Congress Election Registration

June 6, 2009

Ktman: Congress election registration is over. I will begin organizing elections as soon as possible.

Saint: ACP FORUMS! I think we should bring these back (again) so everyone register (if you want) and have some fun! Some things to do on the ACP Forums is: Role Play (pretend to be in an adventure or silly story!), disscuss what you like (games, bike riding, etc.), talk about ACP, and many more!

Also, thanks to Lots of Pie for making part of the ACP Header!! Pie’s part is the collage of ACP logos and penguins, my part is the ACP Army of Club Penguin slide.

Boomer: Make sure to scroll down a lot, there a ton of new posts that were posted at about the same time, so make sure you read them all.

Shab: Way too many posts. Keep the posts to 1 a day unless something is so important that you need it to be posted seperately. Edit what you have to say under whoever posts first each day.

This is it, the day you’ve all been waiting for! Congress election registration starts right now!

If you want to run for congress and see your name on the ballot, fill out the form below and post it in a comment. An edit above this post will tell you when registration is done.

Have fun and good luck!

I will work hard and i will do to the best of my ability and i will do all the things i promised and as part of the cocngress, id be very lucky and people hav asked me to represent certain things which i will represent.
5. What will you do as an ACP Representative?
I will continue reganing all my policies, and even if all my policys hav been completed, i will help other people search for there policiesand i will always listen to my fellow ACP soldiers even if they ar not in the senate cause were in the senate cause of them.
6. What will be your main priorities?
*To get the ACPTR(Army Of Club Penguin Training Regiment, trains new recruits into ACP, helps ACP alot) out there and get it known and to represent at Senate Meetings.
* Continue Cadet training and promote it.
*Recruits, cadets and low ranks to be respected on chat the same as you respect leaders and mods.
*Continue meetings with other armies and forming agreements/treatys
*To get everybodys views across. The senate is not just for elects, its there for the people of ACP to have a voice and if u have any ideas id be happy to put them forward on your behalf.
*Start getting in contact with small armies, A big army is gonna fall some time, and we need to know which small armies ar good or not. Iasgae 56
June 6, 2009
1. Iasgae 56 (with an i, not an L)
2. Captain.
3. 6 Months
4. I am a true hard working, ACP soldier. As I am still a young soldier, I have a lot to prove, therefore, I will work hard to prove myself.
5. I will always take peoples opinions into account, regardless of their rank. I believe any soldier can have a good idea, they dont need to be a leader or a Mod.
6. I will be looking to make the ACP Congress active and helpful to ACP Citizens. Currently people have been elected only to do nothing when elected. I want this to change. I would also like to set up idea posts, or something of that nature, where Citizens can put their ideas forward.
7. September 29, 2006. But at that time it was only on Miniclip.
8. Boomer 20
9. I am in several other armies, but I find ACP my “Home Army”. This is where I began in CP Armies and I have most loyalty to this Army.
10. Hi People,
I am here to tell you why you should vote for me in the ACP Senate Elections.
I am an active ACP soldier. Currently I am at the rank of Captain. Many of you out there are just ordinary ACP soldiers. You may have many friends but are never listened to in ACP. Now, this will all change. I am here to run for Senator. I am just an ordinary ACP soldier. Not a Mod, not a leader. Just an ordinary soldier. But, whose to say ordinary soldiers cant have good ideas. I will listen to any suggestions. Rank is irrelevant. Most of the time this is just a popularity contest based on Ranks. Lets change that. Use your votes wisely.
As an ACP citizen and soldier, you are given the privilege of voting. Lets use it. Do you want to Vote in some big shot who, once elected, will just go off and not care about his/her responsibilities. Don’t get me wrong, a lot of high ranking people do there job well, but how many times have we seen people get elected and not move a finger? Now it is time for change. I know many election candidates make promises they never fulfil. I will. As a Captain I still have stuff to prove, the way of proving I am capable is doing my job well.
Let me ask you a question. This is specifically for the lower ranks. How often have you had a great idea, but not being able to tell anyone important, like a leader. Now is your chance. I will listen to everybodys ideas, no matter what rank. I believe that any rank, not just Mod or Leader, can have a good idea.
” Regret is a terrible mistress”
Don’t regret not using your vote wisely, you wont get another chance for quite a few months.

Dear All ACP soldiers and leaders. I, Thebest22 am running for an ACP representative position. I will be a great choice for many reasons. I have been in the ACP for over a year. I am so active on chat, and during practice battles and wars. I lead the Echo Brigade. I have looked at the complaints page and see many people wanting to go to Echo. Which means many different things. The leading, the site, and the activity. I have served under 4 different leaders. Oagalthorp, the creator of ACP. Fort57, the second the leader. Boomer 20, probably the most loved of all leaders. And last but not least our current leader, Saint1119. Combining them, i have been in ACP for 12 months. Most of them with Oagalthorp. So please everyone, From BFF to worst enemy, VOTE THEBEST22!

