Vla attacked roman servers and we had a battle. A peace treaty was talked about and was approved:
Shab is made author on the roman site to keep watch over the romans. He is like an ambassador but has no power to give or take servers without an army. This treaty is with vla so it cannot be broken unless vla is started up again. In return, the vla will not attack the romans. Shab will talk to the nachos and see if the attack can be called off. Acp will not attack romans unless there is a good reason to do so.

If this treaty is not accepted then vla will invade all roman servers without notice. Since vla is shut down, romans will not be able to challenge vla so they will not be able to take their servers back. Also, nachos will still be attack romans and the romans will be completely distroyed
