I am an active ACP soldier. Currently I am at the rank of Captain. Many of you out there are just ordinary ACP soldiers. You may have many friends but are never listened to in ACP. I know many election candidates make promises they never fulfil. I will. As a Captain I still have stuff to prove, the way of proving I am capable is doing my job well.

Hi, I’m Coollove152. I would like to run for senate because I’m responcible and active. I want ACP to be the best of the best. We can get more people respect us. We could get huge allies. We would have a lot of ability. I could get more people to check the ACP site and chat more often. In the next few paragraphs I will tell more about how I will be good in the ACP senate.
First of all, we could get more people active. Half of our soldiers aren’t active. So I could get a group of people and find people who are not active and we could make them go on the site and chat more.
Second, we could get more people to respect. Respecting is a good thing. I don’t want people fighting in ACP. That will make people quit and join an enemy.
Third, ability. We could get more people to recruit for ACP. Not just go on CP. We need people to type “ACP ACP ACP” “JOIN ACP” “SEARCH ACP ARMY OF CLUB PENGUIN” etc.
Fourth, responcibility. Some of ACP are not responcible to go to practice battles, wars, recruitments, etc. Don’t be lazy those of you that are not responcible! Take on these challeneges like Saint could know you could do!

Jingle Jay, one of the most experienced ACP soldiers, has decided to run for ACP Senate. Jingle served under the legendary Oagalthorp as a corporal before retiring a corporal under Fort57. Jingle kept a close eye on ACP, however, and decided to rejoin under Boomer 20 as a captain. Being one of the most active ACP soldiers, he has never missed a promo, and is now a Lt. General.
With experience in scouting, intelligence, leadership, diplomacy, and battle strategy, Jingle is the full package. He knows our mistakes and successes in the past, and how to use this knowlege to guide ACP in the future. Some of Jingle’s good freinds are Peguin2195, Bluey92123, Yoitspablo (Tostipotato), Jediseth, Person535, Foxtails, and Packer1 Nfl.
Jingle’s veiw is that we need more war in the Club Penguin armies to make us healthier. This will drive recruiting up, as well as making armies more fun. Jingle thinks that we need to work on our relationships with medium and small armies, as well as UMA and RPF. We need to help UMA rebuild, as they are reliable and important allies. In a world war, they would likely decide who wins. Our best allies are Golds and WW, but we need to help them with their needs before they help us with ours. WW needs help to rebuild, as they are extremely inactive. Golds need help with recruiting to help them beat RFW.
The ACP of our past was very successful and fun, and with Jingle’s guidance it will be even more fun in the future. We will be more successful in war by maknig stronger alliances, and we will make CP armies in general healthier by having more war. The new ideas combined with old, tried and true ideas make Jingle Jay a great leader. Vote Jingle Jay for a better ACP.

Why do you think you’d be an effective ACP congressmen/women?
It is about decision and a trustworthy Congress. Congress in ACP has not had any effect on ACP yet, but I and the others who can and will win will make it effective for the people of ACP and who lay between the severs.
What will you do as an ACP Representative?
Get the congress active, and most importantly let them control something that they didn’t even know they could do. It also protects ACP.
What will be your main priorities?
Well if armies can have a congress, then pigs can fly now. Although their is citizenship in ACP then all citizens should be treated will equality. Also not for just the ranks and people but will make the decisions in congress now to have a brighter future.

Two other armies Ice Vikings and VCP. I treat both armies the same because both armies (besides the golds back in 2nd generation) have been with since I joined Cp armies. Acp though I might be treating Acp with more activeness.

I know you dont know me most people dont even see me on chat but it doesnt mean im not there!!! i want to make penguins safe ever since the minute i walkerd into club penguin i saw an acp battle i knew it was the one i wanted to join and i believe that having battles is one thing but we are the strongest, biggest army of all with me as senator we could be bigger and stronger and have for power against other armies that want to stop club pemguin. we are fighting for rights not because its fun. Yes ive missed some battles but im sure everyone has. im sure everyone right now is saying i dont ever see her but i am there. I even missed a mini vacation to have a battle with you gies. They tell me because im a low rank i can not do anything. They tell me i can never become anything in Acp history. But we can all give that a change because Acp needs change. I will not stand forth a person making fun of a soldier because he/ she is a low rank. I will bring this to the end and give every soldier hope as a promise. It does not matter if you are a very high rank or a low rank we can all do evrything the same to changeage acp and bring back the golden age.
I would like to bring something other to mind . I served under boomer as long as he was leader and listien to every command he gave that is why i have the rank i have today. If you work together you can rank up and believe in your self. To once be one of the greatest leaders in acp as Boomer had done.

