After reading Oagal’s passworded post and talking to some of my trusted advisers on chat I have decided to have a MASSIVE reform for Acp. Please read it all. There will be many changes.
1. Admins: I agree that the problem of coups has become a problem mainly because of the number of admins on the site. Therefore the only admins will be the following: Oagal, Boomer, and the Supreme Leader. Ias this is not because I do not trust you, it is because I need to set a standard to follow for future leaders.
2. Owners: The owners seem to be good but punishments for owners who break the rules will be worse than the punishments for mods. The job of owners is to moderate the mods.
3. Mods: Mods will be handpicked every promo day. There is no rank limit. The mods will be picked by the Leader, the Commander, and by a group of people picked by the leader. A list will be made monthly of the mods and the 2ics and 3ics are not to mod anyone who is not on the list. They may however make a list of people they believe should be modded which they will present to the Leader for approval.
4. Supreme Commander: This army is once again a dictatorship with a senate mixed in. This is basically the structure Acp has always been but one of the first time that it was made official.
5. President: The Leader is now also the President. There will be a Vice President who is chosen by the Leader and the Vice President will then pick a Grand Senator (Either by choice or by election) who has the same powers as VP used to have. VP will now have the same powers as the President had except for a few changes that will be worked out in the future. The VP is Ganon and the Grand Senator is Capn.
6. Divisions: The 3ics are in charge of divisions. There will be 3 divisions and the 3ics are in charge of ranking soldiers into their divisions from the division registration page. There will also be two Division Generals for each division and one or two Division Generals for ACPTR. Once a Division General or 3ic becomes inactive with their division they will be replaced. The 3ics are also in charge of making sure that the Division Generals are active. This means that there will be only 3 3ics.
–>7. Senate: Senators will be chosen by comment polls with no rank restrictions. 4 high ranks, 4 low ranks, and 2 handpicked by the President. There will be meetings scheduled by the President at least every 2 weeks. Senators who cannot have an orderly meeting and cannot stay quiet when someone else is talking will be replaced. Being a Senator is a privilege, not a right and it will be regarded as an honor.
–>7a. Power of the Senate: The Senate cannot change anyone’s rank in the army of on chat. They however may vote on a change to the ranks or chat to present to the Leader. Senators may vote other Senators out of the Senate only with a majority vote and the final approval of the President or Vice President. The job of the Senators is to make laws and regulations for ACP and to discuss problems if they may occur. Their laws can be vetoed by the President or Vice President.
8. Retiring Leader: When the Supreme Commander retires he/she has the ultimate decision on who will replace them. They can pick anyone in the ranks no matter what rank they may be. Elections are not advised but the decision for one is up to the retiring Leader.
9. Commander: The Commander is the rank for Leader in training. They have the powers of a Leader except for some exceptions. They are not president, they cannot add 2ics or fire 2ics, and they are not admins on the site. Main owner on chat is up to the current leader.
10. Chat: Chat will remain www.xat.com/theacp and each Leader will have to contact Shab so the chat is transferred to their email account. This allows for minimal confusion and eliminates the possibility of someone taking over the chat.
11. Second-in-Commands:The job of 2ics is to know the soldiers and to listen to their complaints and try to solve them. They are also there to answer questions.
12. Third-in-Commands: See Divisions Above
13. ACPTR: The Leader (aka Division General) of the ACPTR will remain Leader until they have been proven unfit to be Leader. They cannot be removed without reason.
->14. Governors: Governors really do not have a purpose so there will be no more governors.
–>15. War: War can be declared by either the Leader or the Commander. Senate can vote to declare war but must have it approved by the Leader or the Commander. 2ics and 3ics may declare a temporary war if the ACP is attacked that will have to be approved by the Leader or the Commander before any invasions or battles are scheduled.
These will have to be fixed up and improved but they will be put into effect immediately. Divisions will take longer and a meeting for all Division Generals and Leaders will have to be scheduled.

There is no way in hell that ACP is going down. There is no way in hell that ACP will fall and the is no way in hell that you are a bad leader. When was the last time this happened, you ARE a legend, you ARE a great leader and you deserve to be, im Jupiter5 by the way.
You make changes to ACP that no one could make, you made incredible decisions on things no one else could and on that I thank you, I see you on the chat, when times are serious, you are, when the times comes for a step-up, your there and when ACP was about to call you formed something no one else could. An organized leadership.
Your mind is incredible and behalf of ALL ACP, I thank you for the work you have done. no, WE all thank you, you deserve all the goo things that come in the future, every last bit. We always talk, your educated on these recent events even though you were gone, how awsome is that, your a leader that wasnt on for a period of time but you knew EXACTLY what was happening. This is a good post.
I think there should be more equality though. Like in the US, the Executive Branch, the Judicial Branch, and the Congress/Senate/(I forgot), are equal in power. So far, leaders have done there best but I think the leader wouldn’t have to be pressured if a whole other branch could help him/her out from time to time and handle the cases. I think there is already something like this existent in the army anyways.

1. The problem of coups have become a problem because of the fact they are so popular, and cool, everyone think they’re fine, which is wrong.
Give the senate a tiny bit more power? I think so. A unanimous decision to overthrow the leader is legal. And some bills may cause problems, and they’re can be certain “overlookings” in cases, but you need to give power to the people. As Dee said, equality.
Just a bit more “equality” available please.

This reform seems to be more or less eliminating any way Shab can possibly be overthrown, and mix in screwing up modship. Great job, Shab. (roll)
Wow… This is stupid. This isn’t the old way we did things: People in the army BESIDES the leader actually had SOME POWER. I agree with one thing here, though: We should only have one leader. But that’s pretty much all I agree with…
No kidding, Tylo. This supposed “good” reform just totally eliminated the senate from having power at all- its pointless now. It also makes it very difficult to possibly remove Shab from power, unless we could possibly convince Boomer or Oagal to remove him from the site, both of which are very unlikely to do so. I suggest we switch to a democracy, you know, that thing where the people ACTUALLY have a say in whats going on and can overthrow horrible leaders *cough*

I also think the dictatorship label sounds slightly.. well.. Kaiser Wilhelm (guy who started some war)ish. I think that we need at the very least a new NAME for what we are because calling ourselves a “dictatorship with a senate mixed in” won’t equate to good things in the future. Easily, our enemies could gang up on us by cutting “with a senate mixed in” out of the equation. I think it should be possible for the senate to legally impeach the leader with a unanimous/almost unanimous vote.

@Klug: I don’t think Shab’s a horrible leader, I just think his style’s different from Boomer’s or Oagal’s. A democracy wouldn’t work because that would involve voting which rarely works. A democratic republic would be possible, I suppose. (Like America! Let freedom ring and all that xD)
@Tylo: I didn’t see any power taken away in that (I thought I read it fairly thoroughly compared to my usual skimming) and “the old way we did things” didn’t always work.