10. *Campaign Speech?
Hi, I’m Coollove152. I would like to run for senate because I’m responcible and active. I want ACP to be the best of the best. We can get more people respect us. We could get huge allies. We would have a lot of ability. I could get more people to check the ACP site and chat more often. In the next few paragraphs I will tell more about how I will be good in the ACP senate.
First of all, we could get more people active. Half of our soldiers aren’t active. So I could get a group of people and find people who are not active and we could make them go on the site and chat more.
Second, we could get more people to respect. Respecting is a good thing. I don’t want people fighting in ACP. That will make people quit and join an enemy.
Third, ability. We could get more people to recruit for ACP. Not just go on CP. We need people to type “ACP ACP ACP” “JOIN ACP” “SEARCH ACP ARMY OF CLUB PENGUIN” etc.
Fourth, responcibility. Some of ACP are not responcible to go to practice battles, wars, recruitments, etc. Don’t be lazy those of you that are not responcible! Take on these challeneges like Saint could know you could do!
Last of all, protecting. We know that we could protect our soldiers, servers, and most of all this army! We just need more people to do it!
Well, thank you!

Hi everyone,
its kpkrocks1 here and first of all I am going to keep this small and say what I will do if i was elected. As i just said im kpkrocks1, I am the Lt general of the ACP and I have been in acp since may 2008. If I was elected a congressmen I would listen to the people who have low ranks and see what they want and try to get their points to the leaders, i will try to make the training regiment more active and that all new recruits would have to do training before they can be ranked on acp, I would also try to make acp’s servers protected from any enemys with the creation of a server patrol unit and I will create a elite unit which will be our best soldiers and they will have the power to beat any army

Why do you think you’d be an effective ACP congressmen/women? I know much about running a good government.
What will you do as an ACP Representative? I will strive to bring ACP back to its glory days.
What will be your main priorities? I will try to be on the lookout and warn ACP of any coming invasions or battles that some other army scheduled.
When was ACP founded? September 29, 2006, on the miniclip forums.
Who was the co-leader of ACP for a few days? Boomer.
Are you in any other armies? If so, what is your loyalty to them vs. ACP? Yes, but I am much more active in ACP.
*Campaign Speech? Fellow penguins, as we all know, ACP is one of the largest armies in the history of clubpenguin. And the bigger an army is, the harder it is to run. So, with ACP being as big as it is, and still growing, it takes not just any congressman or woman to represent it. It takes a hard-working, loyal, respectable, thrustworthy person to be in congress.
I’m him.
Imagine what ACP would be like with good leadership, size, lots of active troops, and many other things that make an army perfect. ACP already has many of these. But do you want to just settle for this? Why not improve ACP toward perfection.
A vote for me means you want to improve the ACP Nation.
So, just remember, ” Vote for improvment. Vote Us Army34. ”

My Speech,
Soldiers, Officers, Citizens and friends – I am here to make a difference.
I Stand here before you today to improve ACP, Make it fairer and better for all of its soldiers.
I am a soldier who has been with you for 2 years during both the good and bad times. I was there when Fort57 retired and the crisis that followed, I have been their fighting with you. From club penguin world war 3 to the RFW war, I was with you.
I go onto the chat everyday, and I see people being called n00bs. But I think – They are being called n00bs for having an idea, they want something to happen to make ACP but if they express their idea, they are punished and called a n00b. Well I disagree, I think everyone should have the right to say their piece of mind and I am willing to fight for that!
ACP was a great nation, which was proud and glorious. I say we will be like the Phoenix and rise out of the ashes and become A great new and better Nation. A nation for the people made by the people.
My Motto is
A Great ACP, a Glorious ACP!
And that’s what I want this Nation to be! I will fight for that no matter what, as it is what you the solider deserve for your hard work.
Now there are some plans and rumours that some people want to ged rid of ACPTV. I Say Why? Why loose ACPTV? WHY LOOSE A PART OF ACP!
It’s like a car with no wheels or chips without fish,
It’s not right and that’s another thing I will fight for and will go to the edge of the earth for!
I WILL NOT LET ACPTV DISAPPEAR!
Previous Senates have been unfair to you or have been inactive. So why should this one be different you may say? Well I am here to serve the people; I am here to serve you! Your vote can make a huge difference and that’s why I need you to vote for me! I am fighting for what you want. You feel strongly about something, So will I! I will fight for you!
You may feel that the ranks in ACP are unfair? Well so do I! I think that Ranks should be based on how loyal and hardworking a soldier and not on anything else! I am here to make a Fairer ACP!
I am fighting for what I believe in! I am also Fighting for what you Believe in!
I have had enough of an Unfair ACP; the time for Change is here!
I want ACP to be great as . . .
A GREAT ACP IS A GLORIUS ACP!
Thank You.
CasiusBrutus.

February 2007, but the Alliance Of Snow Fort was around before then.
8. Who was the co-leader of ACP for a few days?
Boomer 20
9. Are you in any other armies? If so, what is your loyalty to them vs. ACP?
Golds, UPA, and CPAF; My loyalty to ACP is far greater than my loyalty to any of these,
10. *Campaign Speech?
Jingle Jay, one of the most experienced ACP soldiers, has decided to run for ACP Senate. Jingle served under the legendary Oagalthorp as a corporal before retiring a corporal under Fort57. Jingle kept a close eye on ACP, however, and decided to rejoin under Boomer 20 as a captain. Being one of the most active ACP soldiers, he has never missed a promo, and is now a Lt. General.
With experience in scouting, intelligence, leadership, diplomacy, and battle strategy, Jingle is the full package. He knows our mistakes and successes in the past, and how to use this knowlege to guide ACP in the future. Some of Jingle’s good freinds are Peguin2195, Bluey92123, Yoitspablo (Tostipotato), Jediseth, Person535, Foxtails, and Packer1 Nfl.
Jingle’s veiw is that we need more war in the Club Penguin armies to make us healthier. This will drive recruiting up, as well as making armies more fun. Jingle thinks that we need to work on our relationships with medium and small armies, as well as UMA and RPF. We need to help UMA rebuild, as they are reliable and important allies. In a world war, they would likely decide who wins. Our best allies are Golds and WW, but we need to help them with their needs before they help us with ours. WW needs help to rebuild, as they are extremely inactive. Golds need help with recruiting to help them beat RFW.
The ACP of our past was very successful and fun, and with Jingle’s guidance it will be even more fun in the future. We will be more successful in war by maknig stronger alliances, and we will make CP armies in general healthier by having more war. The new ideas combined with old, tried and true ideas make Jingle Jay a great leader. Vote Jingle Jay for a better ACP.

