Shab: Mammoth still has to listen to the usual rules of war. The battles will still have to be scheduled 24 hrs in advance. It worked before, why not now?
Ktman: New people would take Mammoth every single day, it wouldn’t work.
Shab: Why not be able to invade and take Mammoth? Otherwise it is just another server like outback that will be left behind again. Thats basically what killed it last time, the treaty over mammoth.
Boomer’s Note: The Club Penguin Army Council cleared Mammoth for wars a few months ago, but you can see it never caught on anyway. The main factor is that Mammoth is one of the hardest servers to get into, and ACP having such a high non-member population, most armies abandoned it. Not to say it can’t be done though, so this is worth a try at least.
More and more, everyday, veterans of the Army of Club Penguin and all Club Penguin armies complain armies aren’t the same. And in some sense I’d have to agree. politics and governments are blinding us for the reason Club Penguin armies were created: war.
But simple war is not enough. People still complain when I only schedule a practice war. They want real, fun, war. And most of the time, they want it ona specific server too: Mammoth. And I must admit, there was something fun and magical about fighting on that server everyday, something that not every server can provide. Some people act like there is some invisible barrier keeping us from ever fighting there again.
But, whats stopping us?
Whats stopping us, the big armies, from fighting on Mammoth as they one did?
Nothing.
That is why I am starting a project, approved by Dryvit, The Mammoth Project. The Mammoth Project will be an agreement between major armies, small armies, and pretty much any army who wants to participate to use Mammoth as an open-war server. An army can declare a proper war vs. another army on the server or they can just invade and see who they find. Every few months and on the first day Mammoth is open for open-war, we will hold mass wars that everyone will be invited to fight in.
A note though, all wars on Mammoth are for fun. No army can claim the server, and the server will not be used to settle disputes between armies that are not for fun.
I will soon be approaching major armies about signing the agreement of The Mammoth Project. Although, any army can come to me for information on signing the agreement.