9. I am also in UMA. I help them 24/7 by recruiting and patrolling. I will do the same for ACP.
10. I’m not the best at long boring speeches people pretend to read, so here it goes. I have been in ACP for sometime and saw lots of things. I wasn’t able to go on chat or CP, but now I can. Oagalthorp had a lot of trust in me. He made me a mod on the old ACP chat even though I wasn’t in ACP. A little bit after that I decided to run for senator and won. But shortly after my computer got a virus and I couldn’t go on chat or CP. Now I am running again because I know I didn’t do enough to help the ACP. So I would like to be in congress to in a way make up for what I didn’t do to ACP.

10. Citizens of the ACP. I am happy to say that i will be runnign for re election. This time, i will not get votes the wrong way that i might have last election, im leaving it to u. But also this election, im switching my focus from recruiting to training and fighting. Our recruiting is top notch, so theres no improvment needed. But what we do need to do, is improve our rogue soldier status. Even though most have been recruited, there are still rogues out there fighting and giving us a bad name. AND even in our own army, some troops who have joined within the last 2-3 months (ranks sergeant through captain) avergally STILL think we need to fight the Nachos. am right or wrong? We need to train our troops so they are ready for when they become higher ranked. And even at a low rank, we need them at a well trained state, because the lower ranks are the backbone of the ACP. They make up our numbers and strength. without them we would probably fail. Thats why we should make them stronger, so they army itself will become stronger. That is my speech.

Hello fellow ACP soldiers. I am Packer, some of you have heard of me; some of you have not. But you need to hear me on this point. In my time in ACP, I have seen special treatment to the upper ranks, usually Maj. General and higher. Trust me, I know. In February, i was a sergeant in ACP. when i first when i chat, no one would take to me except axe and fox. I know why: because i was considered a noob. The higher ranks believe that saying is funny, but it is pretty hurtful to the low ranks, because they usually dont know what a noob is, so they take it more offensive than it is. And using the term “noob” calls them “new” and “confused”, when they dont realize they were noobs. EVERYONE goes through that stage. I see that word about 4-7 times a day; 4 on a lucky one.
“So after that freakishly huge paragragh, what is my goal?” My goal is to make ACP equal. To be honest, i think the lower ranks are as valuable as the higher ranks. Do you know why? Because, when an enemy army is invading a server, the first people to tell the people on chat is a low-ranked soldier. And usually, the low-ranked soldiers are the first ones to open a new tab and hurry to the server, while the high-ranked soldiers usually ignore it and continue gossiping and could care less if they conquered the server or not. So from this example, you can see that the lower-ranked soldiers are the backbone of this army. Without them, ACP would be posers who tell jokes that kids shouldnt hear. I hope you consider my vote. My Grandfather Frank was a Corporal in the American Army, who ended up breaking his back on the field. He later recovered, but he passed in 1996. My Great Uncle Dennis was killed in the Pacific Ocean by a kamikaze attack off the coast of Japan. I believe he was only around 30 years old. I love ACP and everyone in it. So later, there was a focus on politics. Today, that hasn’t changed. But we are improving these politics. And today I would like to take part in this political system. As one of the, if not the most experienced soldiers in this army, you will find that I know what I’m doing. It is apparent what this army needs. As a representative for ACP, I can help make sure that this army gets what it needs. With 23 months of experience, I have seen what has gotten us through some tough situations. Why do you think you’d be an effective ACP congressmen/women? I would be the voice for the normal foot soilder. The back bone of the army and get what they desirve. I was in the speech debate in UIL and got second place! And I was a 6th grader then. I now just became a 8th grader.

9. I have my own army called chaos (though it only has 20 people haha). Acp is much bigger and better than my army and it will be of the greatest honor to be a senator in thies army. This army is the greatest of all, and deserves the best.
10. The acp used to be one of the most powerful and most respected army in all of clubpenguin. Now dont get me wrong, it still is, but there have been many problems. If Im senator, I will make sure this army returns to the way it should and used to be. Mods should not be abusing their privileges and if they curse they should be demoded. And bann fests WILL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED. New recruits will be given MORE RESPECT, and I would like to start a welcoming commitee where we can educate them on the acp and they way we do things. (though not like bootcamp and i will head it up, but bootcamp can still remain). We should all be equal in this army and stand together. There’s way too much arguing about NON ACP sometimes. The only Debates I woud allow is ACP related. Not some Random Stuff that no one needs to know.
2. More Activities
I would plan more congress activities and talk to soldiers about what they want and bring it into a meeting. If you want a PB with an army, I will tell congress. If you want a Party I will tell congress. I will listen to the opinion of the ACP soldier