Why do you think you’d be an effective ACP congressmen/women?
It is about decision and a trustworthy Congress. Congress in ACP has not had any effect on ACP yet, but I and the others who can and will win will make it effective for the people of ACP and who lay between the severs.
What will you do as an ACP Representative?
Get the congress active, and most importantly let them control something that they didn’t even know they could do. It also protects ACP.
What will be your main priorities?
Well if armies can have a congress, then pigs can fly now. Although their is citizenship in ACP then all citizens should be treated will equality. Also not for just the ranks and people but will make the decisions in congress now to have a brighter future.
When was ACP founded?
September 29, 2006 but I see people put it was only a miniclip. It was just not a miniclip, it was an army.
Who was the co-leader of ACP for a few days?
Boomer20 because Chewit Dude did not last a few days since people were angry at Fort.
Are you in any other armies? If so, what is your loyalty to them vs. ACP?
Two other armies Ice Vikings and VCP. I treat both armies the same because both armies (besides the golds back in 2nd generation) have been with since I joined Cp armies. Acp though I might be treating Acp with more activeness.
*Campaign Speech?
Well the speech will come but not at this time.

Why do you think you’d be an effective ACP
congressmen/women? Because im very active and i would love to make ACP as best as i can, and one way to do that is to have a strong congress.
What will you do as an ACP Representative? I will dry to bring ACP back to the golden ages, and make us have the strongest congress in all of cp armies. i think i strong congress leads to a strong army
What will be your main priorities? Like i said to have ACP have the strongest congress in all of cp armies.
When was ACP founded? September 29, 2006 by Oagalthorp
Who was the co-leader of ACP for a few days? Boomer 20
Are you in any other armies? If so, what is your loyalty
to them vs. ACP? I am most loyal to ACP, but i was in two small armies, NM of CP and RSA, i was co leader in RSA but then i got fired because i wasnt going to battles, but that was because i made ACP my arny priority. i am Head General in NM of CP i think, i am NOT fired, because i am very active there too + the leader is ABolerz who is in ACP.
*Campaign Speech? Hello ACP, today u stand infront of me, just a regular soldier, but with extrordinary ideas for ACP. For the truth i am here to purswade you to vote for me, but it is entirely up to u. i have mentioned the strings for what i wanna do in ACP congress throughout this comment, so if u read the whole thing u should get an idea of what i want to do, but to go over, i want to make ACP have the strongest congress in all of cp armies because i think a strong congress leads to a strong friendship with other soldiers, which leads to a great, strong, and powerful army.I will do anything in my power to make sure all that happens, and if it doesnt, i promise u ACP, i will not give up.

6. To bring back hope in Acp again as Saint said no one can bring back the golden age of Acp but Boomer but i think if we all try hard we can bring it back in one snap.
7. September 26 2006 it was on the Miniclip forums.

~My speech~
Soldiers leaders and everyone else.
They tell me because im a low rank i can not do anything. They tell me i can never become anything in Acp history. But we can all give that a change because Acp needs change. I will not stand forth a person making fun of a soldier because he/ she is a low rank. I will bring this to the end and give every soldier hope as a promise. It does not matter if you are a very high rank or a low rank we can all do evrything the same to changeage acp and bring back the golden age.
I would like to bring something other to mind . I served under boomer as long as he was leader and listien to every command he gave that is why i have the rank i have today. If you work together you can rank up and believe in your self. To once be one of the greatest leaders in acp as Boomer had done.
To help acp i will do anything i would go across the world to save anything. i say we can do the anything we want to help Acp .
~Thank You~ Vote for me

9. I am also in UMA. I help them 24/7 by recruiting and patrolling. I will do the same for ACP.
10. I’m not the best at long boring speeches people pretend to read, so here it goes. I have been in ACP for sometime and saw lots of things. I wasn’t able to go on chat or CP, but now I can. Oagalthorp had a lot of trust in me. He made me a mod on the old ACP chat even though I wasn’t in ACP. A little bit after that I decided to run for senator and won. But shortly after my computer got a virus and I couldn’t go on chat or CP. Now I am running again because I know I didn’t do enough to help the ACP. So I would like to be in congress to in a way make up for what I didn’t do to ACP.
That turned out better than expected.

