Person promotes hacking:
This is a comment person made on a pass protected post on the RFW site. The password to the post was wordpass. Here is what person said:

Person is promoting using an autotyper software, from penguin storm or by using another program, and a RFW leader is accepting the suggestion and saying he will use it.

An autotyper is a script which is made illegal in this bill. “Using a script/anything, to create any form of Bots in Club Penguin. (Formation Bot, Copy Bot, etc.).”
The punishment for violating this bill is decided by the leader of the army. Since Person is a leader his punishment has to be decided by the other two leaders. BEFORE that happens tho the major army leaders have to have a meeting where they decide if person is guilty or innocent. The accuser is also present at the meeting to give their argument.

The reason for this war according to Nachos is because they hack. Person seems to believe that using autotypers during a battle is illegal but when there is no battle they are not. He says that Nachos do not hack. No army is perfect. Using Person’s logic, if 1 soldier in Nachos hack, the army is concidered to hack. Nachos have no right to attack golds for hacking while the Nachos leader himself is promoting hacking.