5.I would make sure that other penguins got the same rights as mods. I strongly beleive that mods sometimes have to much of a say in things, more than normal soldiers. Big trees grow from little seeds. Oagalthrop was a normal penguin, and look what he made.

a.I will try and get the acp high court working, and get a good system of justice going. This is vital, but what would be an even better way of sorting things would be to have a total army court, like the european union court. There also needs to be a small acp court where justice can be brought against cyber-bullying, becuase to be totally honest when this occurs nothing is really done. I would make a court website, with a report page, a help page and an advice page. Cyber bullying leaves people alone, and they need to be given a real boost. A proper justice system whould be devised, with set rules, and a chat page for actual hearing and cases. ACP normal court is just the start, but more can come off it.
b. Some people call this treachery. Some people call this fake. I call it the way to win. Sometimes, you want to fight a war. An army has annoyed acp. But you cannot spoil acp’s reputation. Therefore, the only option is to ally with another army. Imagine having having reasonably sized armies attack within the click of a finger. We should secure strong relationships with these armies, by offering them more. There banner on the acp site once in a while. there leader’s are mods on acp chat. I know cp wars are good, but you need some close allies you can rely on.
c.Make acp branches that are for other speeking countries. France, Spain, Porutagal, and then they can have the servers of there countries. We would need a good french, spanish, portuagal
+ english speaking penguin to properly translate. Like a franchise I guess. If we work together we can make this happen, and maybe some of the other armies can make these branches to.

9.CPSIF, a miniscule army I lead. You may know them from twidgers email. We get about one new recruit per month, so its not a really hard thing to maintain. I am alsoo in DW and TS. Both miniscule, and none of these armies compare to the acp.

People say, Club penguin is for nerds. It is a game for toddlers and 3 year olds. Anyone who plays it is weird. What is the point? I DISAGREE. This club penguin experience that acp has to offer is a great help for when you want to move into the world. ACP gives you a sense of authority, a sense of pleasure, It gives you an insight into how a real country works. And the acp experience gets better and better. And I want to help.

Because many people say I have great leadership. I’ve don’t think thats true but I think this will be my answer.
I will try making packs and groups instead of one heap of ACP soldgiers like I have seen for a while. I would also try getting more allies. I’m friends with many leaders and even the Ice Vikings leader. Also that I’ve heard that some penguins have been treated meanly. I would give them equal rights! Look at Martin Luthor King! 4.I have experience in leadership. I was the 3rd leader of the ACP, although my short reign only lasted about 1 day. I was then Co-Leader for several months. So, I know what I’m doing.
5.I hope to cut some of the politics out of the ACP. We all know that most of our elections are a popularity contest. We all know that there’s some corruption in the ACP. I’m here to help get rid of it. I also hope to change the chat rules to make a more fair, safe, and enjoyable chat experience.
6.-I will fight to make future elections less of a popularity contest and more of a choice between people based on their views and experience.
-I will propose a new chat system with a Main (for battles, general chat, etc.) and PG-13 (not for battles, but less-strict rules) chats. This will help keep inappropriate content out of Main chat while also providing a more relaxed chat where you can just go to have a good time.
-I will also propose a new mod system that’s not rank-based.
-I will propose a General Complaints page on the site to give people a more effective way to voice their complaints; sometimes the leaders are too busy to answer on chat.

9. I’m an ancient relic of the CP world. I have perhaps the oldest penguin and oldest ACP career of any current soldier. My long career eventually led me to be leader late last summer for 1 day, until it was cut short by Oagal. I have the experience to run an army and therefore should seriously be considered to help run the ACP once more. I want to make it a more fair army. I want to bring the ACP a new golden age.

Hello DRACP.
I come prepared with a speech. A speech that puts history in the army. Some times that are tense with not only our army, but outside forces. These forces, if ever a threat, I propose that I fix them with one idea pressed on the “Staples ®” button. I will put in new guards in the servers, for better protection. Our defense is most needed, especially during the summer, when miniscule armies are coming in to claim our servers. With me in office, we will have not only brigades, but in the brigades will be marines, navy, and army.
Our current situation with the transition of leaders is stressful. As a new congressman, I will be a full adviser of leader transitions, new bills and laws, and most importantly, what affects you as the citizens of the nation.

