Back in 2007, UMA suffered a large scale rebellion. The ensuing World War saw the birth of a new army, the Rebel Penguin Federation, headed by Commando717, a high ranking UMA officer. At the time, UMA was huge, and even after RPF split from its ranks, the UMA that was left was still incredibly powerful. ACP then came to RPF’s side and together, the two armies defeated UMA in one of Club Penguin armies’ greatest wars.
From then on, Oagalthorp and Commando remained close, as did ACP and RPF. In recent months however, ACP grew, while RPF collapsed. A few weeks ago when I heard Furbur was retiring as RPF leader, I was interested in taking over RPF in the hopes of restoring the once-great army. Last night, I was offered the position of RPF Leader from Oberst543, the current leader. I have accepted with the hope that RPF can be restored to glory, and that ACP and RPF can once again be the best of allies. RPF is in a desperate condition right now, and work must be done to get them back on their feet. First and foremost, they need soldiers, as does any army. I am asking you, that maybe when you have a free minute from ACP, why not join RPF as well. You don’t have to remain loyal only to ACP, and under my leadership, RPF will be the closest army to ACP anyway, so it is my hope that you will help restore RPF to glory as well. It is a great army with a rich legacy, and I think it would be great if ACP and RPF were as big as they once were, fighting side by side in battle. The first step is offering them a hand.

If you are interested in RPF, now is the best time to join. The ranks have been cleared out, and if you join now, you will probably get a better rank than if you joined later. Think of RPF as a branch of ACP, because we really will be that close, and let’s help give them a hand.
