as if my parents were reading everything I type. Not a single person who curses, lies or decides to show their sexual frustration on a chat, site or comment can ever truthfully say they would be proud for their parents to read that.
I saw today where I was called a fag. I am sure they did not mean the British slang for a cigarette. First, I am not. I have had the same girlfriend for a very long time. Second I have seen first hand the suffering such language can bring. Why someone would find pleasure in using that or any other horrible name against another is mind boggling, I actually pity them for a lack of skill in communicating with others.
I will not conform to what is considered cool to be considered cool. I have many many friends on here and many in real life that accept me for just who I am. I am welcome in any of their homes any time because of that trust from their parents. To me that is important. I would never ever consider slandering anyone by or because of their nationality, ethnicity or religious beliefs. I was accused of such and responded. In the future I am going to ignore such boorish behavior. It has no place in my life and I shall not make room for it.I was called a liar for insisting ACP does not use racial or ethnic slurs during battles. I stand by that. If that was seen by anyone in ACP they would have been dealt with. I spoke to chat, and individually with our Latin soldiers, not a single one ever saw what the Nachos have accused us of.
Their defense was an anonymous comment purporting to be by ACP using that language. I will stand by ACP and my promise, that has never occurred, and will never occur in or by ACP. We are not of that nature.
I am a big slice of boring. I would rather go off and do 2 hours of join page then participate in any activity I would not be proud for my family to see. I try to set an example for the young kids coming to a CP army for the first time. I want a chat and a site their parents would be glad to have them join. I am not sure there are any out there besides ACP that meet that 90% of the time. To keep that high expectation, we select the best mods and kick and ban without regards to importance in your own world.
We will and have fired a soldier for indecent behavior towards another. We ban those that wish to do us harm. Call it power abuse if you wish, but you will be doing that away from our site and chat. So many times I see a soldier say my mom or dad is watching, and I know without fear, they will happy with what they see. I firmly believe that is what sets us apart, makes us so popular and so big, and yes a target. Envy is a harsh harsh passion to deal with in a sane and thoughtful manner. No matter the outcome Saturday, I will not be changing and ACP the army will not be changing. You will never find that here.
We had the leader of a large army, impersonate a soldier to gain access to our senate meeting. He tried to change the ACP from the inside with deceit and lies. He knows who he is and am sure feels rather proud of his actions. You know what I am proud of? Our senators who stood firm and denounced his ideas as barbaric and not with the best interest of ACP. That leader saw first hand that it is not just the leaders that set an example, it is the core of ACP. I am proud to call ACP home, and win or lose Saturday, I will always be proud.
