In the following weeks and months, ACP Congress will grow bigger and better with many exciting events along the way. Below is a list of the events that will be taking place, along with a description of the event.
Congress Election Registration- Sign up for election to be apart of the most powerful congress in all of Club Penguin, the ACP Congress!
Congress Elections- The election of the summer begins! Vote for your favorite candidate to become a representative on the ACP Congress.
Congress Meeting- The first meeting begins with a new and fresh ACP Congress! After the congress discusses the exciting wars and issues happening in the ACP, open-forum time arrives. Soldiers can chat with congressmen and women on the latest issues of the ACP and put their say into the decisions made.
Debate of the Week- A new way for everyone to be involved in congress! This is how it works; two senators or soldiers write their side of the argument on a debate or issue. Then, the soldiers vote on which side of the argument is the most valid. The decision that is made in Debate of the Week will be taken into great consideration during the next congress meeting.

I would like to be in the congress elections, where do I sign up? oh and I was second not first…..
In my opinion, we should disolve army Nations and Governments. These are ARMIES. Nations aren’t based on armies. Armies are based on Nations. We should make 1 server the “Army” Server. Armies would have control of rooms, not servers. Army A would get, let’s say the Lighthouse, Beacon and Beach. If Army B wanted to invade, they’d start from their room and make their way there. It would make things a lot easier.
Also, it would be cool to make an army movie on CP.