4. Iv served time as an ACP senator before, and i am very capable at my job.
5. Usually, my goal is to increase recruiting. surely now a days, that is barely needed. What i am focusing on is stopping the untrained rogues of cp, and getting them to be trained and well-build soldiers. Also, to train our troops that are already here.
6. my main priorities, well, basically what i just said. stopping rogues from doing what we dont want to do, and getting them to become our gain. And to train our troops right here in the army, so they have a better knowledge of what to do.
7. September 29, 2006 (right after i created my peng ! =D)
8. Boomer20
9. Im in RFW,UMA,MOO,and Romans. My loyalty to ACP beats all.
10. Citizens of the ACP. I am happy to say that i will be runnign for re election. This time, i will not get votes the wrong way that i might have last election, im leaving it to u. But also this election, im switching my focus from recruiting to training and fighting. Our recruiting is top notch, so theres no improvment needed. But what we do need to do, is improve our rogue soldier status. Even though most have been recruited, there are still rogues out there fighting and giving us a bad name. AND even in our own army, some troops who have joined within the last 2-3 months (ranks sergeant through captain) avergally STILL think we need to fight the Nachos. am right or wrong? We need to train our troops so they are ready for when they become higher ranked. And even at a low rank, we need them at a well trained state, because the lower ranks are the backbone of the ACP. They make up our numbers and strength. without them we would probably fail. Thats why we should make them stronger, so they army itself will become stronger. That is my speech.
11. i will make my site soon. I forgot, but i might already have one. its prob from the governor/state elections that never happened. ill spruce it up if its still there.

Why do you think you’d be an effective ACP congressmen/women?: I want to make a difference in the ACP and show that we ARE the best army in Club penguin.
What will you do as an ACP Representative? Try to represent the ACP in meetings and battles and bad times the best of my ability.
What will be your main priorities? Leadership. Responsibility. Discipline. Bravery.
When was ACP founded? September 29, 2006
Who was the co-leader of ACP for a few days? Boomer 20
Are you in any other armies? If so, what is your loyalty to them vs. ACP? I’m in UMA, IW, NACHOS, CPOG, CPAD, GOLDS, CPGV, and alot more but I’m really not that active, but the ACP and Golds I’m really active.
*Campaign Speech? Fellow ACP soldier’s I am proud to say I’m running for senate! I will not NEVER back down and lose, and make the ACP at its best. I am very active in the ACP you may see me at battles or at chat or recruiting people at Snowfort. I heard a rumor that the ACP was going to fall sometime this year because Boomer 20 and Jedi Master17 and alot other great soldiers retired, but that makes me SICK! Yes we got alot of new troops with little experience but we can train them and with our new leaders Saint and Drvit and Meat we can lead the ACP to a Golden age. I want to be leader someday, but I got to win this election! I PROMISE I will do my best. – A Dawg4 ACP Lt. Colonel

4. Why do you think you’d be an effective ACP congressmen/women? I have a strong voice that can be heard, and i am good at making decisions to benefit this army.
5. What will you do as an ACP Representative? I will help pass laws that are fair to every rank, and i will show equalness to every rank, from corporal to general.
6. What will be your main priorities? My main priorities are making things even among all the ranks, except not making everone mods, but letting the low ranks have a say, because they are the ones who fight for us mainly.
7. When was ACP founded? 9/29/06
8. Who was the co-leader of ACP for a few days? Boomer 20
9. Are you in any other armies? If so, what is your loyalty to them vs. ACP? I am in a small army, but ACP is my main army that i go on daily.
10. *Campaign Speech? I haven’t really written anything, so here i go:
Hello fellow ACP soldiers. I am Packer, some of you have heard of me; some of you have not. But you need to hear me on this point. In my time in ACP, I have seen special treatment to the upper ranks, usually Maj. General and higher. Trust me, I know. In February, i was a sergeant in ACP. when i first when i chat, no one would take to me except axe and fox. I know why: because i was considered a noob. The higher ranks believe that saying is funny, but it is pretty hurtful to the low ranks, because they usually dont know what a noob is, so they take it more offensive than it is. And using the term “noob” calls them “new” and “confused”, when they dont realize they were noobs. EVERYONE goes through that stage. I see that word about 4-7 times a day; 4 on a lucky one.
“So after that freakishly huge paragragh, what is my goal?” My goal is to make ACP equal. To be honest, i think the lower ranks are as valuable as the higher ranks. Do you know why? Because, when an enemy army is invading a server, the first people to tell the people on chat is a low-ranked soldier. And usually, the low-ranked soldiers are the first ones to open a new tab and hurry to the server, while the high-ranked soldiers usually ignore it and continue gossiping and could care less if they conquered the server or not. So from this example, you can see that the lower-ranked soldiers are the backbone of this army. Without them, ACP would be posers who tell jokes that kids shouldnt hear. I hope you consider my vote. Thank you for using your time to read this

Why do you think you’d be an effective ACP congressmen/women? – I have run in Student Council in my school, and am a history freak, so I know hwo things work.
What will you do as an ACP Representative? – Do as much as I can to help ACP climb to even higher heights. I hope someday I can be as high as General, 3ic, 2ic, and one day GOTA.
What will be your main priorities? – To listen to the people not into the politics with their ideas, and to be serious with the matter. I check the site every day and this will be very real for me if I become Senator, unlike others who just want a higher rank.
When was ACP founded? – September of 2006
Who was the co-leader of ACP for a few days? – I don’t really get that one, as in when did the 2ic serve? I’ll go with Boomer in the Kg regime.
Are you in any other armies? If so, what is your loyalty to them vs. ACP? ACP is my first priority, but I am in Golds, Freedom Warriors, RFW, SACP (super army of club penguin) I help out occasionally in Nachos, UMA, and WW. But again, ACP is my loyalty site for CP Armies.
*Campaign Speech? : Greetings everyone. You may know me on the ACP Chat as “Nor” or “teh” or “batin’s bro” but many of you know me as Noseycjr. I joined ACP on December 29, 2008. My Grandfather Frank was a Corporal in the American Army, who ended up breaking his back on the field. He later recovered, but he passed in 1996. My Great Uncle Dennis was killed in the Pacific Ocean by a kamikaze attack off the coast of Japan. I believe he was only around 30 years old. I love ACP and everyone in it. I like hanging out on chat with my friends like Batin, Klug, Amit, Bluey, Soccergal, Pink Girl, Packer, Redrarehound, and others. I know what it is like to be ignored on chat everyday, and I know what it feels like to be new and constantly made fun of. I think that I can relate to new recruits and ranks below Major, along with everyone else. I hope to hear what everyone thinks of me (good or bad) and I wish everyone good luck in the race to the Senate.

