Hai ACP,

Today we had a decent event, maxing about 28-29 on CP in the town but generally dropping to 20 throughout the rest of the event. The Nachos raided our event, as expected, but they were not nearly half the size of us. Our size could have been better, and our tactics as well, but it was decent and overall our week performance was pretty good. Here are our sizes throughout the week:

• Sunday – 30-35
• Monday – 25+
• Friday #1 – 30+
• Friday #2 – 35-40
• Saturday – 25-29

So, overall, we did well this week and could challenge for the top spot on CPAC’s top ten, but the top 3 is a given for this weeks performance. COMMENT IF YOU CAME TO THIS EVENT FOR PROMOTION CREDIT!

Funks: Great event, ACP! We maxed about 37 and our tactics were superb. Hopefully we can continue that on in our Saturday event and reach great sizes again and mount a challenge for first.

Probably the best event of the entire week.

Flat out awesome

I was really impressed by our performance today, probably the best we’ve done in quite a while.

This should hopefully improve our top ten placing this week, but that really isn’t a big deal.

Hello folks! It’s Dj.

Very recently, a CPPS Division was opened up for the ACP, for the sake of training and recruiting. Since CPPS’s are typically unfiltered, and there are no uniform constraints, we have managed to recruit eight active people while we were scouting CPPS.me, just because of our uniforms.

Our mission is to make another nation made out of various CPPS’s and recruit and train on them. We also hope to get more armies to set up divisions on CPPS’s so we can bring back warfare for the sake of fun.

If you’re interested in helping us out, our site is http://acpcppsdivision.wordpress.com/. Please note that CPPS’s typically have no rules, so if you’re young, you shouldn’t join. If you’re a person who typically cannot make events because of time constraints, joining the CPPS division may be a good idea, as we need a constant ACP presence on CPPS.me.

Hai ACP,

In what was an event in which we were aiming for 15+, we managed to max 30 on CP and average 20-25 during an unscheduled event at 3pm UK. Our tactics were good and I was very happy with the sizes we reached today, which couple the sizes of 30-35 and 25 we also had during the week. If we hit 35+ tomorrow, we will probably be back in the top three and will prove everyone that we aren’t to be messed with. I want us to get near or have these sizes at our scheduled UK event today as well, so make sure you come to that. COMMENT IF YOU CAME TO THIS EVENT FOR PROMOTION CREDIT!

*Snaily and Fiasco have been promoted from the BMA to SMA

Hai ACP,

As you probably already know, we have the Bronze Medal Award and the Medal of Honor (Seen as the Gold Award). However, there have been people suggesting that we make a new award, called the Silver Medal Award. Not only would this reward excellence, it would make the BMA a more realistic aim and it would make that reward much easier to obtain. I feel that we need to be giving out more awards and this step would help us in doing so. The BMA will now be awarded at the end of every other month to one person who has shown loyalty to the ACP. That will start at the end of next month, so make sure you work hard for it. The Silver Medal Award will take more of a ‘one off’ stance, with it only being awarded when seen fit by the following people:

• The Leader – In a double leadership only one leader is needed.
• Both of the Head Generals
• Boomer or Oagal
• Flipper, Mchappy and/or Shab  – Two must agree with each other

As we have a new award, I only see it fit that I award two people this award straight away. Click “read more” to find out who those people are.

In the past week, our numbers and unit cohesion at events have been lack luster. Certainly, we had a few good events here and there, but sadly, it wasn’t enough. We have been knocked down to 7th in the CPAC Top Ten.

This isn’t the time to curl up into a ball in the corner and cry. It’s time to step up and try to bring this army back to what it once was.

The Plan:

I. Create a recruiting division

II. Active Count/Availability Surveys

III. More Tactic Sessions!

IV. Clean Up Our Language on Chat

V. New/More Frequent Medals!

VI. Get More Servers

I. Recruiting Division:

• Recruit on CP in Groups
• Recruit on CP Related Chats
• Rewards System for Successful Participants (Promotions?)

I’d like to create a recruiting division to help us rise. These people would go out on CP and recruit, as well as go on other CP chats on alt accounts. On these chats, these recruiters would PC people and attempt to talk them into joining the ACP. These recruiters must be well spoken, experienced, and above all, a people person. It is advised that these recruiters stay away from people with powers or registered people who are actively talking with the mods/owners of the chat. That was, it is less likely to get banned. If you do get banned, simply register a new alt account and start all over again. With Funks and/or Swimmer’s permission, I’d like to set up a rewards system for these recruiters. Like, let’s say Jimmy is a Captain, and he recruits five active people. He would be promoted to Major or higher through this rewards system, and it will push these recruiters to recruit more and more people. On top of this, I request that our current members attempt to recruit people from your friends list, regardless of your status in the ACP. This will likely get us a few new active members.

II. Active Count/Availability Survey:

• When Is Everyone Free For Invasions or Training Sessions?
• Who is Active?
• Count & Survey Each Month
• Add Availability Questions to Join Page

I’d like to start a survey to figure out when our active troops are available, so we may schedule events that would allow for the largest amount of people to show up as possible. This survey will also serve as an active count, something we desperately need. We should be having active counts once a month. On top of this, we should adapt the questions asked on the join page so we do not have to do another survey like this, as all new recruits will fill out the questions asked in the survey as they join.

III. More Tactic Sessions:

• We Can Do Better!
• Two per week for each time cluster separately (UK & US)
• Once per week joint training session
• Once a week Owner & General meeting for new tactics and ideas

We need to schedule more tactics sessions. Though our tactics are good, they can be much better. I call for one to two tactics sessions for the UK and US personnel during the week, and one tactic session during the weekend for UK and US personnel to meet up and train together. On top of this, owners and Generals should meet up once every other week and brain storm to come up with new, original tactics.

IV. Language in Chat:

• Cut down on inappropriate language
• Could scare younger recruits off
• Harsher Punishments?

I think we should cut down on the language and inappropriate talk on the chat. I like being vulgar as much as the next guy, but our language and inappropriate discussion is likely scaring off new, young recruits. We should also harsher punishments to combat this, such as automatically banning repeat offenders if they continue after the initial kicks and ban. I also believe that we should auto-ban advertisers, as they typically continue after the first kick, and the ban will delete the link off the main chat.

V. New/More Frequent Medals:

• Bring back the old silver and bronze medals and pass them out more
• Create new, more descriptive medals to give out for certain accomplishment

I think we should develop new medals to reward our active and loyal soldiers with. Like, let’s say Bobby participated in the majority of the battles in a war. Bobby, and people like him, would receive a medal for their participation in the war.

VI: More Servers:

• More servers can slow down invading armies
• Could create new alliances with other armies
• Would provide some training!

We need to increase our nation. In a time of war, with numerous enemies breathing down our neck, we must have more servers to slow down the enemies advance. We need to invade more servers, as well see if our allies are willing to share some of their servers with us. This way, if a larger army goes to war with us, more servers will slow them down, allowing for us to train and recruit a force that would be able to combat the enemy and defeat them.

Extra. New Ranks:

• Order of the ones we have now do not make sense
• Make them more descriptive
• Could come up with creative, CP related ranks?
