An ACP Story: P2

Snow Fort was famous for its bad weather. Nearly all year long theres a blizzard raging. The harsh conditions made for good training in order to get cadets used to bad and harsh conditions. Tom had been in ACPTR for a week. He hadn’t seen Slider since and didn’t expect to see him for a long time. Tom meets for classes with all the instructors everyday and was assigned to the red drill team. Sonic was his drill team leader who he with the other 15 in the drill team meet with everyday for announcements.

The End of my “Temp-Ship”

Hi ACP,

You are probably aware that I’ve been part of the owner set-up for the past couple of weeks now, since Sercan retired, helping Slime and Strom with the strong UK division. Now, 1 year and 6 days after retiring from the army as leader, I have decided to end my role as Temporary UK Leader and give all of my roles over to Slime and Strom. I’m confident that these two, alongside the possible new UK 3ic, will do fantastic and sustain the success of the past UK divisions under the likes of Cas, Flipper, Ek, Sercan and Myself

I am focused on my role in the Ice Warriors and totally focused on achieving the leadership position in the future, so I don’t think I’ll ever be returning to the ACP ever again. ‘Why did I come back for the past few weeks?’ you may be thinking. Well, I love the army and I saw that the army needed stability following the retirements of Sercan and Jerry and I was there to give it. Also, since it had been a year since I had left I wanted to see what the new troops were like, what the army could do. I have been so impressed and Flipmoo and Purple Slime should be proud to lead such an amazing group of troops.

But this is my message to you – the troops, especially the UK troopsIf you think that things are going wrong and we aren’t performing to the top of what we can achieve, give it time, give the leaders time and most importantly help the leaders. The owners can only do so much and you need to help them if there are times of need, instead of blaming them. They know what they are doing and I’m sure they will achieve success to come.

Thank you for the opportunity to lead the army again, Flipmoo and I enjoyed every moment of working with the troops in the army.

Also if you’re interested check out my retirement post on 23rd April, 2013.

Ausia Tactics Session on White Out

GendarmerieACP

Greetings ACP! Today the Gendarmerie logged into White Out for a tactics session. Despite our Ausia Leader, Flipmoo not being able to attend, we still maxed 21 and averaged 20. This was on a two bar server. Here are the results: e8 Continue reading