Who was the co-leader of ACP for a few days? Boomer 20
Are you in any other armies? If so, what is your loyalty
to them vs. ACP? I am most loyal to ACP, but i was in two small armies, NM of CP and RSA, i was co leader in RSA but then i got fired because i wasnt going to battles, but that was because i made ACP my arny priority. i am Commander General in NM of CP, i am NOT fired, because i am very active there too + the leader is Abolerz who is in ACP.
I will also make sure the lower ranks in ACP (like me kinda) have a say, and are treated fairly!

As I said, helping schedule things

3. 23 months.
4. I’d like to help in the decisions that are made in ACP. We can become a much better army if more people make good decisions and cause changes to be made for the better.
5. It’s really a matter of making the troops happy, yet doing what’s best for the army as a whole at the same time. So as a representative I’d like to help keep things going well.
6. My priorities are to keep us awesome. And going smoothly. And also to keep the flow of new recruits steady. I think I’d also like to help the young soldiers.
7. ACP was founded on September 29, 2006 by Oagalthorp. Yup.
8. Boomer20
9. No other armies.
July 2007. At the end of the biggest war of Club Penguin, a younger Tomtwelve joined the army of Club Penguin ready to fight those UMA soldiers. The war was won by ACP and its allies, of course. So later, there was a focus on politics. Today, that hasn’t changed. But we are improving these politics. And today I would like to take part in this political system. As one of the, if not the most experienced soldiers in this army, you will find that I know what I’m doing. It is apparent what this army needs. As a representative for ACP, I can help make sure that this army gets what it needs. With 23 months of experience, I have seen what has gotten us through some tough situations. And did I mention who the potential choices were for leader back last summer? http://acparmyofclubpenguin.wordpress.com/2008/08/09/acp-wins-acp-empire-new-leader/ Well, that time turned out to be tough, as unnecessary conflict was created. Democracy did save us in the end, and Kg was elected as leader. Anyway, I really want to help ACP right now, because there are some things that must be changed… But I have no possible way of doing that unless I get authority. So…please, vote for me. Really.

Why do you think you’d be an effective ACP congressmen/women? I would be the voice for the normal foot soilder. The back bone of the army and get what they desirve. I was in the speech debate in UIL and got second place! And I was a 6th grader then. I now just became a 8th grader.
What will you do as an ACP Representative? I will make sure every one gets a vote in every desision. I make ACP a government which will be a model for other new armies.
What will be your main priorities? Get more indevudual brigades to be more active and get the lower ranks more rights.
When was ACP founded? September 29, 2006
Who was the co-leader of ACP for a few days? I read the whole ACP saga and I don’t remeber.
Are you in any other armies? If so, what is your loyalty to them vs. ACP? ACP is my first and only army which I have pledged alegance.
*Campaign Speech? ACP was once the army to be in. It represented hope, freedom, and a chance to get some action. When we all came into this army we pledged to do our best to keep club penguin safe. And now look at us we are just a bunch of inactive soilders. With the old generation going out the new generation must step up to the plate. If we stay the way we are now than ACP will not stand. We must all stand up and do whats right, no matter what the sacrifice. We can not coward in the face of evil, we must fight it until the end. So what if we lose a battle here or there, we must keep moving forward. So I leave you with this: gon onto google video and type in Courage Lives watch the first viedo and think of it. I hope that I will get into ofice dew to my morales and goals. Please vote for me. Long Live ACP!

5. I will start a welcoming commitee for new recruits, and have new soldiers more educated on our army. Plus I will make sure that people stop impersonating mods, and that people who curse and say bad things WILL BE BANNED EVEN IF THEY ARE A MOD.
6. Being equal and fair, yet also a little tough so that people dont get away with things. A good leader.

9. I have my own army called chaos (though it only has 20 people haha). Acp is much bigger and better than my army and it will be of the greatest honor to be a senator in thies army. This army is the greatest of all, and deserves the best.
10. The acp used to be one of the most powerful and most respected army in all of clubpenguin. Now dont get me wrong, it still is, but there have been many problems. If Im senator, I will make sure this army returns to the way it should and used to be. Mods should not be abusing their privileges and if they curse they should be demoded. And bann fests WILL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED. New recruits will be given MORE RESPECT, and I would like to start a welcoming commitee where we can educate them on the acp and they way we do things. (though not like bootcamp and i will head it up, but bootcamp can still remain). We should all be equal in this army and stand together. Mods should stop being abussive with their powers, and everyone should be treated equally, because soldiers are the future, and without them acp dooesnt function. I will now end my speech with an interesting fact. One of my dear friends is a nacho and said that 20, yes 20, of the new nacho recruits last month were people leaving acp for the reasons I have brought up. So if you want privileges to stop being abused, and fairness to all penguins everywhere, but still keep our leaders as the great leaders they are, then vote for me Larry Guy 4. I will not let u down. And as always, GO ACP!!!!!!!!! 🙂

I want ACP to last As Long as possible. I am the greatist polotician, But as Churchill said, imagine if he said this:
“If The Army of Club Penguin lastest a thousand years, Men will still say, this was their finest hour!”
Make ACP the greatist army ever(and it is allready) and keep it the greatist.
enforce chat rules more and allow ACP to have more servers.