Why do you think you’d be an effective ACP congressmen/women? : I am the oldest member partially active in ACP. That means i know it all. Everything about ACP wars and strategies I know of.
What will you do as an ACP Representative? : Everything that is asked of me. But I do have a few trciks up my sleeves. Including boot camp, parties, strategies, and much more ideas that ,trust me, have never been mentioned b4.
What will be your main priorities? : Mainly to get the ACP where its soldiers want to be. What ever the case.The number one thing for any army on the computer in general is amount of members thats it. . . even if they sit there. SO if you keep your soldiers happy, they will stay and then you can not lose. I believe you make them satisfied by making MANY more events. Wether it be a forum, parties, promotions, wars, etc.

Well I actually was for the first week or so when the ACP was created under oagal. Just take a look in oagals life story or whatever, But yeah it was Boomer.
Are you in any other armies? If so, what is your loyalty to them vs. ACP? No, I have never been in any other armies and i feel its pretty stupid to ask this question for two reasons:
1) If your running for congressmen on ACP , obviously your going to say your loyal. But I have 2 years of loyalty to the ACP I have never been in or was associated with another army.
2) I dont understand why we , the ACP, promotes joining other armies. You are supposed to be in and be loyal to one army.
*Campaign Speech? : During my three times of being active in the ACP I have made many failed attempts to become influential in the ACP govt or social standards. In that span I have made numerous speeches. And honestly I dont want to type it up again. I know everyone says this but I really do have different and better ideas then everyone else running. I rather not say my ideas but i can say this i have over ten ideas all of which are new and smart. But I rather make sure I win congress men first to share. Yeah but they are blind and selfish in my opinion. Doesn’t give soldiers promos properly. ACP is the kindest and best. You have lots of ways to get promoted. If you get promoted faster in ACP, you’ll get more experience to control other armies your in too instead. Right now I don’t do my jobs at other armies anymore. I mostly do my job on ACP for the sake of Club Penguin.
It was december 2006. And that time I was a soldier at oagals ACP. I was at miniclip forums too. I first joined the romans and followed their campaigns. But then I saw penguins with jackets and helmets who was known as “ACP”. So I betrayed them and joined the good. They were cool penguins/people and they would do anything to help you whether they know you that much or not. They’ll help you if you get injured. I wouldn’t betrat the romans to join another army because men will call me a coward. I used to be a very wise roman soldier and I knew they weren’t dumb as other armies. Ofcourse I was a commandier in the romans. Im a descendent from the romans you can say. Now Im skilled and more improved since I joined the new acp.

Other armies are blind and lazy in my opinion. Soldiers

On december 2006, when I was in oagals acp back then and miniclip forums too, I was with the Romans. I followed their campaigns and fought. Until then I saw penguins wearing helmets and jackets who were known as “ACP”. So I betrayed the Romans and joined ACP for loyalty and for the sake of club penguin. Men would call me coward if I betrayed the romans and joined another army. These penguins/people(ACP) were cool. They always helped you. And they helped us when soldiers get wounded.
You can say that Im a descendent from the Roman Army/Empire of CP. Ofcourse I was a commander in the Romans. Right now in the new ACP I joined a year ago, I have improved more than before. And Im a Lt. Col now.

Why do you think you’d be an effective ACP congressmen/women? I think I would be a good one because I’m loyal, active, and fair. Everyone is going to say that, but I mean it.
What will you do as an ACP Representative? I will try to make peace, but not go to the extreme to. For example, if we wanted to make peace with an army, we would ask and if they said no, we would ask a couple of times, if they still say no, we won’t force them. Then, it would make it to a bigger war.
What will be your main priorities? If you’re related to a famous person/penguin or related to a higher rank, doesn’t mean you can get “special treatment”. I believe that is not fair. My other one is that you should listen to lower ranks, they might have a good plan or idea. Higher authority should always listen to their soldiers.

*Campaign Speech? Dear Fellow Citzens, I know I’m only a Major, but I think that some lower ranks have better ideas than higher ranks sometimes. It’s like, higher ranks always talk to each other and goof around. In occasion, there’s “ban fests” which make me angry. I try to stop it. It’s really a horrible sight to watch. These higher ranks have the advantage to get into congress. Why not some strong, loyal, active lower ranks never get to be apart of the conversation. I feel that is not right. We should get a couple trusted soldiers to go into congress, or go to congress meetings not being in congress though. I think that would be a great idea. I’ve been in some armys. I have the experience to bring myself far enough to earn your respect. Most of the soldier are thoughtful, nice, caring and much more. Some people are born to become it, some people are not. 4 Why do you think you’d be an effective ACP congressmen/women? I think i can be affective because i think i change alot and make things better, i also always wanted to be something bigger than an average school boy.
5 What will you do as an ACP Representative?i will make sure the bills are good and helpfull, and i will have great ideas for the future of ACP and everyone in it.
