Recently there have been many questions about the ACP. Here are the questions and their answers.
Does the ACP rule Club Penguin? No. We have a very big army, possibly the biggest in Club Penguin, but we don’t (Nor do we plan to) rule CP. We are just here to protect it. We do basically control Mammoth with our allies, but we don’t force people to do anything, we just patrol for bad guys.
Is the ACP still enemies with the UMA? NO! We have been allies with them for months. We are also allies with the Nachos and RPF, and most other big armies.
Is Oagalthorp mean to his soldiers? No. I am actaully very fair, and quite nice. The ones who say that are the ones who have broken rules and been given VERY SMALL punishments, or are ungrateful. Don’t listen to them.
Can I have the I.A. Password? No, too many people are asking this. I may even delete it, due to all the confic it has created. It’s not that useful to us anymore, and it’s outdated.
Can I have a rank up/be a Moderator on the Chat? Once you earn it, I will come to you and offer you a new rank or to be a Moderator on out Chat Room. Stop asking!
If you have anyother questions, just ask.

Council Meeting: I have scheduled the first Council meeting. It will be at my secret chat, and all of the Councilors know the address. Here are a few things about it:
-We will elect an Administrator, who will run the meetings and give advice for certain situations. During war time, he/she will tell all the armies what to do (Not as a boss, but as an advisor).
-Discuss the allowing of smaller armies into the Council.
-Discuss how we can maintain peace in Club Penguin.
-I will expect Oagalthorp, Commando717, Zippy500, Angel G8l, Gu Gu Penguin, Venom Man 25, and Fly4life to attend.
–It will be Saturday, September 8, 10:00am PST, on the Chat Box.

Invasion information: This invasion will be a week long, against the Silver Surfers. Here is the order in which people will lead: Day 1: Akash13, Day 2: Rianjr, Day 3: Texas Vs A, Day 4: Tomtwelve, Day 5: Keelord, Day 6: Nakib, Day 7: Tidle Fin (Who is a girl). After each battle we will vote to see if they get to be a Field Commander. Time/Date:

NO THESCIENTISTS WE ARE NOT TRYING TO RULE. besides, if we ever do, ( though thats up to ogalathorp ) we will have fair rule and still have the acp army, except we will also have an acp kingdom. ( you know, queen, king, etc. )
you know i admit, if we were trying to take over we would probably have even more soldiers. and he is fair. he is nice. and he can handle the power. after this post if shadow still brings up his opinion of you not a good leader im definitly going to end our allieship. seriously im pissed about this.
Oagalthorp: You can’t end our alliance, I won’t let you. You can be enemies with him, but I will not let you attack him while you are in the ACP uniform. PS> If we took over (Which we won’t), our government wouldn’t be with a King and Queen, it would be our military officers have more power the higher ranked they are. But as I said, we would never do that.

Oagalthorp: A: We have way to many to count. If we include all the small ones, our soldiers would make armies so they can be on it. This would shrink the size of this army. And all the small armies would crumble quickly. B: I’m usually doing it to attract soldiers. While I do it I’m viewing and editing my site. And viewing other army sites. C: I’m most likely not 10. 😉