Yes I’m in other armies. ACP has my highest loyalty, and if they’re against ACP I will be for ACP.
*Campaign Speech?
People of ACP. A new era has begun.
The era of Saint.
Now people of ACP do you want to be
Respected?
Well Known?
Well, a lot of you don’t think you are. But I will make EVERY ACP soldier feel special. I will treat every ACP soldier with the same respect I would for a Leader. Just because they are a coporal doesn’t mean they’re dumb. Just because they’re General deosn’t mean you Treat others like Crap and respect only the high ranks. You Treat EVERYONE with respect. And if you don’t, it shows your inner self. This army is THE best army I’ve been in. But there are some inprovements needed:
1. The Arguing of ACP Chat.
There’s way too much arguing about NON ACP sometimes. The only Debates I woud allow is ACP related. Not some Random Stuff that no one needs to know.
2. More Activities
I would plan more congress activities and talk to soldiers about what they want and bring it into a meeting. If you want a PB with an army, I will tell congress. If you want a Party I will tell congress. I will listen to the opinion of the ACP soldier
3. Stop Promo Day Yelling at Chat
The Promo Day yelling at chat is somthing I want to take care of. if people want to voice out their opinions then they should Voice Their Voice in a comment.
Those are the things I want to address. I also will listen to the ACP Soldier, and tell congress about their opinions. So Vote for me Houndy66, to be ACP’s next senator.

5. i would advertise about acp, and i would send this site to people by emails, and make it chain mails. i can get a lot of people to join. and i would make this site a lot nore organized.
6. i would have more order in the chat room, and i would be nice and fair. i would only give modships out to people who i could trust, and who earned it.

ACP FOREVER
Acp is and always will be the largest/strongest army in club penguin. But we have one problem: Friendships. we need to make our chat rooms a lot more nicer, and better for us to chat in. by this is i mean we need less cussing, less fighting, and we need someone to do help us do this. Why not me? i have a soft heart, and i belive for more peace in the world. i really think that i can change some things to make acp better. i think some things people want, isnt what everyone agrees with, but i can maybe help with what they want.

10 *Campaign Speech? Hi! Im Lsund, I’m in LOTS of armies and that could be a real help I could go to an enemy, and say lets be allies with ACP and give them some reasons. They’ll say “huh, he IS in our army, lets try it!” And heres my VERY simple formula More Allies= Less enemies. We need to crush Renegade (RG) and get more Soldier Loyalty And also more respect for lower ranks, I remember when some mods and people always were rude and mean, its not as bad now but its still there ill try to get a stop to that. I really want your vote and I’ll try my best to be fair, honest, and helpful.

5.I would make sure that other penguins got the same rights as mods. I strongly beleive that mods sometimes have to much of a say in things, more than normal soldiers. Big trees grow from little seeds. Oagalthrop was a normal penguin, and look what he made.
6.
a.I will try and get the acp high court working, and get a good system of justice going. This is vital, but what would be an even better way of sorting things would be to have a total army court, like the european union court. There also needs to be a small acp court where justice can be brought against cyber-bullying, becuase to be totally honest when this occurs nothing is really done. I would make a court website, with a report page, a help page and an advice page. Cyber bullying leaves people alone, and they need to be given a real boost. A proper justice system whould be devised, with set rules, and a chat page for actual hearing and cases. ACP normal court is just the start, but more can come off it.
b. Some people call this treachery. Some people call this fake. I call it the way to win. Sometimes, you want to fight a war. An army has annoyed acp. But you cannot spoil acp’s reputation. Therefore, the only option is to ally with another army. Imagine having having reasonably sized armies attack within the click of a finger. We should secure strong relationships with these armies, by offering them more. There banner on the acp site once in a while. there leader’s are mods on acp chat. I know cp wars are good, but you need some close allies you can rely on.
c.Make acp branches that are for other speeking countries. France, Spain, Porutagal, and then they can have the servers of there countries. We would need a good french, spanish, portuagal
+ english speaking penguin to properly translate. Like a franchise I guess. If we work together we can make this happen, and maybe some of the other armies can make these branches to.

9.CPSIF, a miniscule army I lead. You may know them from twidgers email. We get about one new recruit per month, so its not a really hard thing to maintain. I am alsoo in DW and TS. Both miniscule, and none of these armies compare to the acp.
*Campaign Speech?
People say, Club penguin is for nerds. It is a game for toddlers and 3 year olds. Anyone who plays it is weird. What is the point? I DISAGREE. This club penguin experience that acp has to offer is a great help for when you want to move into the world. ACP gives you a sense of authority, a sense of pleasure, It gives you an insight into how a real country works. And the acp experience gets better and better. And I want to help.

Because many people say I have great leadership. I’ve don’t think thats true but I think this will be my answer.
I will try making packs and groups instead of one heap of ACP soldgiers like I have seen for a while. I would also try getting more allies. I’m friends with many leaders and even the Ice Vikings leader. Also that I’ve heard that some penguins have been treated meanly. I would give them equal rights! Look at Martin Luthor King! He was a son of a slave and look who he became! A American hero!

I do not know who I am most loyal to. But I will do anything for ACP! Yeah I haven’t been here for a few days but that is because I have many test and homework for school. As they say, learning will make you a champion.
*Hello, I am Sarster123. I promise that if you vote for me then I will treat penguins fairly. I will also make more allies. my job in ACP isn’t just to fight other armies. I came to ACP to help penguins and bring no more fighting to ACP. I was treated unfairly too when I joined. But now I have alot of pals in ACP. If I can do it, you can do it. BE TREATED FAIRLY by Sarster123. Canidate.

4.I have experience in leadership. I was the 3rd leader of the ACP, although my short reign only lasted about 1 day. I was then Co-Leader for several months. So, I know what I’m doing.
5.I hope to cut some of the politics out of the ACP. We all know that most of our elections are a popularity contest. We all know that there’s some corruption in the ACP. I’m here to help get rid of it. I also hope to change the chat rules to make a more fair, safe, and enjoyable chat experience.
6.-I will fight to make future elections less of a popularity contest and more of a choice between people based on their views and experience.
-I will propose a new chat system with a Main (for battles, general chat, etc.) and PG-13 (not for battles, but less-strict rules) chats. This will help keep inappropriate content out of Main chat while also providing a more relaxed chat where you can just go to have a good time.
-I will also propose a new mod system that’s not rank-based.
-I will propose a General Complaints page on the site to give people a more effective way to voice their complaints; sometimes the leaders are too busy to answer on chat.

9.Not currently, although I have been in the past. I’m now devoted completely to the ACP.
9. I’m an ancient relic of the CP world. I have perhaps the oldest penguin and oldest ACP career of any current soldier. My long career eventually led me to be leader late last summer for 1 day, until it was cut short by Oagal. I have the experience to run an army and therefore should seriously be considered to help run the ACP once more. I want to make it a more fair army. I want to bring the ACP a new golden age.

I am running for congress to help only 1 person- YOU! I am running to help you (doesn’t that make you feel so special?)! You make the ACP ACP. Without you the ACP would not exist so you shold have a voice and I think your voice should be and shall be heard. I have many ideas such as these:
-A improved plan for ACP Boot Camp
-A plan for elections
-A plan for getting rid of soldiers that cause (or continue) arguements on chat.
-New Tatics!!!
And much more! I would love to hear your brilliant plans and present them to ACP congress cause I want to gie you and everyone else a chance to express themselves. I also have some ideas for how to make recruiting fun such as holding contests. I also want to give you guys the chance to state your opinon without being kicked or banned for it. If you vote for me I will work my hardest to make sure you get your voice heard!

*Campaign Speech?
Hello DRACP.
I come prepared with a speech. A speech that puts history in the army. Some times that are tense with not only our army, but outside forces. These forces, if ever a threat, I propose that I fix them with one idea pressed on the “Staples ®” button. I will put in new guards in the servers, for better protection. Our defense is most needed, especially during the summer, when miniscule armies are coming in to claim our servers. With me in office, we will have not only brigades, but in the brigades will be marines, navy, and army.
Our current situation with the transition of leaders is stressful. As a new congressman, I will be a full adviser of leader transitions, new bills and laws, and most importantly, what affects you as the citizens of the nation.
If you want more content, visit my campaign site, where I will give weekly updates. But for now, please consider me as a congressman.

10. Many MANY people take this contest as a popularity contest to be a ACP legend. THIS is NOT an popularity contest and i think people who take this so seriously (It is serious) should not have to be a ACP congressman/woman and make the best man/woman win 🙂

Why do you think you’d be an effective ACP congressmen/women? : I am the oldest member partially active in ACP. That means i know it all. Everything about ACP wars and strategies I know of.
What will you do as an ACP Representative? : Everything that is asked of me. But I do have a few trciks up my sleeves. Including boot camp, parties, strategies, and much more ideas that ,trust me, have never been mentioned b4.
What will be your main priorities? : Mainly to get the ACP where its soldiers want to be. What ever the case. The number one thing for any army on the computer in general is amount of members thats it. . . even if they sit there. SO if you keep your soldiers happy, they will stay and then you can not lose. I believe you make them satisfied by making MANY more events. Wether it be a forum, parties, promotions, wars, etc.
When was ACP founded?
Sept 29
Who was the co-leader of ACP for a few days?
Well I actually was for the first week or so when the ACP was created under oagal. Just take a look in oagals life story or whatever, But yeah it was Boomer.
Are you in any other armies? If so, what is your loyalty to them vs. ACP? No, I have never been in any other armies and i feel its pretty stupid to ask this question for two reasons:
1) If your running for congressmen on ACP , obviously your going to say your loyal. But I have 2 years of loyalty to the ACP I have never been in or was associated with another army.
2) I dont understand why we , the ACP, promotes joining other armies. You are supposed to be in and be loyal to one army.
*Campaign Speech? : During my three times of being active in the ACP I have made many failed attempts to become influential in the ACP govt or social standards. In that span I have made numerous speeches. And honestly I dont want to type it up again. I know everyone says this but I really do have different and better ideas then everyone else running. And I am not insulting my fellow soldiers but everyone says this but when they come up as having power they do nothing. I rather not say my ideas but i can say this i have over ten ideas all of which are new and smart. But I rather make sure I win congress men first to share. Rather then get my ideas stolen which always happens to be the case. Well I hope you vote for me. Thank you

Im good at politics. War knowledge, Experienced soldier (Though I was a veteran at oagals acp) etc…
What will you do as an ACP Representative?
Pretty much anything to give ideas to improve ACP. And bring ACP reality. Offering ideas like:
Full day offensive
One day camp and traning
Camping
Training and camping
Branches of ACP (Like Marines, Army etc..)
War strategies
Practice/Training wars
ACP policies
What will be your main priorities?
Pretty much anything to make ideas. Mostly are the ones listed above. Strategies, leadership, policies and priorities.
When was ACP founded?
ACP was founded at 29 September 2006
Who was the co-leader of ACP for a few days?
Boomer20
Are you in any other armies? If so, what is your loyalty to them vs. ACP?
Yeah but they are blind and selfish in my opinion. Doesn’t give soldiers promos properly. ACP is the kindest and best. You have lots of ways to get promoted. If you get promoted faster in ACP, you’ll get more experience to control other armies your in too instead. Right now I don’t do my jobs at other armies anymore. I mostly do my job on ACP for the sake of Club Penguin.
It was december 2006. And that time I was a soldier at oagals ACP. I was at miniclip forums too. I first joined the romans and followed their campaigns. But then I saw penguins with jackets and helmets who was known as “ACP”. So I betrayed them and joined the good. They were cool penguins/people and they would do anything to help you whether they know you that much or not. They’ll help you if you get injured. I wouldn’t betrat the romans to join another army because men will call me a coward. I used to be a very wise roman soldier and I knew they weren’t dumb as other armies. Ofcourse I was a commandier in the romans. Im a descendent from the romans you can say. Now Im skilled and more improved since I joined the new acp.

(Mostly the said above last question ^)
You know I’ll never let you down. Cp armies is more than just throwing snowballs and joke charging. We back in the old days of acp and old wars, pretended we were wounded, always shouted medic, throwing bombs, slashing etc.. Its the funnest thing I ever saw on Club Penguin. You ACP reality? Why do you think you’d be an effective ACP congressmen/women? I think I would be a good one because I’m loyal, active, and fair. Everyone is going to say that, but I mean it.
What will you do as an ACP Representative? I will try to make peace, but not go to the extreme to. For example, if we wanted to make peace with an army, we would ask and if they said no, we would ask a couple of times, if they still say no, we won’t force them. Then, it would make it to a bigger war.
What will be your main priorities? If you’re related to a famous person/penguin or related to a higher rank, doesn’t mean you can get “special treatment”. I believe that is not fair. My other one is that you should listen to lower ranks, they might have a good plan or idea. Higher authority should always listen to their soldiers.
When was ACP founded? September 29, 2006
Who was the co-leader of ACP for a few days? Boomer 20
Are you in any other armies? If so, what is your loyalty to them vs. ACP? I am also in Golds too. I try to be on each chat equally so I’m not inactive in either Golds or ACP. I also own an army, but I think I might close it down due to inactivity.
*Campaign Speech? Dear Fellow Citzens, I know I’m only a Major, but I think that some lower ranks have better ideas than higher ranks sometimes. It’s like, higher ranks always talk to each other and goof around. In occasion, there’s “ban fests” which make me angry. I try to stop it. It’s really a horrible sight to watch. These higher ranks have the advantage to get into congress. Why not some strong, loyal, active lower ranks never get to be apart of the conversation. I feel that is not right. We should get a couple trusted soldiers to go into congress, or go to congress meetings not being in congress though. I think that would be a great idea. I’ve been in some armys. I have the experience to bring myself far enough to earn your respect. Most of the soldier are thoughtful, nice, caring and much more. Some people are born to become it, some people are not. I believe I was born for this job. Please vote for me and lets go past that victory limit! My slogan is “Go Past The Limit!”

10. *Campaign Speech?
Soldiers of the ACP, I, Master General Nate950000 have decided to run for ACP Congress not for power, but to give the people a voice that will not be drowned out. Peer pressure can cause major problems, even in an army’s Congress or council. People tend to gravitate towards what everyone else is doing. As a congressman, I will not give in to the popular choice if I believe it’s wrong. My decisions will balance individual rights with the common good.
Everyone in this army will have someone to go to when they have something they want considered by ACP Congress. Everyone’s ideas will be considered fairly. I will not judge a soldier’s idea by his/her rank, but by the great potential every soldier has. I will work hard to try to make every decision made by ACP Congress one that will be a step towards progress and improvement. I will never be content with the current state of the ACP. I will never look upon the present with satisfaction. The job will never be done. I will always be working towards the great future, not maintaining the present. I will do by job to the best of my ability. Mediocrity will not be an option.
Please make the right choice. Please vote Nate950000 for ACP Congress!

why i would be a goodcongressman; because i am great at making good decisions
Main priorities: To get more servers and soldiers. Also make acp airforce, navy, marines, scouts, and elites
When was ACP formed: September 29, 2006
who was co-leader for a few days: Boomer20
Other Armies: I am in MCP(Medics of Club Penguin). I made MCP but i am 100% ACP and MCP.
Speech: Once, there was peace in Club Penguin, now just war. Many citizens are being terroized by the bad penguins on club penguin. But last night, in my dreams, I dreampt of Club Penguin. everything was peaceful, but the reality is, it’s not. But one day, there will be peace in club penguin. One day all armies will fall, because penguins will report us, and we will all be banned, it is like the fall of the Roman empire. But Acp will still be standing, because of how many slodiers we have. if the CP people were to ban us all, Club Penguin would not make any money.
